The new part arrived he did a great job at my request to take photos for me of the inside of the machine before and after. That way I could see how he was able to thoroughly clean the inside of the machine before a main part was replaced. They were actually able to have someone drop by the next day. Kelly arrived on time with a smile. He started the dryer, said he could hear it (I couldn't). I was afraid I was going to have to get ten wet towels for the thing to start squeaking. He said it was probably the rollers and / or pulleys. I told him to fix it, the Fonzi method does not work. He replaced the pulleys and rollers. I gave it a couple of weeks but the dryer does not squeak any longer. The price for the service call was more than reasonable. He checked the dryer for dust / lint / hair and vacuumed it as well. Mr. Appliance of Parker still provides great service at a reasonable cost.
