The biggest failure- the sales rep, in trying to make a quick sale failed to disclose the extra tile wouldn't be available for return should I have extra. Yet, and curiously she did mention a restocking fee for the tile returns?!?! So when I tried to schedule a return of extra tiles, imagine my shock that they would not take the tiles...and the best part, they blamed me for the oversight. Ridiculous. One of the sales staff approached to see what I needed. When I explained that I could no longer find any 8x8 tile in Boulder she told me that most manufacturers had discontinued that size. She suggested trying Resource, a recycle house parts function of Boulder Eco-cycle. In fact I knew of them because my contractor had taken my old doors there. Leftover tile project stock is sold there and she said it was probably the only place in Boulder to find some 8x8's. And off I went.
