If you want any tile or grout work, you must hire the grout medic. They do 150% on their projects. We had them paint the pan of our 48 year-old shower and seal the tile in the shower. It looks brand new. We would never use anybody else. read more

Great experience and advice on grout maintenance. Will always look to Grout Medic for grout work.

Grout Medic technicians do a stellar job. I have had wall and floor file cleaned twice by them, and both times the work made the shower areas look brand new. I would use them again in a heartbeat! The only downside, and it's a minor one, is that the office will drive you absolutely nuts with repetitious emails and voice messages. read more

AMAZING!!! So happy I had you out to repair some of my grout & tiles. Everything looks brand new and I am SO Happy!!! Highly recommend this family owned company. read more

The pricing was reasonable and the work was completed as scheduled. However, the replacement tiles do not match the existing tiles in color, and the difference is noticeable. While the repair was functional, better color matching and attention to detail would have improved the overall result. read more

Initially, I was impressed with Grout Medic's quick response and fair pricing. We had just moved into our home, and the shower was in need of serious attention as the grout was cracked, and water had begun dripping into the basement. They seemed very professional and replaced a few tiles, making the shower look as good as new after the initial job. Had this been the end of the story this would be a 5 star review. However, over the following months, the grout has repeatedly come up, requiring multiple repairs. Grout Medic has come out three times to fix the recurring issues, but their response time for warranty work has been slow, which has been frustrating. Most recently, the grout has come up again for the fourth time within weeks of the most recent repair, and it took a few days to get a response we had a no show and then a reschedule to get the repair complete. Each time we have asked them to do whatever is necessary to prevent this from happening. Overall, while their initial work looked great, the durability of the re-grouting has been disappointing, and We are very hopeful, this repair looks much better and fingers crossed it does the job. read more

We had another leak in our shower, and because of the good reviews about Grout Medic, we called them. The owner, Jesus, came out the next day to give us an estimate. He was very thorough and told us what services we needed, matched our grout exactly, and quoted us a price. It seemed high but for the first time we hadn't gotten any other estimates, so we weren't sure. I also requested that they patch some grout in the granite by the front door. The next morning Henry showed up promptly at 9. We showed him the shower area and asked if he had watched the video of the project that Jesus had made. We weren't sure about Henry's answer and thought there might be a language barrier but we let him get started. He dug out all the old caulk and a lot of the grout- as well as grout at the base around the outside of the shower -which didn't make sense to me. While doing that, Henry somehow broke the corner off one tile (See photo). He did manage to secure it back down, but it's not level. It's not too noticeable unless you know where to look. Henry then steam cleaned the inside of the shower and re-grouted and caulked. At one point we called Jesus and put him on speaker to give Henry more instructions. Hopefully everything was sealed against future leaks. Henry worked very hard for almost 5 hours and never took a break. He cleaned up everything nicely and went to the front door area. He worked on that for over a half hour and it looks great. After drying for a couple of days we used the shower again and it didn't leak. I'm happy with the job they did - just not sure it should have been over $200/hour. But I can tell they take pride in their work. read more

Very pleased with their quick response and professionalism. Fernando did an excellent and thorough job.

If you need to re-caulk or grout your bathroom(s) Grout Medic is the way to go. Jesus, the owner, is incredibly professional and his staff is courteous and highly skilled. I needed 6 bathrooms re-caulked and grouted: they came and did it all in a day without making a mess. Work was meticulous and expertly done. Would highly recommend. read more

Ramon spent almost 5 hours cleaning the grout in our main shower and probably 2 hours cleaning our large tiled kitchen floor. He was on time, courteous, professional and worked so hard! I was on the phone all day working from home, but he didn't need me at all. The whole process was made easy for me. Our grout had gotten so yucky and it looks so much better. read more

It's been several months now since they were here. Grout is looking just awful, instead of slowly changing colors to match the existing grout as was promised, it just keeps getting lighter and lighter, it's so obvious where it was repaired. Maybe it's the grout they used, wasn't the brand or color used originally, which I gave them. Not to mention the cost, quite outrageous for the minimal time the spent. Will not use the in the future for anything. read more

Grout Medic Denver initially re-grouted and cleaned 3 showers. The showers had broken/missing grout, and hard water stains. One of the showers was even leaking down to the basement, and what they did fixed the problem. They did such great job the we hired them to re-grout additional showers and several counter tops. They completed all the work in a very professional manner, and everything looks so much better!! I highly recommend them. read more

We had the Grout Medic clean and recaulk our tile shower. It was in tough shape with hard water deposits on the tile and door frame , mold and the caulking was falling out. We seriously considered just tearing it out and redoing it. The entire process with the Grout Medic ,from scheduling, getting an estimate and the actual work done was efficient and professional. Dani, the technician was on time and worked diligently for four plus hours. He did an incredible job and our shower looks great ! We were very fortunate to find the Grout Medic and definitely recommend them. We would certainly use them again. read more

We recently had Henry P. from Grout Medic do tile work and grout replacement in one of our showers. He showed up right on time and got to work. The tile work looks great, and the grout work is fantastic. The bathroom was all cleaned up before he left, and we were very pleased with the job. I did have a concern about something, and the owner himself called to answer my question. I wish all companies conducted business in this manner. read more

Recently had a wonderful experience with Grout Medic. Came out to replace some moldy grout around our shower as well as cracking grout on our bathroom floor. Jesus was knowledgeable, on time when he came out for the estimate and Jorge did an amazing job with all of the repairs. Jorge was thorough, meticulous in his work and did an excellent job. The floor looks brand new and the grout work is seamless. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs grout work done. I will say at first I thought it was expensive when just reviewing the quote but after seeing the hours of hard work it took to remove and replace understand and think it was a good value. read more

I didn't think my soiled grout would ever come clean and considered replacing it. Grout Medic gave me a fair bid and went right to work. My home is an Airbnb, so I really appreciated the quick work and amazing results between guests. Can't say enough about Jesus, the owner, and Jose, the technician. They're straight-forward, get-it-done kind of guys. read more

They were very friendly and organized until their tech failed to show up.....several phone calls and no tech. Claimed that they were at my address but they had to be somewhere else.....nobody here. Then the owner began grasping at ways to make it right....all I wanted after a missed appointment and a 2-3 hour wait was to be left alone. I bought my own steam tile cleaner and saved hundreds of dollars. read more

Hired Grout Medic to replace tile after new bathtub faucet was installed. They replaced the tile very well and also cleaned the grout and re-caulked the tub. However, they re-installed the faucet backwards. We had to hire a plumber to fix it. Grout Medic agreed to reimburse the plumber expense, but we waited and phoned several times before finally receiving the check. The finished product (tub and tile) look very good. read more

The work was done well and for a fair price. However, they arrived 40 minutes late without any notice. When I called the office to ask if they were still coming, I was told it was probably traffic. Traffic at 9am in Denver isn't a surprise, and I wish they'd had the courtesy to let me know they were running late so I could have gotten things done while I waited. That said, the new grout in the shower looks great, and the man who did the work was very nice. read more

As we prepared to put our house on the market for sale, we needed to clean/repair/freshen up the grout in our old bathrooms. After a disastrous episode with a handyman, we reached out to several grout specialists via yelp. Even at 7:00 on a Saturday evening, Jesus responded to my message within minutes. With showings set to begin the following weekend, he was able to squeeze us in for an appointment 3 days later (Tuesday). It was a relief, but I was still anxious after the previous handyman let me down so badly. My experience Grout Medic could not have been any more positive. From the initial interaction on yelp, a follow-up phone call, and ultimately settlement of payment and sending a receipt, Jesus was a true professional. The guy who came to do the work, Fredy, was punctual, hard working, and communicated well to explain the process. Even when he discovered some water damage along the base of my shower, he (and Jesus) explained the situation and were able to quickly add the repair to the scope of work and complete the project on the original timeline. Now, my floors look great and the shower looks almost brand new. (See photo) I would strongly recommend Grout Medic to anybody who needs to clean or repair the grout and tile in an old bathroom. It was well worth the money. read more
