They returned our phone call immediately and were able to accommodate our schedule. Nick and a helper came to our house, measured the areas that we wanted cleaned and provided us with a very reasonable quote. These guys were very polite and professional and did a great job. Our carpets were not that dirty but there were some stain spots that they pointed out and made sure they were removed. They took their time, moved our furniture, put down the foam blocks and did a beautiful job of cleaning. We have used other carpet cleaners in the past and were not all that satisfied with the results. They were not near as professional and thorough as Nick. I was impressed with ALP's great ratings and I am so glad I called! I am working on house training a new puppy and needed help getting the accidents erased from the carpet. I did some pre-treatment with Natured Miracle before they came, and then they did their work. I have never had my carpets cleaned and not had them smell worse where the dogs had accidents, even though they had just been treated. They always said that the odor would be gone when the carpet dried, but it wasn't. With ALP there was never an odor! The carpets look and smell great! They took extra care to trim and make them look as good as new. Definitely felt like they were living up to their name. We were in the midst of a big blizzard with 10 inches of snow on the ground and still coming down. Ben called and said he was on his way and would be here shortly, (I thought he was calling to reschedule,) He actually arrived early. After doing the paperwork, he cheerfully got his equipment out and started working. He was very careful to protect our walls and corners from hoses and the like, and did a splendid job. When he was finished, we asked him to do a small throw rug that was not originally included, and he knocked it out in a couple minutes and did not even charge extra! Phil is a miracle worker! We had a sick cat with kidney and urinary tract issues and then a flood. Phil came to the rescue. Our carpets look and smell like new. He replaced the pad, sealed the concrete, and used carpet remnants to patch any damaged carpet. In addition, I have allergies, and when he is done cleaning, they go away. He gives an estimate, and if it's cheaper, you only pay for what it costs him. While he may be more expensive than the deals other companies offer, he gives you greater value than you can ever hope for! We thought we'd have to install a new carpet and pad. Great company, owner does the work. They arrived on time! Phil quoted me on the work I needed done. I had 3 areas plus steps that needed carpet stretching and also cleaning. The stretching worked great, the results look fantastic and they cleaned up all the excess carpet. They worked quickly, he had said 4 hours and they were done in 3. My carpets look great and I would definitely recommend this company to everyone! I have had Personal Touch clean the carpets in my home for a couple of years now and decided to hired them to clean the office I work in. They did an amazing job!!! Ethan came to our office on a Saturday and cleaned all of the carpets in about 2 hours including all of the carpet runners to the shop. I used them in November 2016 to clean 2 rooms. The personnel were great, service was fast to arrange, and the carpet has stayed pretty clean 6 months later with just regular vacuuming. The room entrances used to pick up the dirt faster than the rest of the room carpet and turn darker. Not so with how this company cleaned and protected the carpet.
