Clare and BJ were great to work with as we swapped out our basement carpet. They are both extremely passionate about carpet, giving us great recommendations for the space and for our animals. When we ran into an issue prepping the space, their quick turnaround time on our question was greatly appreciated. Our new carpet has completely transformed the space. Thanks both! read more

Ambrose Carpets more than met our expectations. I would rate our interaction with Clare as exceptional. She was wonderful. This was a very small job for the company and Clare took a lot of time to explain the different types of carpet. She explained everything in detail and made sure we were able to pick the best carpet for our needs. Clare even helped us with color choice, and it all looks great! The turnaround was very quick, and our carpet was installed the week after consultation. The installers were great as well. They were very pleasant and efficient. We are very happy with our experience with Ambrose Carpetsand will recommend them if we hear of anyone looking for carpeting or cleaning. We will be calling in the future when we need all our carpets cleaned. read more

We had a very positive experience with Ambrose Carpets. Clare and BJ are great to work with and make the whole process easy. Clare helped us with selecting the perfect carpet for our house and we were able to get the install scheduled quickly. If you like working with highly knowledgeable, professional and kind people, then I would call Ambrose Carpets! read more

Ambrose replaced the carpet in our basement. The new carpet looks fabulous. The installation crew was great. We really enjoyed working with Clare. I enthusiastically recommend Ambrose for carpet installation at your home or business. read more

We've used Ambrose for years and always trust them! We will use them again when some remodeling is done.

Ambrose carpets was the absolute best! They came highly recommended and lived up to the expectations I had. Excellent communication, worked with my schedule, and the carpet looks fantastic! Thank you guys so much. read more

So easy from start to finish! You really went the extra mile to help us finish our project. Thank you!

They replaced all flooring in our home after a fire. Clare was great. Lux vinyl fine. Lumps under carpet in places. Hardwood floor installed improperly according to 3 different contractors. Per manufacturer's installation specs, joints should be minimum of 6 inches apart. Every area on first floor has multiple areas where this isn't the case -- voiding warranty per manufacturer & weakening floor. BJ has ignored emails, breach of contract letter from attorney and BBB complaint. Ambrose Restoration performed even worse work. UPDATE: I appreciate Clare's quick response. To address her comments. 1. Ambrose Restoration/Carpets was contractor. They farmed out installation to subcontractor. 2. The end joints are the main issue and were pointed out during installation. We have whole house humidifier that keeps humidity fairly constant. read more

Been using Ambrose for many, many years and they've always been responsive, reasonably priced and deliver excellent service and quality. Family owned and operated and they take great pride in their reputation. We always have and always will recommend them. Fantastic people and company. read more

On time, communication was good. Quality seemed fine. Price was reasonable. Cleaner was easy to communicate with.

Best in class! We are moving into a new home in Highlands Ranch that Ambrose had already worked at. We wanted to get carpet installed in the bedrooms and use the same carpet they had in other parts of the house. They handled EVERYTHING for us seamlessly and efficiently. The finished product is absolutely stunning. Their quality of work is superb. They walked through all the options for us and ensured we knew all costs up front. Great team. We love our new home and I am so happy we got to work with Ambrose Carpets! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! read more

Patrick did an excellent job on my very soiled carpets. He worked diligently on the spots and was generous with his time. He was friendly as well. The carpets look amazing and I have white carpets! This is the second time I have used Ambrose and I will definitely use them again. read more

Great communication and quick turn around from start to finish. Would definitely recommend Ambrose Carpet for your carpeting needs. Installation was great and they also took care of moving the furniture in preparation for installing the carpet. Clare was a huge help and glad I went to Ambrose for my carpeting needs. The payment was all online and through my bank accounts and Zelle. Use of my credit card was not presented as an option. Still very happy with my choice, the product, installation and communication with Jose the installer and of course Clare. read more

We got multiple estimates for carpet replacement, and decided on Ambrose. We had a good feeling about them from the in-home consultation, and liked the idea of giving our business to a smaller family-owned company over a big corporate chain. We had a tight target deadline due to family visiting, and they worked us into their schedule. The installation was fast and the results look fantastic! I would definitely use Ambrose again and recommend them to anyone looking to install carpet. read more

This was the second time I have used Ambrose Carpets in the past year, and I could not be happier. The carpet quality and color is fantastic. Clare was so easy to work with and help coordinate our color choice. BJ assisted with trouble shooting the tricky areas around my stairs before the install and let the installers know ahead of time what to expect with these challenging areas around my stairs. Joaquin and his crew are simply the best installers I have ever come across. Period. From moving furniture to a perfect install, they took the stress away! I would not hesitate to recommend or use Ambrose Carpets again. Thanks for everything guys! I'll be calling again when it's time to clean my beautiful carpets! read more

Clare and BJ were very helpful at letting me know the choices I had in carpets and advantages and disadvantages to the choices I made. I didn't feel pressured to choose the most expensive one. Clare's eye for color matching was helpful too. The installation crew, led by Joaquin, did a great job too! The only two minor complaints I had were 1) they ran out of time to put some of the heavier furniture back together after they finished (presumably to get to their next appointment), and 2) there were a few carpet staples left over after the installation. Neither are a big deal for me hence still 5 stars, but it would have been that extra icing on the cake. read more

We needed our carpet replaced as the old carpet was original to the house (~20 years) and it was time! We had multiple companies/people come out and give us quotes, and I was most impressed with Clare and BJ. Clare was literally the only person I scheduled with who asked me what styles I was looking for ahead of time so she could have them with her. Everyone else who came out to do a quote just brought whatever they had on hand and at least half of them didn't have what I was looking for. Clare also ordered three samples of the colors I was considering so I could discuss them with my husband and see them in different lighting as the day went on. The pricing was comparable to other quotes I received, which I felt was reasonable. The installation day went smoothly as well. The crew doing the install was great, they were very thorough and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. Overall I was very happy I went with Ambrose and though I don't have any plans to install new carpet again anytime soon, I'd happily recommend them to others. read more

We've used Ambrose for cleaning our carpets for many years. They've always been responsive and reasonable. Patrick is courteous and does an excellent job especially on stubborn stains. read more

Very nice people, but not great at cleaning carpet. The product they used left several stains on my carpet. They came back to clean again and it was far worse than after their first visit (and the stains didn't exist at all when I contacted them initially). When I called again, they weren't available to do any cleaning to correct the stains they left. I paid another carpet company (zerorez) to come repeat the work. Zerorez did a fantastic job and were able to restore the carpet to excellent condition. Again, very nice people but not good carpet cleaning and I essentially paid twice (once with Ambrose, once with Zerorez) to get the carpet clean.... read more

Ambrose came out and did my carpets and they look great. Everything was so much better - the carpets look brand new !

Had a great experience with everyone at Ambrose. From working with them on choosing the right carpet to the installation. Very easy and extremely happy with the results. The installers were great! Also, found their pricing to be in line or even better than the big box stores. read more

The owner, BJ, is fantastic. He helped me find the right combination of products to re-floor our entire house (1400 sq ft) on a strict budget. When the estimate for my original selections came in over budget, BJ recommended a slight less expensive but equally as nice looking alternative. The installers came out to measure the house, and within a week, we had all new flooring throughout. Installers were quick, courteous and clean. And at the end of the day, the price paid was equal to the last estimate. Highly recommend Ambrose Carpets for your next flooring project. You will not be disappointed. read more

Reluctantly, we decided to replace all the carpet in our home. My old carpet was about 25 years old, and we didn't like it. I installed it as a bachelor, and so my wife never did like it. We had experience with Ambrose before, so we contacted Lady Clare to began the process. Carpet Lady Clare is knowledgeable and never tries to oversell, or push customers into a more expensive weave. When we got our estimate, we had a choice of four different carpets with associated prices. Boss BJ is impressive in that he knows carpet installation as well as Lady Clare knows the carpets. She did remark that she wouldn't sell a carpet she wasn't familiar with. Clare and my wife sorted through ten different samples at our house before we finally discussed styles and prices for the estimate. BJ had our house measured and ready to go in under an hour, explaining how everything would be done. I will be honest, carpeting an entire house is torture, if it is anything. We had TONS of fragile knickknacks to move. Ambrose's installers made the installation as easy as it could be, finishing the job in about five hours. We are careful about work done in our house, but, try as I might to complain, I couldn't. The installation is as perfect as it could be. Now, everything is back to normal, and we love our new carpet. read more

Today Brad did our carpets and I could not be happier with the results. He explained the process thoroughly prior to starting and answered all my questions. He was very professional and did a superb job. He is the kind of person you could leave alone in your home with no worries. The price was fair and the results suberb. We are glad we found them. Ask for Brad to do your home. Thanks, Mike read more

We called Clare to inquire about new flooring options. She was extremely responsive as well as knowledgeable about a variety of products. Clare provided great counsel and made arrangements for a flawless installation. BJ stopped to check progress and ensure we were pleased with the product and process. Highly personable and attentive service. Great people to work with - recommend without exception! read more

Ambrose Carpets did an incredible job getting stains out of our rental home carpet. The carpet looks NEW! They saved us from having to replace the carpet. Great service, price, communication and fast installation. Highly recommend. Clare and her husband will take care of you.

Will never use anyone else - they get carpets CLEAN rather than just moving the dirt around. The very best!

Great Carpet company, we had a tricky brief with a big re-carpet and a hugely tight timeframe. They met all our expectations and we couldn't be happier with the stunning Shaw carpet chosen and the finished job. I would highly recommend them. read more

Ambrose Carpets are the only people I use for all of my carpet needs. I found them years ago through a recommendation for carpet cleaning from a neighbor. I had my carpets professionally cleaned many times before because I have kids and a dog but was never completely satisfied. When Ambrose cleaned, I could not believe how good my carpets looked (like new) and how they could get stains out that no other carpet cleaner got out. Not only did they do a good job but the guys who cleaned were very nice and extremely professional. We recently moved into a new home that needed new carpet so I called Ambrose Carpets to give me an estimate. Wow! BJ and Clare made it so easy and were so helpful. They are both so knowledgeable about carpet and Clare can really help you find just the right color and style for your home. I was also really impressed with the installation. The installers were very professional, did an amazing job and were nice guys. I've referred this company to many of my neighbors and friends and have heard nothing but good feedback! Ambrose Carpets...you get 5 stars from me! read more

I'm so thrilled that I found Ambrose Carpets on Yelp (so THANK YOU to those who had reviewed this exceptional company before me)! Clare and BJ reinstalled new carpet in our house. It was a large space and we had a tight budget, but they made it work. They went above and beyond with their friendly service before, during, and after the reinstallation process. At times I needed some "hand holding" with some of the design aspects, but Clare and BJ were right there to assist me every step of the way. The results are outstanding! We will definitely use Ambrose Carpets in the future for all our installation and carpet cleaning needs. read more

We had a water leak AND a pet disaster in the same week. I called Ambrose carpets and they were out QUICKLY. Linus immediately did what needed to be done- mold treatment, carpet pad replacement. I"ve been using Ambrose for carpet and furniture cleaning and for carpet installation for more than a dozen years. They are exceptionally friendly, competent and trustworthy. And, they are very reasonably priced. Clare and BJ know this business inside and out and can give valuable suggestions and ideas. They are on top of style and design. Linus is just the best carpet cleaner and he is thorough and careful. He is a gem of a person, so he is very enjoyable to be around and he really cares about your furniture and carpet. He is careful and diligent in his cleaning. Do business with this company. You will never use any other service company. Kathy Smith chefkbs@gmail.com read more

Recently we decided to choose Ambrose for our carpet services, let me say i was less than pleased. The office did not call us back after saying they would, 2 consecutive days. I know business's get busy, especially with the amount of good reviews this place had, so i wasn't bothered with that. When the employee showed up, he said " You got wet paint upstairs bro, I'm not gonna take the time to clean my wand and I have plans later today" He was not even willing to touch the downstairs that hadn't even been touched! Clearly the employee was far more worried about his plans outside of work and without saying another word he left. At double the price of other companies I had very high hopes for this company. Unfortunately, I will never be back and will never send anyone else here. read more
