Her repeated commentary about our 13-month-old, who was calm and quiet the entire time, was inappropriate and unprofessional. She told us to "put him down" because she didn't think we could remember the ballpark numbers she was quoting on the fly, and stated more than once that we should have hired a babysitter "because people who are serious about this do." Both my husband and I rearranged our work schedules and made meaningful time for this meeting. As an hourly employee of my own business, this was a significant investment of time, and to be told we weren't taking it seriously was both insulting and entirely untrue. Midway through the meeting, while showing us three discontinued cabinetry lines, with no mention of what they currently sell, Jeri quizzed us on the price ranges she had mentioned earlier. When I repeated $7-21k instead of $8-21k, she used this as evidence that we weren't paying attention. She also criticized my husband for not taking notes. We attempted to name the tension in the room in hopes of resetting the tone and salvaging the conversation, but Jeri remained dismissive and unapproachable. We were left confused as to how the meeting had become so negative, and deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism. We ultimately cut the meeting short and left. Would not recommend.

I am so glad I did not read about Stone International on Yelp before I used them for the first…read moretime, because I probably wouldn't have given them a chance.. That would have been too bad because I have found them to be wonderful for the 4 kitchens I have remodeled using their cabinets and countertops. I have renovated 3 airbnb kitchens as well as my daughter's kitchen using Stone International and everyone LOVES the kitchens. The cabinets and countertops are VERY reasonably priced, but look great. I can only think the people who gave bad reviews to this company expected white glove service that comes with cabinets that are 3 times the price. The cabinets have dovetail joints and easy close drawers. I have never bought the painted (white or grey) cabinets, so I can't really speak to the quality of those. But the Maple cabinets look great. (I do have a friend/colleague who remodeled her personal kitchen with their grey shaker cabinets and they looked wonderful.) So, I have used Stone International four times now and I will definitely use them again for future projects. And btw, everyone I've dealt with there has been very nice and helpful (I use Olga for design and ordering). But, I believe anyone can get sour if they are not treated well, so maybe that's the issue? Otherwise, I really can't understand many of the comments here. Also, just to be clear, they don't know I'm reviewing them, and they are not giving me any benefit for this review. I decided to review them today for two reasons. First, I just recently discovered they are on yelp and the reviews are weirdly (in my opinion) poor. Second, they just delivered two kitchens worth of cabinets to the two condos I am renovating in Winter Park, and my contractor told me they were super helpful in getting all the cabinets into the condos - even though there is a ton of snow up there. (As a comparison, the delivery man for the flooring that was delivered yesterday just dumped the 2 pallets of Luxury Vinyl Plank in the parking lot and did not help my contractor get them to the condos at all.) Definitely Stone International has been a 5 Star company for me over the years.

Two years ago I purchased a glass shower installation group from B&G - door, fixed glass panel,…read moreoverhead barn door rail with rollers, and all the hardware. I'm a DIY homeowner and had landed on B&G's product after months of planning and shopping. I also purchased a granite counter slab with sink installed from B&G - let them cut the slab and install the hanging sink. Everything was done well, cut to the exact dimensions I ordered. I did the precision measure myself and gave them a printed and digital file of exact shape I wanted - akin to laser measurement. They were very clear on what they would warranty and what they wouldn't. I took a lot of risk because I picked up all products at their facility and took possession there. I lifted (with help of my sturdy teenage son) all this upstairs and installed myself - built-up pan with a liner, tile, counter top - the whole bit. B&G reps were very helpful the whole time up to payment and taking possession. They even recommended ways for me to take possession that would limit my liability if the counter top cracked. Basically they loaded into my truck for me. This did two things. First, it saved my back. Secondly, if the granite slab was prone to breaking due to a natural weakness or something then the load would be a great time to check, and they would have provided a new slab had that happened. All the products were high quality and as advertised. The communication couldn't have been better. Regarding the reviewer named Yancey - I understand the frustration at having to wait for parts, and maybe given the money you spent you wanted more communication. What is also obvious in your review is that your contractor owns most of the issues there. If your glass is coming detached from the shower, that sounds like an install issue and not a product issue. I suspect the glass was installed incorrectly such that the glass/shower connection was subject to a separating force, or there was some other problem with the install design. That kind of stuff is all on the shower design and installation. I'm guessing your contractor was you, your brother in law or some other DIY type. Any qualified contractor with industry standard skill level would not be relying on the product seller to instruct them on installation method,

I have had an excellent experience with Bedrosians!…read more I've have been searching like a fiend the last week to find tile to match my hardwood flooring perfectly and I've been to more tile stores than I'd like to admit. The customer service here out shines all competitors. I was immediately greeted by Julie, she was friendly and even told me where the sale portion of the tile was stashed away. The options for tile can become over whelming to say the least, Alex another extremely friendly associate offered me large samples to take home to compare to my flooring which helped tremendously. Alex quickly whipped a quote and I left with my samples. Within a half hour Alex called to tell me that one of the tiles I had been eyeing was on sale, he went out of his way to double check the pricing and leave me a thoughtful message. This service is what compelled me to decide to order my tile with this company. (As well as the beautiful product) Even though my 100 square ft order is most likely tiny in this company's grand scheme of things I was and continue to be treated like a super star all thanks to Alex's enthusiastic service and welcoming and genuine personality.

This required that the floor be torn apart, potentially damaging the floor underneath. They would not replace the tile and we had to order more and pay for the demo/retiling of the floor ourselves, which was a significant cost. Then we ordered tile for our kitchen backsplash based upon tile samples they provided for us out of their showroom. The tile that came in looked like it had bloody finger prints all over it - which were not at all on the samples. We immediately called Bedrosians and they refused to refund our money or replace the tile, stating that it was a special order tile. One that looked NOTHING like the sample THEY GAVE ME! This store is only interested in one thing... your hard-earned money. Once they have it, even if there are errors that are their fault, they will not reimburse you or take returns. Bedrosians cost us a significant amount of $$ and we are stuck with tile we will never use that has bloody finger prints on it. We will never, ever, buy anything from this store again, and now my contractor will not either based upon our experience. Because of the kitchen tile disaster, I had to hurry and find in-stock tile because the tile setter was there. I had a much better and less expensive experience with Floor & Decor, and I brought the tile I chose home with me. It turned out beautifully. Shopping at Bedrosians is not worth the heartburn you will experience from absolutely terrible customer service and policies. Go elsewhere.

My HGTV watching (Jasmine Roth of "Help, I Wrecked my House", in particular), introduced me to Quartzite. This magical material is wonderful for the wear and tear of kitchen counters, so I went shopping around several places in the Denver area. I can say there are quite a few stone providers with beautiful slabs, and helpful staff. But, I return always to The Stone Collection. Their warehouse off of I-70 is chock full of anything you could possibly want in a stone slab design solution. From granite to marble to quartzite, to premium stones like petrified wood and onyx, I fell in love with so many slabs that I had to enlist my son's help to figure out which ones to choose. The quartzite from Brazil seemed to fit my style. I ended up with Sauipe (named after a city in Brazil) for my kitchen and master bathroom, and some Baccarat slabs in my hallway bathroom. When the store in Denver did not have enough sauipe for my kitchen, I went online to the Stone Collection's website, and found a slab in Phoenix, AZ that would work for my kitchen island. For $150, they agreed to move the slab to the Denver warehouse for me. The staff in Denver was happy to help me choose my specific slabs, which entailed moving material around in the warehouse, and letting me gaze at them for an hour or more to choose my specific slabs. Then, they reserved those slabs for me for 30-45 days while the fabricator (Stone Hills, for which I've also provided a review) prepared to receive them, and they also moved the additional slabs from Phoenix to Denver. I may have missed my calling as a designer, as I loved looking through their warehouse and letting my imagination wander. While their website can be a good starting point, I found it flaky and hard to navigate when I spent a lot of time looking at many slabs in many different locations. Their prices also may be a bit higher, but not by a lot. The staff was quick to point out any flaws in the slabs, which was true in one case, and gave my fabricator a bit of a discount for that. Overall, if you are planning a renovation where counters or bathroom floors/walls are involved, I recommend that you spend an afternoon browsing through the slabs in The Stone Collection's warehouse, or at least go online to TheStoneCollection.com to see what they have currently available. Stock changes over time, and some are more popular than others. Learning about the different stones, and seeing the amazing variety may change the direction of your renovation!
