Two years ago I purchased a glass shower installation group from B&G - door, fixed glass panel, overhead barn door rail with rollers, and all the hardware. I'm a DIY homeowner and had landed on B&G's product after months of planning and shopping. I also purchased a granite counter slab with sink installed from B&G - let them cut the slab and install the hanging sink. Everything was done well, cut to the exact dimensions I ordered. I did the precision measure myself and gave them a printed and digital file of exact shape I wanted - akin to laser measurement. They were very clear on what they would warranty and what they wouldn't. I took a lot of risk because I picked up all products at their facility and took possession there. I lifted (with help of my sturdy teenage son) all this upstairs and installed myself - built-up pan with a liner, tile, counter top - the whole bit. B&G reps were very helpful the whole time up to payment and taking possession. They even recommended ways for me to take possession that would limit my liability if the counter top cracked. Basically they loaded into my truck for me. This did two things. First, it saved my back. Secondly, if the granite slab was prone to breaking due to a natural weakness or something then the load would be a great time to check, and they would have provided a new slab had that happened. All the products were high quality and as advertised. The communication couldn't have been better. Regarding the reviewer named Yancey - I understand the frustration at having to wait for parts, and maybe given the money you spent you wanted more communication. What is also obvious in your review is that your contractor owns most of the issues there. If your glass is coming detached from the shower, that sounds like an install issue and not a product issue. I suspect the glass was installed incorrectly such that the glass/shower connection was subject to a separating force, or there was some other problem with the install design. That kind of stuff is all on the shower design and installation. I'm guessing your contractor was you, your brother in law or some other DIY type. Any qualified contractor with industry standard skill level would not be relying on the product seller to instruct them on installation method, read more

I had a wonderful experience working with Bath and Granite! I worked directly with sales associate Mel, and she was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful with all of my questions. B&G were very flexible in scheduling both the measuring appointment and the installation appointment, which I especially appreciated with my busy schedule. There was one point in the fabrication process where Mel called me to inform me that my countertops were actually going to require the use of two slabs of stone, which was different from the original quote. She worked with me to make adjustments to the size of my kitchen island so that we were able to keep our materials and costs at just one slab - which made a huge difference! In the end, we think the island turned out even better with the slightly smaller dimensions. The countertops were installed flawlessly, and they even managed to keep our longest countertop to one piece with no seam! We have an older home with some definite challenges, and they navigated those challenges extremely well. I came here while remodeling my kitchen. My designer recommended I check them out for countertops but I ended up getting cabinets, countertops, sink, flooring tile, and backsplash here. To understand why this place is awesome you need to do a little suffering at Home Depot and a couple smaller showrooms. The sales staff is mostly younger people with some good product knowledge that introduced me to the different products they carry but didn't push me onto any one specific thing. Cabinets - their selection wasn't as good as some showrooms dedicated to only cabinetry. But they had enough for me to feel like I had a lot of options. They got me a beautiful 3D render of my space and it was priced a little better than Lowes. Countertops - this seems to be their sweet spot. Watch their videos, they have a very cool process. Pricing was a little higher than Home Depot, well worth it in my opinion. Flooring - their floor tile selection was relatively small but again everything they had looked nice and I felt like I had plenty of options. All of their tile is middle of the road in terms of price. It was less expensive than most of what I saw at Arizona tile but a dollar or two more expensive than Home Depot. They showed me some quality elements of the tile so I'm actually glad I spent the extra $260 over what I would have paid at Home Depot. Backsplash - plenty of options. They had some around $7psf but most of the nicer stuff seemed to be around $20psf Sinks - we got a blanco sink. It's amazing - I love it. Although the sink was backordered which delayed our countertop installation by about a week. All in all, it was a great experience. My sister will be remodeling a couple bathrooms soon and I'll be sure to send her here! read more

I'm in the middle of a bathroom remodel and need a vanity, but need a very specific size and have to have the drawers on the right hand side. Bath and Granite is a neat shop with a good concept which I also think is reasonably priced. Pros: You walk in, pick the size, style, color and then get to select the sink and add a cabinet and mirror if you'd like. Cons: It was understaffed for a Saturday at 2pm. There was one gal helping 9 different sets of customers and several left after getting tired of waiting. Everything is in stock, but the assembly of the cabinets and vanity takes two weeks. Sooooo I went to the big box store instead and picked out the same color, style I wanted which was already assembled and ready for pick up that day. read more

Sir Nicholas and I are remodeling our bathroom because it's from the 1950s which means it's all a salmon color of pink - the tiles, the wall, all of it. And while I'm a fan of pink (obviously - just look at my hair) having that much of it in such a small space is a little, um, not good looking. Because of this we found ourselves in need of a new vanity and we didn't really want to spend a ton of money as this is our guest bathroom. After looking around at a lot of places we found a pretty awesome vanity at Bath and Granite 4 Less for around $300 which is an awesome, awesome price compared to other places we checked out. I think part of the reason everything here is so cheap is because this is essentially just a big, kind of dirty warehouse looking place so there is no showroom to maintain. Also, the guys working there are really friendly, but don't really know a whole lot about plumbing so you've got to come equipped with exact knowledge of what you need. They don't have a huge selection, but they do have a bit of variety and plenty of varying sizes so if you are in the market for a bathroom vanity I'd say it's definitely worth checking out. I'd say they carry more brands than most kitchen cabinet dealers in Denver do. We thought the pricing was good but I was too focused on finding the cheapest price. I've done flips before so I had a better idea of what i wanted for my house. Quality is important for me but I'm not going to pay an arm and a leg. The staff was helpful. The people who work there actually know what they're doing 2. I price checked the two biggest items on my invoice. They were less expensive than Lowes by over $100 on both items. 3. They carry really nice stuff. I could tell I was buying product that was nice but nothing over the top. I went to help my mom and dad pick out some supplies to remodel their bathrooms and had been researching it for quite some time because we all know this isn't a cheap investment. A client of mine recommended me here so I decided to check it out - it was a huge plus that they were patient with my parents since there is a language barrier and made sure to try to understand exactly what we needed. There was a nik in one of the boxes. We asked the guy getting our order to look inside. He got another guy, who insisted they unboxed both of the vanities completely for us to check just in case. I just bought a new house in Lone Tree, the builder's vanities were cheap, so we wanted something better. We ordered two monickers and 1 Ella from Bath & Granite 4 Less. Ella vanity - I got this for our powder room. It looks great, the glass top is gorgeous. I was worried it would get dirty easily but that hasn't been issue. Monicker Vanities - I got two of these for our master bath with the countertops included at the same place. These cabinets are natural wood on the face and everything I expected them to be. Nice smooth drawers and matching mirror. While I was picking out things in the showroom, a woman made a fuss about the quality of finish of the monickers. Do yourself a favor and stop in at Home Depot or Lowes before going to this store. Finishing wood is NOT an easy job. Yes, I've definitely seen better quality but I wasn't going to pay $3k for a bathroom cabinet. These cabinets are multitudes nicer than anything I found at HD or Lowes at practically the same price. I'm a car guy so I'll make a car analogy here. These vanities are like the Honda Accord: very attractive and solid quality. B&G is like the Honda dealership. If you want a BMW 7-series don't go to the Honda dealership. Bath & Granite 4 Less had the best VALUE I could find when shopping for vanities. I went to all the big box stores, IKEA, and a couple custom cabinet shops. After you do as much research as I did, you'll see where value meets price. read more

When I got to the building I was a little confused at first, as it did not look like a shop that's open to the public-it is. They should put up a sign so that customers know they can come right in. We were finishing our basement and had one bathroom to do down there. We bought the shower glass, vanity, toilet, and some wall tile for the shower from Bath & Granite 4 Less. First of all they were the only place that actually had all the items I wanted in stock. I had to wait for the cabinet to be built but it only took a week. Secondly, the prices were much more reasonable. Pricing and selection was better than Home Depot. The staff was very friendly. We had 3 bathrooms redone. We used the same contractor for all 3 and purchased materials for 2 and a half of them from B&G. They were extremely helpful through the design process and we love our new bathrooms. However, there were delays several times and no communication. This caused wasted trips by us and our contractor multiple times - all this pre-covid. We decided after the third bathroom we would not use them again for future projects. The final straw came when our glass shower door detached from shower. When our contractor visited B&G to discuss the best way to repair, he was told this issue has been happening multiple times and they recommended a different design. Our contractor had followed the exact design they recommended initially and was not comfortable doing any further work. The only option we had was to pay for additional parts and for their installer to do the work. Not only did we have to pay another $400, but their continued lack of communication and follow up led to nearly 2 months without a shower. I was very disappointed in how this was handled after we had spent over $20k with them. We asked for a call from the owner do discuss these concerns. We finally heard from a manager who apologized, and explained the owner was far too busy to call us. I guess when business is really good, customer service becomes unimportant. read more

Here is the scoop on B&G - they're in between Home Depot and Custom. We were looking for something nicer than the junk vanities we saw at big box stores. So we went to some custom cabinet shops, picked out some pretty things, and then were told we'd need to spend $10,000 on the set for our master bath. That's wayyyy more than we were planning. Eventually we stumbled upon Bath & Granite 4 Less and went with the Monicker line. The quality was quite nice but they wouldn't customize to exactly what I wanted. That ended up being perfect though. We picked the color of the cabinet, handles, and granite countertop. Total cost - $1200. While I was in (one of the several times) I heard very positive reviews about their glass shower doors. Apparently they have another semi-custom type of product for shower glass. Anyway I haven't tried that yet - next bathroom. I highly recommend you check them out for a bathroom remodel. read more

I flip houses and in almost every house we remodel at least one bathroom. I've been ordering from this location and the Brighton blvd location for the last year or so. From what I can see, their business has grown tremendously over the last year. I think it's largely due to their massive selection of bathroom vanities. Every 3 months or so they have new products snazzier than before. Their stuff is also in stock usually. For us that makes a big difference. Both because we can turnaround projects faster and it's a much less of a pain in the rear for me in the planning stages. Their prices are untouchable. Generally most of the houses we do are higher end so we can't get the regular home depot / lowes stock. When I have to order from other bath showrooms in town, the prices we have to pay make me cringe. For every bathroom we start at Bath & Granite 4 Less. We only go elsewhere if we absolutely have to and we can charge the difference. I'd also like to touch on the negative reviews left by the two gals below. Their return policy is not that of Home Depot. If you bring back a faucet that's scratched, they might not take it back. With that said, they are very reasonable with returns. I've had to do a few exchanges before and I've witnessed other people do returns / exchanges. If the product was treated with care you won't have problems and you bring it back within reasonable time period, you won't have any problems. read more

I stopped by Bath and Granite 6 times over the last year. I bought a house that I gutted and remodeled. I had the kitchen and two bathrooms to redo. I started with research phase and ended with the kitchen countertops. Each time I went in they had new displays and products. This place has great prices and really decent quality cabinets for the price. Lots of sizes and style choices. We have a weird size so the only way to find one was custom order through any other company. Since these guys have semi custom stuff ready to go we were able to get our size with out paying a fortune for what we wanted. My only complaint was that we shopped for original pricing in early December but because of a horrible contractor and delays did not purchase until February. The prices had gone up unfortunately my contractor had my original quote so there was not much to do about it but overall they were still reasonable in cost. I bought granite countertops for my bathroom here. The showroom area specifically for countertops was small but they offered me free stone samples to take home. I took 3 color samples home and that was actually a lot more helpful than trying to pick a color in the store.  I bought the countertop. They cut it and my contractor picked it up the next week. Everything looks great, people were nice, 5 stars.  Oh one more thing I was pleased with was how transparent the pricing was. Other stone shops made me feel like I was buying a used car. read more

Incompetent. I order several items for a house remodel and one of the vanities was wrong and another cabinet was damaged. Sales associate, J said he reordered and it would be in a few weeks. Few weeks pass I receive a skin to replace the damaged cabinet myself and no vanity since Jeremy failed to order it. Everyday we went in to the store to find out what's going on. J would run and hide and no other associates could help since their computer systems don't seem to talk to each other. I then was directed to JW the manager who on the surface was helpful, reordered the vanity and said it would be delivered on X date. X date came and went and no vanity. No call, no clue. No vanity. It took several phone calls and another visit before I was informed the vanity was being delivered. They did deliver but they did not install. They did replace the skin but it was done poorly. There are bumps from the glue al I did get a partial refund but it cost me 3 times as much since I could not move back into my house for an additional 8 weeks due to wrong order and then no order and finally the right order. read more

This has been one of my favorite finds of the year. I wanted to upgrade my kitchen and bathroom and they've been an invaluable resource for both. What makes them unique is their modular solutions for granite counter tops; vanities and shower doors that allow you to piece together some great upgrades at nearly half the cost. I discovered their Lazy Granite product first and have been back twice...once for a new vanity with under-mount sink and again for modular glass shower doors. All of their solutions are easy to install for the do-it-yourselfer and in stock for quick pick up. On all three of my visits, the staff were friendly and helpful. Decent showroom with a cool interactive faucet selection. Many cabinet styles to choose from that need some updating since they look dated and worn, but otherwise showing you what they offer. Salesman was nice and very helpful, he let me look around without pressure. I did notice a larger cabinet is created from 2 - 3 smaller cabinets that you need to assemble together via screws when you get home versus purchasing a larger 1pc cabinet elsewhere. I still found my 1pc 72" cabinet elsewhere with similar top that fit in my bathroom - no problem, for hundreds less. No assembly required. If I have to "screw" 2-3 cabinets together, it still is considered "assembly required". No thanks. read more

Overall we had a great experience at Bath and Granite. In fact, I would say the best customer service we experienced throughout our entire home remodel. 4 stars instead of 5 because there were a few hiccups along the way but each issue was addressed with urgency and a plesant attitude. We're incredibly happy with our kitchen and the countertops are a big part of why. Positives: right price, Daniel and Sasha were incredibly responsive and helpful, selection of countertops wasn't huge but we thought many of the options were beautiful. Negatives: right before purchase we were told our chosen countertop was unavailable (I imagine inventory management with product as heavy as granite isn't easy), one piece came with a chip (but it was replaced the next morning with zero hassle). I went in recently to get a new bathroom vanity since I was doing a remodel in my bathroom and I'm glad I came here! I had originally gone to Home Depot and was unimpressed with the selection and was told by a friend to stop here! I was helped by one of the sales reps. We had problems with making appointment to measure kitchen. Took over a week after putting down deposit to set up appointment. Not sure if it was poor measurements, poor fabrication or poor installation but we have gaps, back splash had to go back to be recut, stove and refrigerator are wedged in so tight now moving them to complete tile is a nightmare. Wall had to be cut for installing, and dishwasher brace was put in so poorly we had to repair it, twice. The second time the installer came back to install the now too short but too long back splash decided just to jerk countertop leaving another gap, jamming the stove in tight, and messing up plumb dishwasher frame. Nice people, just incompetent with way too many things. read more
