I'm very happy we shopped around some more. Lori was quick to respond and get an in-home estimate scheduled. She thoroughly explained all the options and what would look best to get our 1980's kitchen a bit more modern. They have a wide selection of styles and finishes to choose from. I was amazed at the difference in prices between the quotes. Not only a bunch (~50% cheaper), but better quality all around. It took two full days and only a couple hours on the third day to get everything installed. Allen is a true craftsman. He pointed out issues with the existing cabinets and was quick to fix them. Every step of the way he kept us informed. His attention to detail was astonishing. Items I would have never considered, such as the way the cabinets should open and putting in hinge stops to prevent the doors from running into other cabinets. Very careful and respectful of our entire house. Super friendly and was sure to clean up each day. I can't praise Home Improvements of Colorado enough. I always felt I could email them with any questions prior to the installation and they would get right back to me. Don't look any further. If you want the best, this is the only place you need to call.

In the beginning as we were collecting quotes, I was impressed with how responsive Kim was, I also felt like their prices were very reasonable in comparison to the other companies. We had a pantry, closet and a portion of a wall removed to make our house built in 1908 more open concept. New hardwood floors throughout the first floor. We also did new cabinets and countertops through kitchen creations. Kim helped us pick out our farmhouse sink. In an effort to save some money we did the backsplash, light fixtures and painting (though I wish we would have had Al (Tivoli Contracting) do the painting as most of it still isn't done ;). During the renovation the stairs to upstairs (we lovingly referred to as our apartment) was taped off to minimize dust etc. They were usually there promptly at 8a and would knock prior to entering despite the lock box. I would say I spent most days upstairs at the house during renovation. I'd do it all again in a heartbeat and would go back to Kitchen Creations and Al for future renovations!

The workers in our home were as quiet and respectful as possible, and cleaned up at the end of every day. Communicative, they showed up on time every day and let me know if they were running late ( once). And our bathroom remodel was above and beyond our expectations. Professional and able in every way, highly recommend.

He said he would talk to his rep from the cabinet company and let us know our options. We waited several months and tried to contact Mark to follow-up. He never called us back. He finally answered when my husband called and said he had not talked to the cabinet company yet. At this point we had waited five months. Why come to our house to see the problem, get our hopes up and leave us waiting? I would prefer a direct response if he was too busy or did not want to do the job so we could move on. I finally sent an email directly to the cabinet company. They honored their warranty and sent us new cabinet fronts. It was pretty simple!! I called Mark again to let him know I had success with the cabinet company and to see if he would like to do the install. Still no call back... It's very confusing since Alpha Cabinetry did ALL the cabinets in our 6,600 square foot home. Are they worried about the integrity of the product they supplied or just terrible at communication and time management? If I ran my business like this, I'd be out of business!!

Their team replaced and painted new doors/drawer facings, along with the cabinet boxes. We looked at alternative options of ripping out and replacing all the cabinetry, but the project would have been at least 5 times more expensive. In addition, the alternative meant we would be out of a kitchen for a minimum of 8-10 months which was a "no go" given we were still living in the house. Kris and Christian were very reasonable and professional. I appreciated how detailed they were and never stopped until everything looked just right. They were great about communicating any challenges we ran into (which happens when you're remodeling an older home) and also presenting solutions/options. They not only were great "teammates" in this whole process, but they helped to literally transform our kitchen! Neighbors and friends were amazed at the transformation and didn't recognize the kitchen at all! We would not hesitate to recommend Sunray to anyone and will DEFINITELY be calling them again!! 5+ STARS!!!

So I thought I'd leave a positive review for a job I had done that was professional and perfectly installed. First off my granite counter tops were 3 CM thick and 35 sq ft and then with the leftover slab I had them replace 3 vanity counter tops. I worked directly with the owner AL and he has everything from exotic to just basic quartz and granite but he worked me out a little better deal because he was overstocked on certain style slabs. Long story short, it was 15-20% less than other places, he added a 25 year sealant on my granite and a lifetime warranty on my cabinets against any cracking or normal wear and tear damage. = very satisfied customer and I'd highly recommend Bellagio stone to anyone out there looking to remodel their kitchen. I also recommend dealing directly with the owner AL.

First, the material which we chosen from IKEA does not match with the kitchen top which you delivered. We have rejected it when you came for the installation. You lied to IKEA with a different pictures. Everyone, I would advise you NOT to use Bellagio Marble ideas as they are unprofessional with very poor business etiquette.

Whether it's due to poor installation, poor-quality materials, or both, the flooring has not held up as it should for such a significant investment. Given the amount the previous owners paid, this level of durability is extremely disappointing. We now have to replace the floors much sooner than anyone should reasonably expect. We will be using a company that stands behind its workmanship and products with a warranty and quality that extends well beyond five years. Based on the condition of these floors after only five years, I would not recommend Simply Floors. Stop reading reviews!…read more You don't need to go any farther! Caleb at Granite Direct is all you need to know! From the 1st time I walked in the door, it was a completely different and far better experience than at any of the several other granite suppliers I'd visited. Hmm, what could be the phrase....does "distant attentiveness" make sense? Caleb was definitely there to help with any questions I had, but not hovering as if trying to rush me along. The selection is not the largest in the city, to be sure, but diverse enough that anyone should find at least a couple of slabs they like. After I spent maybe an hour going around and around, unable to decide, Caleb asked a few questions about the space, the light and the effect I wanted. He walked around the warehouse with me and pointed out on individual pieces what colors worked best, if a subtle effect could be expected or a more dynamic one, how a piece would reflect light, how it would work with the adjoining room. I've done several renovations before, and wasn't my first time to the granite rodeo, but no one had ever made it so easy for me to make a decision. When I first went to Granite Direct, it was because a fabricator I had worked with in the past sent me there. Without going into all the problems with that person/company, NOT working with him was perhaps the best thing of all! Caleb sent me an artist! Vataly was superb! And that he was so well mannered and respectful of my home was a bonus! Every measurement was very, very precise and he measured and remeasured to be sure it was exactly right in my completely out of kilter kitchen. The breakfast bar that I wanted was just a little unusual, and Wow! did it ever come out perfectly! He cut the granite so the veins were in exactly in the most attractive places. And delivery was exactly on time, in spite of just having an accident that put him in a cast! Oh, did I mention cost? While some fabricators, who will remain nameless, wanted me to buy another whole slab of granite, to make his work easier, Caleb furnished Vataly (VDM Granite Unlimited) with the extra remnant needed to keep my cost down! What a guy! Amazing customer service! I 'll never go anywhere else for granite and neither should you. A+, 5 star experience from the beginning to the end!

Chris initially came across professional but quickly made me feel as though he did not have time for my job or care to correct the situation after work was complete. I called and emailed pictures to Chris, to which he did not respond but had the installer call and come out to correct the problem They filled the quarter inch gap with silicone and said that is all they can do.
