Good afternoon Bellagio, We ordered our kitchen top through IKEA and it has been a nightmare. First, the material which we chosen from IKEA does not match with the kitchen top which you delivered. We have rejected it when you came for the installation. You were also late for both the appointments. IKEA provided us the pictures which you shared with them. Clearly, the pictures of the counter top is not the counter top which you sent. You lied to IKEA with a different pictures. Everyone, I would advise you NOT to use Bellagio Marble ideas as they are unprofessional with very poor business etiquette. read more

I recently made a phone call, asking Siri to call the Bellagio. And she correctly called Bellagio Stone. Realizing this after the second ring I hung up! Later the next day I checked my messages and there was a message that read, "Did you call Bellagio Stone?" I felt terrible... A nice conversation happened, and I explained I was trying to call the Bellagio Casino. They replied, "no worries, good luck!" I quickly replied it was for a complaint, if they would of communicated with me like he had they wouldn't be receiving one. Needless to say, prior to learning who or what Bellagio Stone is/was about, I was so pleased an impressed that someone took the time to review incoming call numbers and then FOLLOW-UP - on unknown numbers. I recently had my kitchen remodeled by Bellagio stone after looking around at a few places and seeing my neighbors go through hell with their kitchen remodel done by Home Depot where they were so upset with the work that they left negative reviews on every site they could think of including the BBB. So I thought I'd leave a positive review for a job I had done that was professional and perfectly installed. First off my granite counter tops were 3 CM thick and 35 sq ft and then with the leftover slab I had them replace 3 vanity counter tops. I worked directly with the owner AL and he has everything from exotic to just basic quartz and granite but he worked me out a little better deal because he was overstocked on certain style slabs. Long story short, it was 15-20% less than other places, he added a 25 year sealant on my granite and a lifetime warranty on my cabinets against any cracking or normal wear and tear damage. = very satisfied customer and I'd highly recommend Bellagio stone to anyone out there looking to remodel their kitchen. Al, the owner, was an absolute pleasure to deal with and we could not be happier with our counters. They are gorgeous and expertly crafted. We had a lot of difficult cuts in our kitchen and everything fit perfectly. We have only one seem due to a strange counter shape, and it is flawless and almost impossible to see. I can't speak to the experience of the other woman who posted here with the unfavorable review of her experience with Al, but I am a woman and he was nothing but respectful and helpful throughout the process. Not once did I feel as though he was talking down to me or treating me any differently just because I am a woman. He is honest, professional and will offer you his opinion. We had zero issues with our order, it was done when he said it would be, and his crew did an amazing job with installation. I handled this whole install and ordering process myself and Al was wonderful, good humored and answered all my questions happily. He communicated well with me throughout the process and did exactly what he said he would, when he said he would do it. He even invited me to his shop where they do the cutting to choose which parts of the granite I wanted for my island, etc. I had to decline do to a prior commitment, but Al told me that he gets very inspired by the movement in the granite and how the colors play when cut in certain ways. He assured me that he would make it beautiful, and he did. He chose EXACTLY the pieces I would have for my island and sink tops. And he did all this for about $2000 less than the next closest bid. I am appalled at the way I was treated by Bellagio Stone. A quoted one-week turnaround time turned into two months, with excuses upon excuses from the owner. Every time I called the store, they had no record of my order, repeatedly telling me to call Al, the owner's, cell phone. At one point Al insinuated that as a woman I was unable to properly wield a measuring tape. A scheduled delivery to my home was completely forgotten. When we finally received the piece and realized the edges were not cut to our specifications, I didn't have to energy to deal with this wholly unpleasant business anymore. If they had been professional then we may have considered ordering counters from them, but I have never dealt with such an improperly managed business and unpleasant owner in my life. read more
