I went in and Jose was so nice and actually took me back to the back room where they do all the finishing and cutting for the countertops and we went outside and I saw one and he actually got the truck around and pulled it inside for me to look at and it was a done deal, he came out twice and measured to perfection. I had a couple issues with countertop and wall angles and then within a couple days his team came out and installed L shaped countertop a bar area, and my 9 foot island. Couple days later he came back to inspect everything and we had a couple little things that needed to be caulked around the edges and it turned out amazingly beautiful. I am so happy with the service he provided.

When doing my due diligence on this fabricator I read the one-star review from Bruce S., and since…read morethere was only one bad review I assumed it was a one-off experience and reached out to Tom at Integrity Countertops anyway. Unfortunately, I soon discovered that the one-star review was spot on. I had a similar experience - a serious lack of responsiveness, follow through, and quite frankly, basic concern or respect for anyone but himself. It takes a lot for me to write a bad review for any small business, and I don't know if Tom is good at what he does as I chose to work with someone else, but it seems important to warn others. Apparently, he expects people to wait for months on end (as Bruce points out), until he feels like returning a call, or finishing a project. His unprofessionalism and lack of respect for others is stunning, and a serious red flag. All I can say is: Buyer Beware.

The worst and the contractor with least integrity we have ever dealt with…read more He was on the list of contractors recommended by PorcelainOSA. When we first contacted the owner, Tom Ogles, he spent over 45 minutes telling us how efficient and competent he was. We emailed him the information he requested and he promised to come over and do his measurements. We then followed up with a few more texts and emails, however, he never responded to any of them! Over 2 months later and out of the blues, he texted us with just our name! When asked him who he was, he introduced himself. Apparently he was out of work, and some two months later he decided to contact us for a job! It is very strange that he thought anyone would wait for him for over two months! That only goes to show how illogical, unreliable and incompetent this contractor is. Because of him, we decided not to purchase our countertop materials from Porcelainosa. Stay away from this unreliable contractor!
