If you're looking for new countertops, I highly recommend Ric and his team. A completely different…read moreperson we used in the past for countertops left us wary, so this time I made sure to do quite a bit of research and talked with quite a few other people until picking Ric. Once I received his quote and met him in person, I knew he was the right fit. Ric is honest, doesn't try to upsell, and shares his expertise, but with no added pressures. He always lets his customers make the final decision and stays true to his quote from beginning to end. He encouraged us to research the materials and see them in person to ensure we were satisfied. Initially, we contacted him and were planning to just have him drill an extra hole and replace the sink. However, due to the awkward cut of the previous quarts and sink, getting the sink we wanted in the right size proved challenging and it would have to be over mounted. The reason I mention this is because I liked the fact that Ric, was more than willing to provide a quote for a smaller project, offer guidance and was willing to make it work if we went down that path, he never once pressured us to go a certain way. Ultimately, we mulled it over and decided to replace the countertops so that we got exactly what we wanted, as putting off our last kitchen project for too long was a regret we had. When the materials arrived, Ric informed me in advance, allowing me to plan accordingly with our contractor to unhook certain items beforehand. This was greatly appreciated. The installation went pretty smoothly and was completed in one day. Ric made sure I was happy with everything and also had his team let me know when strong chemicals would be used so I could avoid the exposure while pregnant. Greatly appreciate Ric and his team's hard work!

Chris initially came across professional but quickly made me feel as though he did not have time for my job or care to correct the situation after work was complete. There is a seam in the countertop at the sink and the quartzite is sagging where it meets which creates about a quarter inch gap between the counter and backsplash. I called and emailed pictures to Chris, to which he did not respond but had the installer call and come out to correct the problem They filled the quarter inch gap with silicone and said that is all they can do. Please see uploaded pics if you are interested to see the work.

So I thought I'd leave a positive review for a job I had done that was professional and perfectly installed. First off my granite counter tops were 3 CM thick and 35 sq ft and then with the leftover slab I had them replace 3 vanity counter tops. I worked directly with the owner AL and he has everything from exotic to just basic quartz and granite but he worked me out a little better deal because he was overstocked on certain style slabs. Long story short, it was 15-20% less than other places, he added a 25 year sealant on my granite and a lifetime warranty on my cabinets against any cracking or normal wear and tear damage. = very satisfied customer and I'd highly recommend Bellagio stone to anyone out there looking to remodel their kitchen. I also recommend dealing directly with the owner AL.

Neil was very apologetic and worked with us to get it corrected without issues but that was the only smooth communication we've had. During our final walk through, we noticed damaged cabinets with various scratches, chipped paint, and one cabinet frame in the kitchen was even broken. The builder got us in contact with Neil again to work with us to get it corrected from our inspection punch list. Neil came out to look at the cabinet, and said he would replace broken one right away and get the ones with damage touched up with paint. He took measurements then said he could expedite getting a new cabinet to replace the broken one. Fast forward a couple weeks, Neil called to say instead of replacing the cabinet, hes going to have someone else come to repair it. This was only the beginning of months of excuses and lack of response from his end. I ended up calling his business instead of his direct number in hopes to get some sort of communication for when the repairs would happen. I even started a spreadsheet listing all the times I reached out but never got a response, received an excuse, or got a promise that someone would call me back end of the day/next day but never did. Our first time contacting each other to get the broken cabinet replaced was September 1, 2023 and was told it would be replaced within 6 weeks. Then I was told it would be repaired (rather than replaced) before Christmas. I then reached out again 1/26, 2/1, then finally on 2/15 the cabinets were repaired. This isn't counting the numerous calls and texts from 9/2023-12/2023 with months of agonizing one-way conversations and calls with limited to no responses. Overall, I was disappointment by the lack of professionalism to respond and correct issues in a timely manner. What was supposed to be a couple month problem ended up dragging to almost half a year. We initially wanted to purchase a custom made kitchen island from Greenwood, but with a broken cabinet taking almost 6 months to fix, we opted to purchase it elsewhere.
