All the employees at Floor & Decor were amazing!! This is a huge store and is wonderful for getting new ideas to update your house. We came to see tiles in person because online pictures just don't always do the tile justice. I was looking at porcelain hex floor tiles and I absolutely loved them in person and so did the hubs. Employees were available to answer questions but it appeared that all the customers who strolled in needed help, including us. We only had to wait a few minutes before Alexia helped us order all the tile, grout, and thinset needed for our project. I inquired about the 12 months 0% financing on their credit card and Alexia said she didn't really know about the credit card but that the cashiers were more knowledgeable about the credit card. I really appreciate it when people tell me they don't know something but point me in the direction of someone who can answer it for me. Alexia walked us to the cashier and told her I wanted to apply for the credit card. Unfortunately, you have to use a kiosk to do a credit app that is right next to the doors, which is in full view of everyone OR you can scan the QR code and do it from your phone. Once you're approved, you can go to the cashier and have them bring up your suspended order. The cashier was new so the MOD walked her through every step of how to find a new credit card application, how to apply a military discount, how to choose the best finance option for the customer (there's an option of 6 mos or 12 mos 0% financing), and helping us with scheduling our pickup since we didn't want to pay for delivery. They offer to hold your order for 7 days. We went home and changed out cars since we were in my Camaro. We went to the loading dock and Ramadan helped us immediately after helping another customer. After loading half our order, Ramadan informed us that that was probably the weight limit for our 4Runner and had us sign for what we picked up. We unloaded our tiles at home and returned for our 2nd half. Ramadan and his colleague were ready to load our 4Runner again. Everyone was so helpful and just a pleasure to work with every step of the way. If you're looking for tile, you need to stop here first!! We are already planning a return trip for wall tile, but 1 project at a time!! read more

I would never shop at floor and decor again. The flooring they gave me is chipping the company they recommended to put it a horrible job has to be redone and they paid me boxes to fix it myself. I was pretty excited to see this new Floor & Decor location pop up recently close to me. I am a long time customer but driving to Arvada on I-70 can be a hassle for me. As a serial rehabber I appreciate the selection, prices and that everything is in stock and ready to go. You can also make returns within 30 days for cash back. SO important so you don't run short on material but you can return any left over. You also don't need to buy full cases and can buy per piece when needed. When I stopped in today it was nice to see some new inventory including water jet tiles, a great selection on subways and several new styles. I love giving a kitchen or bath a designer look on a budget. Also the best inventory of Luxury Vinyl Plank and wood look ceramics I have seen in awhile. The water jet mosaics are priced from $30-$40 which is much better than $75+ and up at local tile showrooms. Plenty of hardwoods to choose from as well. Make sure to walk the more than 50 displays to spark your imagination! read more

Wow, this place is amazing, I never knew about Floor & Decor until recently. My wife and I were renovating our new condo and required some stylish new flooring. We headed straight to Floor & Decor and were surprised by the vast selection and their fantastic pricing. We selected some beautiful vinyl and took it right home. It's good to know that places like this exist, such a relief not to have to order flooring products online and wait 3 weeks for the delivery. Great showroom and selection. The place is bigger than two Cosco's put together. One cashier. One single person who needed management help on a return that took over fifteen minutes. Another customer had a defective item, left the store for ten minutes then came back in to complete the transaction. They both spoke Spanish which is a plus. All in all my four items that I purchased took over 30 minutes. Wow. Never ever going back. So sad, such a nice place and fantastic showroom. Eight check out lanes, one person who could care less about getting people checked out. Sad. Sad. What a waste. read more

We have been trying to get an issue with a manufacture warranty solved. Several calls to the store with no answer after waiting more than 7 minutes each time called. Finally talked to someone and they were of no help. Stopped at the store and the gentleman was rude and handed us a "Instructions for Customers with Warranty Claims" sheet but failed to include the actual claim form. Several calls later with no answer and we are fed up. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. read more

I flip properties and frequent this joint for my tile needs. They've got a great selection of tiles, they do run out though so make sure you buy a little more than you need and save it because you likely won't find it again! I often times find it hard to get good help at stores like this but was pleasantly surprised to run into Brenda, who is now my go to when I stop in. She was extremely helpful finding me quantities, offering suggestions, showing me around, and getting my orders set up so I could get in and out. She's the only person I'll deal with now! Overall, my experience here is good. Decent prices, easy returns, my only complaints are the email system (which will not email me my receipts... yes I've talked to like ten people about, even IT and it will not send) and checking which can take a long time with a bigger order. read more

I needed to make a return but I was passed the return policy window. I spoke to the manager, Dean, who was kind enough to make an exception for the returns. One of the new sales associates, Dianna, saw that I was pregnant and ran out to my car to help me unload my heavy returns. After a consultation with a flooring representative from Floor and Decor, (Highlands Ranch, CO) we were told not to buy Bamboo flooring, as it would crack. Instead we bought European Oak by Guthrie which was triple the price of the bamboo, ` we spent $18K in flooring material, then spent an additional $2,700 for glue to use the recommended "glue down" installation to prevent warping and cracking. This was after a Floor and Decor recommended professional (Installation Made Easy-Flawless Floors of Denver) installer came to our home and reviewed the product, the location, the installation, and took measurements for our project. We waited 8 weeks to season the flooring on-site, also at their recommendation. We then paid $8K for the PROFESSIONAL installation of our floors. In Total, we were at nearly $30K for our home's Living Room, DR and Kitchen floors. Now 28 months later, when three professionally installed, glued down, seasoned and warrantied boards were cracking, i.e. "checking" the Floor and Decor reps are telling us to pay $450 for another inspector, to then pay $1200 for the original installer to correct these boards. The whole situation is being blamed on "site-related" issues, as if we have not always been in a home built in 1982, in Denver, CO, in the USA. In other words, the manufacturers product warranty is not applicable based on the site, the installer's warranty is not applicable based on the site, the glue warranty is not applicable, because of the site. Apparently after spending $30K for floors, there is very little Floor and Decor is willing to do to follow up on their product. They are giving us the price of ONE box of flooring materials. $247, only after we sign sign a release. Do not buy flooring here. It is not worth the headache. I will be sharing on our HOA's website to include all 110 homes in our neighborhood. read more

We got the best design services from Heidy at this location. She was straightforward, helpful and patient with us. She took us all over the store to match up our bathroom tiles perfectly and made wonderful suggestions while steering us away from unrealistic and busy choices. If it wasn't for her, our bathroom would probably look like a fifth grader's collage project. Although the store was very busy she never rushed us but at the same time was very efficient and used both of our time well! We were able to place an order right away for our contractor to pick up the next day. It was such a great experience and a pleasure to work with Heidy after spending countless hours looking at tile online and numerous stores in Denver. F&D has miles and miles of tile options at substantially less than you can find elsewhere so, if you're redoing a bathroom, you owe it to yourself to come here at some point. But beyond that, I want to say that the customer service at this particular store is exceptional. You know how you can be in a store wanting to ask a question and an employee clearly sees you but avoids eye contact so they don't have to stop what they're doing to help you? Yeah, that doesn't happen here. I was in this store for about an hour recently browsing tile ideas for an investment property reno and, during that hour, at least 7-8 different employees asked if they could help me. In most cases I was oblivious to anything other than my own search when THEY made eye contact with ME, smiled warmly, and asked if I needed anything. What the what? At least 50% of the time, they actually stopped what they were doing, too, so it wasn't liked they asked as they casually strolled by or while they continued stocking tiles...they literally stopped walking or working to talk to me. Wouldn't it be awesome if this were the future of customer service??? We came here to pick out LVP and tile. The store is quite big with a nice selection of materials all ta a reasonable price. I love that everything they have is displayed, and you can buy a sample of everything for a full refund later. Every employee is also friendly and seemingly knowledgeable. My wife and I came into the Denver store with a list of backsplash, floor, fireplace, and shower tile, as well as LVP items we wanted to see. We had downloaded the SKU numbers, but finding them was very challenging with so many different pieces. Brenda was very patient and showed them all to us. SCAM ALERT! If I give a "0," I would. They do not offer any General contractor discounts out with for starters. They say they have the flooring and underlayment in stock in both Arvada and Denver stores as we had called. We, also, had already the invoice list with the prices on it for the all the flooring. We went straight to the Arvada store after the phone call and yet within a half hour the Arvada store said they didn't have it. They sold 88 boxes within minutes and they knew were coming to pick this up. Yet, they told us the flooring is available at the Denver store and they know we are coming. We never told them we would go to the Denver store. Interesting how they lied to us saying it was there and wasting out time. We went to the Denver store right after and now wasting more of our time. For the same product with the same exact amount purchased, it was close to $300 more!! For the SAME AMOUNT and SAME exact flooring! The workers there were unprofessional, rude, and did not seem to care about helping any customers. The two workers there Bill Janney, supposedly the "store operational manager" which was not on his name tag, and Karina Silva did not help nor care to help at all. The just say it is what it is and they can't do anything nor did they even try and gave me an email of the supervisor who that person never responded. It is a complete scam how they CHARGE MORE for the same exact product in an instant!! Do NOT buy from them!! The workers don't care nor does the company for its customers and just want to charge their customers hundreds of dollars more than it was actually marketed. read more

I scheduled an in-store free design appt. online for two days later. That was nice. And I got a call to confirm the day before. Extra nice. When I arrived Rafael was ready for my appt. I had emailed him a few things prior and we got straight to work walking the store and pulling together a design strategy for my master bath. Less than an hour I was out the door with samples to take home and test. It was an enjoyable experience. Rafael is incredibly knowledgeable, has a great design eye, and is laser focused and funny!
