Our experience with Arizona Tile has been great. They really stand out among many other improvement companies who don't seem to hire competent, helpful people to take my bunch of money and sell me their products. The folks in the front office/showroom are always helpful - patiently helped us make choices over several visits. I picked up a portion of our order at their warehouse and the folks in the Will Call office again were friendly, responsive and great. No one sitting around scrolling on their phones while I wait. The warehouse people who brought out my order and helped load were also great. Finally, the tile and quartz products we purchased are all good-to-excellent quality, much better than the digitally-printed subpar stuff at Floor and Decor. I recommend them over so many others! read more

If anyone needs top notch customer service at Arizona Tile in Denver ask for Clarissa. We had a water leak several months ago and needed to match existing tile with replacement tile. Clarissa asked for me to send photos to her. Within an hour, she had researched my tile and called back. She was unable to get my outdated tiles but gave me 2 different leads in CA. She suggested that I might want to expand my search for larger tiles that could be cut to my existing tile size. Sure enough, the almost exact tile match was found in CA. The granite fabricator we have used in the past prefers us to get our granite slab here. It was a drive for us, but we were greeted promptly and courteously, escorted back to the granite showroom, where we were greeted by another receptionist who had us sign in. We then received clipboards with the granite in the showroom, levels 1-5, with one being the standard and least expensive. The showroom is spaced fairly well and we made a selection pretty quickly. We went back to the granite reception area where we let them know our choice. They pulled a slab for us to check for imperfections. We chose it, and they held it for our fabricator. The process was easy. They also have samples you can take to match tile, cabinets etc. I wouldn't hesitate to come here again and I think we might go back for our tile. read more

Just a month ago I thought the places to go for tile were Home Depot and Lowes. Boy was I wrong! Denver actually has a lot of great tile stores to choose from, and I didn't find any to be superior to Arizona Tile. The place is off 70E, so may be a little out of your way - but it's probably worth your time to drive over. You'll find a huge assortment of tile here, synthetic and natural. They've got a better selection of marble (what I was looking for) here than at other places, and nice 12" x 24" samples on the wall. They also offer glass tile, ceramics, porcelain, travertine... just about everything. Even though the lighting in this store is pretty good, it's always important to bring a piece of tile home to see if it'll look as good in your space as it does in the store. You're allowed to check out pieces of tile, free of charge. They just ask that you return it within 10 days (but the staff were so friendly I'm guessing they'd be flexible on that). Choosing your tile is a big decision, as you're probably going to be stuck with it for quite a while! The folks here seem to understand that, and I never felt pressured to hurry up and make a decision. Staff members were friendly, helpful, and accommodating - I'll definitely be back, and plan to give them all my tile business. read more

On a few large projects I've had to wait 2-4 days but never 2 weeks like you find at the competition. Also many affordable design options here sprinkled in with the higher end designer products. Seriously disappointed in Arizona Tile. I bought a new house and they were the contractor the builder selected for granite, etc. I selected the slab shown and what was delivered what was a clearly different slab. I could live with that except the slabs installed on the kitchen island and the main kitchen counter contained numerous defects like those in the photographs. Like somebody just filled the pits with blue cement. Seriously? And they were all over the place - they were raised above the polished stone or there there was just a rough hole in the stone where the blue cement broke away. The kicker is THEY ARE NOT GOING TO FIX IT. What?!!! Avoid this company - their customer service is atrocious (this whole granite saga dragged on for almost a year) and their integrity is non-existent. read more

Very disappointed. Used Arizona Tile for remodel of our bathroom, which due to a delay of the granite counter top, took longer than 30 days. Had a box of tile that we didn't use and they would not give us our money back or even a store credit. Will not be buying tile, grout or anything else from Arizona Tile and we have another bathroom and an entire kitchen that we will be starting on soon. read more

This is the best tile store I found after having been in seven or eight Denver Area tile shops. They specialize in natural stones and have a good selection of natural stone products. Their slabs warehouse is just awe inspiring. There is a broad selection of beautiful slabs with a wide assortment of options. In retrospect I might have started with the slab then backed in to tile options. This isn't a super high end custom shop (vs AnnSacks or Waterworks) and it does cater "the the trade" So don't expect a really warm and fuzzy consumer vibe, but budget permitting this is a must see for your kitchen/bath projects. They also provide many samples of natural stone products and slabs so make sure you ask about available samples. read more

We came here to look at tiles and ended up spending way more time looking at slabs (for counter tops). The tile selection is the same than on the internet (for porcelain) so you can look first and have a good idea, however, color and texture are best seen for real. They also have an array of stone tiles that i don't remember seeing on their website. The slab area is big with a lot of choices (and if you want to see a friend or husband with a hard hat, this is just the place to do it). They sale wholesale which means that you pick a slab, then give them your installer phone number and they give him the price. On that he will had is up-charge and that is what you pay. It means you don't know when you visit how much a slab cost but there are grades (from 1 to 6), still no idea of the amount it represents. Seems to be how slab is sold however, so there you go. read more

One of the higher quality suppliers in the Denver area for both porcelain and stone, particularly slab. I have yet to visit their showroom in person, but they are great to work with from within the trade, and the prices are middle of the road. Their products are good quality and they particularly have a good selection of mosaics in slate, travertine, and marble. read more

After visiting many tile suppliers in Denver while planning for a master bath remodel, I found Arizona Tile to be the best. They have a large, bright, inviting showroom with many of their tiles displayed in floor or wall vignettes. Their sales/design staff are helpful and they offer an appealing selection of porcelain and stone tile. They also have a good selection of granite in a completely enclosed area. Small samples of tile and granite are loaned without having to provide a credit card and promising to return them in a ridiculously short time like some other suppliers. While they don't sell directly to the consumer, suggested retail prices are posted which are representative of the price you will pay when you order Arizona Tile through Carpet Exchange (World of Tile quoted inflated prices by comparison), so the prices are not a mystery like at Capco. Steve, a manager at the tile order desk, demonstrated exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor. The only things that could be better would be if the showroom was more centrally located and if the consumer could purchase directly from Arizona Tile. I have now purchased tile here for four rooms in my home and continue to be satisfied. read more

This is the second place we visited to look at granite. I liked it much better than the other. The entire showroom is indoors, in their warehouse. It's well lit and well organized. It was very easy to browse through the slabs to see which one we liked. The sales lady was awesome. She helped us find exactly what we needed, had the guys with the loader pull the slabs we wanted so we could look at them together and found us samples of the granite that we could take home. One thing to note: if you want to save a slab, you need to know the name of your fabricator, not just the name of your construction company. I love this place! Steve and Shelby were the 2 who helped me the most but everyone there was great. After 3 or 4 visits and many samples brought home, I chose my granite and had it ordered from the quarry as there were no more available in the warehouse. However when it came in, it had a greenish cast to it and so I rejected it. Shelby helped me look for more. I found some I fell in love with but they were on hold. She made a call to the fabricator who was holding them and got them released to me immediately. During one of my many visits, I also took home some samples of backsplash tile and ultimately ended up buying stackstone backspash tile there that I absolutely love. I get even more compliments on that than the granite! And it cost less per sq ft than any other tile I found anywhere. Half the price of most of the Home Depot tile I considered. read more

We arrive at the showroom and signed-in. As we sat waited we noticed the reps (all kids) we're more interested in discussing thier daily Netflix and TV shows than the customers needing assistance. Customers asked questions and we're basically given one word answers like "nope not in stock" with nothing more to offer them. We waited over 1.5 hours to see one slab covered in rust. They couldn't get any more slabs pulled because the warehouse folks were too busy smoking and chit-chatting. The rep helping us told us it was impossible to get slabs pulled today. So instead of calling us to reschedule, they waste half our day. It's an hour each way plus over an hour and half waiting to be told they have no slabs for us to view. Not surprised this is a company associated with Richmond American Homes. Now we get to waste another half day when we return. Very dissatisfied with our visit! read more

By their own admission, their return policy is what it is...worst in the Industry. I purchased the Arizona tile and had to wait 2 months before my tile guy was available. I then went back to Arizona tile to return the extra tile and they wouldn't make an exception? I guess they make exceptions? just not for me. So instead I have lost over $120 dollars. I would NEVER use this company again. They are totally unreliable and their customer service is absolutely worthless. I purchased stone floor tile from them, paid $225 for delivery, and scheduled the delivery for today, 9/2021 between 8:30 and 1;30 PM. My spouse took time off from work to be there when the delivery took place. When it hadn't been delivered by 3:30, I contacted their delivery service, RAC Transportation, to ask when it would be delivered. After being put on hold for nearly 10 minutes, RAC's representative explained that they "weren't going to deliver the stone today, did I want to reschedule it"? The installers are expecting for the tile to be on site tomorrow, and I have ZERO confidence that RAC will provide the delivery we paid for. I contacted Arizona Tile, and was given the run around by their customer service representative. "RAC handles all our deliveries but they are a separate company from ours, so we can't help you straighten out this S---- show" was the Arizona Tile representative's spiel. Do yourself a favor and avoid these jokers when shopping for tile and stone! read more

Having built two houses using builders this summer, I spent a lot of time in tile and building supply stores. Arizona Tile is definitely the swankiest, with attractive people working at the front desk, and lounge-y music playing throughout the warehouse. This is all designed to help you forget you're looking at rock mined in Brazil and other far-flung places...and more importantly, how much you'll be charged for it. I had the rare opportunity to compare the actual prices that Arizona Tile charges, to the builder, and ultimately through you; they're the most expensive in town for granite. If you don't need the lounge music and the pretty receptionist, you're better off saving hundreds (or thousands of dollars) by going to a place like Capco. read more

I think you'll do better avoiding this store. In my opinion, it's important to work with knowledgeable and helpful folks. Sadly, Arizona tile has neither. Here's my interaction with the lady at the front desk. Me: "Hi, I'm looking for white hexagon tiles in size 3" or 4" Her: "We only carry 1" tiles in these colors", (points in direction of display). Me: "Okay, thanks" 10 min elapses while I shop around Me: "I don't think those tiles are going to work for us, do you know any other companies that might carry this style?" Her: "I have no idea" Me: "Hmm, is there another salesman that might know?" Her: "I'm not a salesman" Me: "Okaaay, may I speak to a salesman?" Her: "I don't think anybody's here" Looking over shoulder at other woman with clipboard. "Do you know any other tile places around here?" Woman 2: "No" Looking at me "You could try google and see if there are any around" Okay, so it's a lot to expect them to be helpful in finding the best thing for the customer but in the long run, that's what earns loyalty. Helping a customer find the product that fits them should be the first objective, closing a sale is important but it was clear that I wasn't going to buy their merchandise today..... but tomorrow, well I would certainly give them a chance in the future if I felt they had my best interest in mind but they don't. So, from looking at their prices and their service, I would skip Arizona Tile, the staff doesn't care and the prices are not the highest but certainly no bargain. If you're going to pay too much for tile, I suggest you find a place that has helpful staff, sadly, Arizona Tile fails. read more

The rudest customer service I've experienced! Walked in the door, was handed a hard hat and a confusing explanation about how the granite warehouse was laid out and was told to go for it. Asked a second rep for an explanation on how the warehouse was laid out based on price, was given a 'you really shouldn't be here' attitude and was told 'it's not hard to figure out'. A third sales rep (Tom) finally walked us through the process and was helpful. Still, wouldn't use them! Should consider hiring more people who are over the age of 22 and actually have some knowledge of customer retention and the industry. read more

Someone said in another review this place was very helpful selling you stuff. Yeah, and that's where ANYTHING approaching a good experience stops! Their support help is NON-EXISTENT! They sold us this impossibly hard to work with shimmer abalone glass tile, never informing us there are cracks ALL OVER the faces of these from the pouring process. We grouted the entire backsplash and were left with hundreds of small grout-filled cracks on the FACES of each tile. You could scrub until your hands bled, but these ain't coming out! OK, surely they know enough about their products to know what to do get them looking like they do in their display room, right? WRONG!!! The guy I talked to likely didn't know what a glass tile WAS, much less what to do to get these cleaned up. We spent a LOT on these, if I wanted lousy advice and service I just would have gone to one of the big box stores, for LOTS less money! Their "help" gave me an 800 number to ask a manufacturer of cleaning products what to do. Huh? I could have just Googled that! This is what drives people to buy off the internet more and more, every day. You don't get a whit of help or support anyway, why not save some dough?! I wouldn't use Arizona Tile again if they were the last tile retail outlet left. And they're NOT!!! read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! The showroom staff is exceptionally helpful, however the order fulfillment staff and returns department staff are AWFUL!!!! They couldn't be less helpful, rude, condescending, arrogant and misinformed. We made the mistake of buying thousands of dollars of tile from them. There are several other huge tile stores within 3 blocks. We purchased the rest of the tile we needed from their competitors. read more

I have been to Arizona Tile twice now. Today my wife and I went in in order to put a deposit on a granite slab for our kitchen. We knew which type we wanted to look at we just needed to pick the individual slab. We came in and were told they were a bit behind and that it would take 30-45 minutes and they would let us know when someone was available to come and move the slab for us. After 30 minutes of looking at slabs to pass the time we came back in and asked how much more time it would be. We were politely told another 45 minutes and that they only had 1 slab of the type we wanted left. At this point we were a bit perturbed but would continue to wait. We waited the 30 more minutes and asked them to just give us a rough estimate of when they would be ready to show us the slab and we were then told another 45 minutes. At this point we had already waited an hour but this was our only day to see the slab this week. We waited the 45 minutes... during which we saw them give service and show slabs to every other person in the show room. We went back up once the show room was empty and we were told 5 minutes. After 10 more minutes I grabbed my wife told them we were leaving, asked them to politely remove there heads from their "behinds". 2 hours wasted, no granite slab to show for it. read more

Had a great experience verifying and choosing our final granite slabs for our new house build. When we saw the slab they had chosen based on the color we selected at the design center we weren't in love with it and asked if we could look at other options. Our rep Kelley Gillespie was super cool and very patient with us as she helped us find something else in our same price class/group and we ended up finding something that will really work well with the other design choices we made. Kelley had a great sense of humor and was able to put up with my wife and I playfully bickering and having the added pressure of my parents with us on the visit. She let my mother think she "won" because we picked the granite that she liked, but told my wife that it was the color family that she had originally chosen and that she really won. :) read more

Given the variety of reviews here I wanted to chime in. Our process at Arizona was really easy start to finish. We were greeted warmly right on arrival, told the staff what we were looking for, and were given a clipboard for FREE samples. (Other places try and charge you by the piece.). The selection was pretty impressive and it didn't take us very long so find exactly what we were looking for. A couple of days later, after leaving a message, I got a call first thing in the morning returning my call, where I placed the order. Payment and pickup was really easy - they bring it right to your car. I'll definitely be back. Prices reasonable too. read more

Terrible! My husband and I looked on their website and they had Cafe Creme granite in 3cm for $10.95 a square foot. We then went to the show room, told them we wanted to see the granite from their website that was on sale, called Cafe Creme. We were shown the granite and loved it so we put it on hold. A month later I called to extend our hold because we weren't ready for it yet. I asked to make sure the price would still be honored and was told the granite we placed on hold was never on sale and was priced much higher. After speaking with the manager I was given bulk pricing at $14.67 a square foot. A month later our fabricator is installing our granite, only it's the WRONG GRANITE! They gave us completely different slabs, the serial numbers didn't even match. The granite that was installed has way more gold in it and now our color scheme is way off. We're still waiting for a response from the company as to if they'll refund any of our money, and it's been over two weeks. I'm so disappointed in the whole experience and would absolutely discourage anyone from using this company. read more

Really unimpressed with this company. Rang to arrange an appointment to have slabs ready that were on hold for us. Arrived 7 hours later and was told to go "look around" the warehouse. When we finally got a member of the sales staff to help us we got a snotty response that the slabs of the floor are reserved for "other customers". When we asked about our slabs that were on-hold they couldn't find us in the computer, even though I called that morning to have them available. Then got more "attitude' from the staff that it was near closing time and they couldn't pull our slabs. We drove 100 miles for the pleasure of this appointment. Drove down a second time and looked again on our own before I went to the office for help and this is exactly the response I got "we don't have time to assist customers one-on-one. I told her we needed to choose our granite today and that we just drove here for a second time she said she'd have to go tell her boss "she'd be unavailable for awhile". I was thinking, yes I'm pretty sure your boss will be very upset to learn that the sales staff was out in the warehouse helping a customer make a purchase. Seriously?? Finally got the granite and got the same uninterested response from the sales staff in the front showroom with the tiles. Dealt with three different salespeople between the two visits and they all were unhelpful. We were working with a builder so our hands were tied to buying from them. They were pretty awful. We shopped with Granite Depot for a different project a year prior and the service there was far better. read more

I have spent too many hours looking for just the right tile for a backsplash. While visiting in Houston Tx recently I found Arizona Tile Co. Lindsey and the showroom staff were very helpful and I found a tile sample that changed my direction. I called to place an order but to my dismay they only had 29 sq. feet and I needed 55. I then called the main California location and they looked at the inventory of all their locations and found 10sq feet in Denver. Calling them and having Jamie from the shipping dept answer the call was a true blessing. She not only set me up for the 10 sq ft but went back to the stockroom and found 9more sq ft. When I told her I wound have to change my design because of the deficit she went looking in other areas throughout the entire building and she collected 6 more sq ft!! Who dose that!!!!! I am very grateful for her help and should be able to complete the the job. We are also working on a very tight deadline. By the time I got on line to pay for the tile she had had it packaged and was sitting on the dock for delivery pickup. Thank You !!! Jamie!!!!!!you are a rare and special person. read more

From the warm greeting we received from the young ladies upon entering the showroom to the friendly and knowledgable warehouse customer service personnel, my husband and I had an extraordinary shopping for granite experience. We came late afternoon and were asked several questions by very friendly and knowledgable Justin before he instructed us on how the warehouse was set up for viewing the slabs of stone. We were given hard hats to wear, for our safety, as we toured the floor of available stone. Mark Banaszak answered questions we had about a particular granite and was the service rep that eventually helped us with our order. He was both professional and personable and could not have been more gracious with his time and knowledge. He even stayed after the 5:00 close time to finish our initial visit. The next morning we got a call from Mark saying he had some slabs with less veining than the stone we saw the day before and he would be glad to have the slabs set up for our viewing and approval or rejection. We were DELIGHTED with the stone he selected for us and we can't wait to have it in our home soon. When we left the warehouse we stopped to look at backsplash displays and Jessica was so helpful guiding us to product and providing samples for us to try in the light of our own home.
