Great selection, very welcoming when I called to come shop without an appointment. Wish someone would have walked around with me to answer all my questions instead of me hobbling on my crutches back to the main desk anytime I had a question. Not really happy with pricing, I understand they are wholesale but I couldn't even get an estimate of cost, only from my fabricator. Initially we were going to have Quartz installed in our new kitchen, however, with the quotes we received, the pricing point was completely out of our budget. However, we still had sights set on a few Quartz colors here as we were advised to come here to view colors. They have a large selection of Quartz, granite too, but mostly Quartz. It's neat and well displayed, but overwhelming. You won't receive a quote here as they are wholesalers, but this place will give you a good idea of what's out there. The staff (sales??) that helped us was nice, she answered all of our questions and even offered to put material on hold if we had an authorized fabricator, which we didn't at the time. MSI ~ I do a lot of renovations so it's important to me to have a lot of the inventory to choose from. You were able to see the actual slab if it is available in the warehouse. They have a handful of tile as well as decorative tile. Everything is reasonably priced and staff is alway helpful. read more

This place is great. It's a warehouse but with bright lights. Clean organized and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They had awesome granite samples. This is where you pick out your granite that actually goes in your kitchen or bathroom. Only have pictures of final stage. read more

We ordered two slabs of quartz from MSI. The slabs were white with gray veins. When installed it was noticed that one slab had a bluish tint and the other was put white. MSI did acknowledge the problem and said they would replace it. Thinking that maybe it was the style we picked, we upgraded the quartz. They assured us that the two slabs would match! Well they did not! Our fabrication company said nothing could be done! Very disappointed! Should have purchased from Daltile read more

They were very safety conscious. When we arrived we filled out a brief questionnaire. We were shown to the show room and everything was explained. Once we picked out a few choices they were able to send them to the fabricator so we could get a quote. Very professional. Made everything easy. Love this place. read more

Buyer beware..... we purchased some quartz for a bathroom remodel that was defective. Our slate gray quartz has turned white where ever water has hit the quartz. We have tried to contact Diane Rameriz several times but she doesn't call back. This quartz is defective, the company states that water (commonly used in bathrooms) caused the issue. It is a shame to read how this family owned company brags about how it has turned into a "million dollar in sales" player - I bet you did. Shop elsewhere if you want your remodel to bring you joy in the future. read more

Have a good section of slabs and a lot of inventory. My issue is with their customer service when trying to view slabs. Lady I was working with was so rude and would huff and puff when I politely asked to see the thee slabs needed for my kitchen. Slabs are grouped in bundles sliced like sandwich bread from a bigger block. She kept telling me that the slab behind the visible one in front were "very similar,"and for this reason, their policy is to only pull the first slab in the bundle. Was not going to be bullied and Insisted that if I'm paying 5k per slab, i want to see and approve what was going in my kitchen. She finally agreed and pulled all three which were totally different, one of which I didn't like. When I showed the lady pictures I took with my phone to illustrate this, she just said "hmm." I understand this is a natural product and has variations, but remodeling your kitchen is a huge investment, so I don't think it's unreasonable to see what I'm buying. They act like it such a big deal to pull three slabs, yet they have 3 huge gantry cranes in their warehouse and are constantly moving inventory around all day. Think it just this woman and the other sales reps seemed better. If you don't want to deal with the public then become a whole sale only outfit. read more

This is hands down the largest selection of stone you will find in Denver. All indoors as well. Beats Granite Depot with regard to customer service, inventory and expediency. I did feel as though my CS person was getting a little annoyed with my asking to look at other slabs, hence the 4 star. But remember, you have to live with the choice and it should be your best effort. CS should understand that as well. Overall good experience, recommend!! read more

Visited the Aurora showroom today as I have cabinets installed and our other countertop chosen (from another location) sold out before our fabricator could purchase. The person I was speaking with in the showroom from the moment I entered was not very nice or warm, and gave me the feeling that I was interrupting her day. I gave her the information for my fabricator, and she then asked me a technical question. I said I'm just a homeowner so I am not sure how to answer your question, and she said 'Oh, I know that, unfortunately'. It was clear she had no interest in helping me as the end-user. She led me out to the warehouse and basically dropped me off there to walk down the isle myself. I thought she would be walking with me, but she did not. I found four slabs I like and she did check stock for me, but it was not a warm experience at all. I actually really liked one of the slabs, but decided to go down the road to Francini's as my fabricator recommended them for great service. I received EXCELLENT service the moment I walked in the door, and ended up choosing a slab I liked less just because of the great experience I had. I've worked in the service industry my entire career and understand the value of a service experience. MSI Corporate - I hope you read this, and recommend some Customer Service training and development with your staff. Your same type of products are sold elsewhere, so you're not the only game in town. Great service is what sets you apart, and you lost a sale today because of your lack thereof. read more

If you read Bryce's review below, you must know the management has changed since March and I am wondering what planet the staff is from now. My wife and I visited the store twice over two days, and called for a third visit week later to have them pull a couple of final selections (the ones on top were already on hold by someone else so we couldn't see what was available to us). Up to this point, I agree they have a broad selection but forget trying to get them to pull samples for you. Upon escalating our frustration to the store manager her reply was "we are concerned about our employees safety... we only display granite when it's final selection". REALLY? What isn't "final" about a third and final visit, flying to Denver from our current home 1,000 miles away? We purchased Granite today from another Denver vendor and they could not have been nicer, in fact they said "pulling granite is what we do here". And imagine that, nobody got hurt and now they are $3,000 richer. Win win. read more

Amazing showroom with all the creature comforts you could ask for - cold drinks, coffee, snacks, clean bathrooms - including a videotaped kids area with display screens in the warehouse so the kids can stay safe and occupied and you can keep an eye on them as you look at the giant slabs. We had a great experience at MSI! The staff was very helpful in helping us identify stone that was similar in color to what we had chosen at another store, explained their process thoroughly and even spent one-on-time with our son while he was in the Kiddie Coral in the warehouse while we looked at slabs. I love that there is a safe area in the warehouse for children to stay while their parents shop, along with cameras and TV's mounted in various locations in the warehouse so you can check-in on your child while you look.
