I have had an excellent experience with Bedrosians! I've have been searching like a fiend the last week to find tile to match my hardwood flooring perfectly and I've been to more tile stores than I'd like to admit. The customer service here out shines all competitors. I was immediately greeted by Julie, she was friendly and even told me where the sale portion of the tile was stashed away. The options for tile can become over whelming to say the least, Alex another extremely friendly associate offered me large samples to take home to compare to my flooring which helped tremendously. Alex quickly whipped a quote and I left with my samples. Within a half hour Alex called to tell me that one of the tiles I had been eyeing was on sale, he went out of his way to double check the pricing and leave me a thoughtful message. This service is what compelled me to decide to order my tile with this company. (As well as the beautiful product) Even though my 100 square ft order is most likely tiny in this company's grand scheme of things I was and continue to be treated like a super star all thanks to Alex's enthusiastic service and welcoming and genuine personality. read more

I purchased 4 different tiles from Bedrosians for my home remodel. The tile for the primary bath floor was not all the same lot number and the floor had lines in it with the two different tile lot numbers. This required that the floor be torn apart, potentially damaging the floor underneath. They would not replace the tile and we had to order more and pay for the demo/retiling of the floor ourselves, which was a significant cost. Then we ordered tile for our kitchen backsplash based upon tile samples they provided for us out of their showroom. The tile that came in looked like it had bloody finger prints all over it - which were not at all on the samples. We immediately called Bedrosians and they refused to refund our money or replace the tile, stating that it was a special order tile. One that looked NOTHING like the sample THEY GAVE ME! This store is only interested in one thing... your hard-earned money. Once they have it, even if there are errors that are their fault, they will not reimburse you or take returns. Bedrosians cost us a significant amount of $$ and we are stuck with tile we will never use that has bloody finger prints on it. We will never, ever, buy anything from this store again, and now my contractor will not either based upon our experience. Because of the kitchen tile disaster, I had to hurry and find in-stock tile because the tile setter was there. I had a much better and less expensive experience with Floor & Decor, and I brought the tile I chose home with me. It turned out beautifully. Shopping at Bedrosians is not worth the heartburn you will experience from absolutely terrible customer service and policies. Go elsewhere. read more

This was our second time with Bedrosians, the first being for a new bathroom and now we are updating the tile in our kitchen from 1949. We wanted to keep the look and durability of the tile countertop and after awful experiences at big box stores with inexperienced workers, bright overhead lights, and terrible music, we decided the Bedrosians showroom would be the ideal! Why didn't we just do that in the first place?! We were warmly greeted by Katherine R and worked with her for the duration of the process. She was wonderful to work with! She gave us time and space to look at different tiles, she was incredibly knowledgeable, there was no rush and she provided excellent customer service from start to finish. I've been to many big box stone places around Denver looking for the right slabs for my kitchen remodel and this place stands out head and shoulders above the rest. Most of them shoo you back to the warehouse with little to no instruction to fend for yourself without any context or understanding of which materials are right for your job. Terrible customer service, or racism? Called the store this morning because I saw a tile online that might work for my bathroom remodeling project. A man answered the phone and was pleasant enough telling me it was in stock and the showroom hours. I told him I'd be in today. I made a 45 min round trip drive. I spent a half hour looking around the showroom, passing the 3 people at the center help desk several times without so much as an acknowledgement of my presence. They ignored me and continued to do whatever they were doing. The showroom was dead. When I arrived there was ONE white woman who a young saleswoman was helping. Okay, she was busy, I understand... But the woman with the red hair and man at the counter weren't helping any customers. About 20 minutes later, shortly before I left, a white man entered, and was greeted right away by the folks at the counter. They asked if he'd finished his project, perhaps he was a contractor? I couldn't get over the difference in they way they treated me and the two other people who were there during that half hour. I am half asian, half white but to most people, I probably look. more asian, or Latina. I've worked in retail before, and you learn to read the customers' cues. Sometimes customers just want to look around. However, its barebones curtesy to say a "hello" when they walk through the doors, and perhaps say something on the order of: "my name is... please let me know if there is anything I can help you with". Excellent customer service overall and especially from Jamie. As a retail customer, rather than a contractor or designer, I was impressed with the attention and care I received. I purchased tile online but went to the showroom several times to select the tile and then purchase extra tile and return some of it. Every time my interaction with the sales reps was excellent. I would definitely be back for future renovation projects. With regards to my online purchase experience, I wish the company would provide some form of shipment notification and updates on when to expect the delivery. I purchased Bedrosians Madera 20mil SUP flooring for my new home we are building. What a mistake! It was defective and the company flew a rep in to look at it. Gave me verbal that they will pay for it all to go back. BUT...... of course when push came to shove, now they will only refund the unused portion, even though we have almost half laid down. The company is being very vague and bad with communication at this point. We even have an independent flooring inspector come out and conduct a report of the flooring. YES- flooring is defective per his report. Now we go to Court! Buyers beware. Bedrosians does not warranty their product! read more

Sequel quartz: please be advised... Bedrosians marketing of pictures online are not true to the actual appearance in person. Macaubus Quartz looks nothing like what the actual slab looks like. We had a negative experience in dealing with Bedrosians on a simple slab issue due to how they represent their product. I'd personally use Pental quartz, Arizona tile, Stone collection, Daltile, Silestone, Casearstone, Aurea Stone, Silestone, Hanstone, MSI Stone, Cambria over Sequel Quartz sold by Bedrosians. read more

Did not receive any information and ended up leaving a voice mail for her on the 30th. Had wonderful customer service from the front-Brooke was great, however they were unwilling to do a return for an item that they sold which wasnt the correct ordered item. Spoke with Matt the manager and he was rude and condescending. I had purchased some tile from their sidewalk sale which was final sale(was fully aware of that). They didnt have enough tile for our order but said they could get additional tile from another location. We continued with the order and picked up the other tile a few wks later. Went to do our tile job, and realized they had sent us a slightly larger tile with a different color. I explained to them I would have never ordered the tile if they werent able to have all the same tile available. No return possible on their mistake. read more

I ended up needing some extra pieces and I had resigned myself to buying tiles that were similar in color and design. After I left the customer service area, Luis called and informed me that he had tracked down 2 boxes at their CO Springs location and that they would bring it to their Denver location for me. Did not have a good experience with Bedrosians. When we were ordering our materials ahead nobody seemed to know anything about the products they were selling. We got the rep on the phone because they guys at the counter pretty much didn't know anything. We ordered what the rep said but he told us the shower kit came with stuff that it didn't. So we didn't have everything that we needed when it was time to start and had to buy more stuff. It also held up the job time line. Also what we did need they also didn't carry in stock so we had to compromise and make do. They told us they had the brand of wall covering we wanted in stock so we didn't need to order it ahead and we could pick it up when we picked up our order. They did not have it in stock. That they had to order it and it would take a week. We didn't have a week. Our contractor flew in to do the job specifically and would be flying out again at the end of the week. Again we had to compromise with something else. The drain the guy at the counter said we needed did not fit the pan he helped us order. More time hold ups. The niche inset we ordered was smashed. They added on charges AFTER we had already paid for everything up front. Saying it was some kind of shipping charge but we talked about shipping charges when we paid up front for what we ordered. They DID take off the charge, so that was good, but it shouldn't have been there in the first place. Usually there are time lines on projects and job schedules to keep but they didn't seem to care much that a customer was even at the counter. Every time I or my contractor was in we got the impression the guys behind the counter felt they had all the time in the world. I really don't have time to wait for these guys to stand around and gab with each other while my job is waiting to get finished. I went in once (had to return something and hurry on to an appointment) and the guy took the item, walked away from me, set it in the counter by the back and proceeded to chat about something else with some guy very casually like I wasn't even there. I began wondering if he thought I was just giving it to them without wanting my money back. He did come back just as I was about to call over to him. Anyway, he again didn't know the answers to some questions I had and said I could talk to the other guy when he got off the phone. The other guy sitting ten or fifteen feet away from me was not on the phone. I couldn't see for sure, maybe he was on hold. After waiting for this guy I decided to go over and see if he could help me quick cause of my appointment and found him kicked back snacking. He could see me, he knew I was a customer waiting for help but he chose to sit there relaxing and eat instead. There wasn't even any other customers there so it's not like he was fast grabbing a bite before being swamped. When he did help me he didn't even bother to come talk to me face to face but rather talked to me from across the room. I had to literally give him a come here wave while we were talking cause i was tired of talking across the room. Then I had to get him go over my invoice and go over the charges so I could know everything was right instead of just accepting some number. He ended up taking off some charges. What I needed should have taken less than five minutes. I was not treated in a professional manner and was late to my appointment twenty-five minutes. I take responsibility for my appointment. With what i know about how these guys handle customers. I shouldn't have gone to Bedrosians first. In fact I wish I had never gone there at all...ever. read more

8/17/2015 I stopped into Bedrosians, truthfully as a last stop just to look, believing I had identified what I wanted elsewhere already. I ended up buying everything for our master bath remodel at Bedrosians because of the excellent service I received from Erykah Valencia, one of their showroom sales associates; and am writing to thank her, but also compliment Bedrosian's as a whole because our project is finished and it looks fantastic and was purchased under budget. From the minute we walked in the door Erykah was a partner in every sense of the word, without pushing me, or trying to upsell us on anything, just provided quality service. In fact, she helped me find some fantastic high-end tile on clearance, and then helped me to balance those with something a little pricier for the accents to help me create a master bath that I didn't originally think I could afford. She was knowledgeable, creative and patient while we were there in the showroom, playing with many variations of tiles and accents and that remained true over email and phone as we worked to finalize in the days that followed as I sorted out measurements on my end, including sending me links to photos of new ideas I might want to consider etc. I ordered samples and had no trouble getting them or returning them in the customer service department. The guys who loaded the tiles into my car were courteous, friendly and conscientious about balancing the weight load - coming to find me in the showroom to let me know they were done. And one night when I thought I was making a quick change on an accent tile that ended up changing many decisions, many of them had to stay late - and none of them made any indication this was an inconvenience in the moment - it was only when I left that I noticed them shutting the lights off behind me did I realize I had kept them all. They were customer-first all the way, my products I got look amazing and I would recommend the Bedrosian team at I-70 & Peoria in Denver for their service and products completely. read more

I had a very good experience in the Denver and Colorado Springs offices. Sales and support people were very helpful and provided samples of product at no cost. The set up of the showroom and the selection is amazing. Sales person Lenny at the Denver location was incredibly helpful in getting a special order tile ordered and delivered in. Whenever I've called to check on the status of the order, the customer service people were very nice and had the answers I was seeking. When picking up the product, the process was very efficient. I was really impressed with the entire Bedrosians team so I'm a little confused by some of the poor reviews on this site. Maybe some things have improved since that time, in other words, the reviews do make a difference. I was very pleased with the product and service I received and would recommend this place.
