We had them over to look at a smaller kitchen project (not a full remodel but half a kitchen remodel) on January 22nd. 3 emails and 1 call later we still have not received anything from them however each time they did respond to us "someone was working on it". They wasted 3 weeks of our time as we waited patiently. They clearly kept stringing us along with "we would have it in a couple days".. So much for wanting to support our local companies. I would NOT recommend them as they just give a lot of lip service and we feel perhaps they were more interested in larger jobs, just wish they would have told us this 3 weeks ago. read more

The bid was very close; they are very competitive. Overall, my design was great. Monika was quick to replace warranty items as they were delivered broken. Couldn't Be Any Happier We are about 1 year on from the completion of our kitchen remodel and couldn't be any happier with the outcome of the project. Heritage Kitchen & Bath was great to work with from start to finish. Our original plan was to interview several different Kitchen Remodelers and select the one that we'd feel most comfortable with. Our first meeting was with the staff at Heritage. They had come highly recommended. After our meeting we understood why. After my wife and I discussing the meeting, we both had come to the same conclusion. No need to look any further. They were interested in what we wanted for a kitchen, not some cookie cutter they wanted to sell us. The design process was simple and easy. They came out and measured the space, listened to our requirements and put together our design. When we had questions on possible choices, they discussed our options giving us both pros and cons of the selections. The process was to put together our kitchen the way we wanted. The actual remodel work was done as promised. Demo, electrical, cabinet installation, tile, quartzite countertop fabrication/installation, and appliance installation were done in a professional manner and with as minimal a disturbance to our lives as was possible with a construction project in the middle of our home during the holidays. As construction was underway a couple of tweaks were needed to make everything look the best and was not an issue. Final product fit and trim looked great. The final result was the kitchen we had wanted and been planning for the past few years. In short you can count us as very satisfied customers of Heritage Kitchen & Bath and would highly recommend them. Our next big project is updating the master bedroom ensuite bathroom. When we are ready to get started on that remodel project, we will be calling on Heritage for design and installation help. read more

They replaced my kitchen granite countertop and removed the backsplash and installed new tiles. Very happy with the outcome. The office staff is very friendly and the install guys were very good and worked hard to keep dust down, vacuuming as they went along. Their prices were excellent as well. I was referred to Joe at Heritage Tile Marble & Granite by another granite provider who was unable to get my job done in the two week time frame I had for the project (who actually said their company uses Heritage Tile to fix the jobs their company messes up, truth be told.) Talk about Wow Factor!!! Joe and his team not only had the granite counters for my kitchen and three bathrooms done in the extremely short time frame they were given, but they did so with absolute precision and with unparalleled communication and service. They were fast with an accurate quote, extremely helpful in assiting me with where and how to look for the granite I wanted, and were quick to return calls and answer questions. I have an abnormally long counter in the kitchen so one slab wasn't long enough and I was nervous about having them stitch two together, but Joe pieced them in a way that flows so well you can't tell the difference. The counters are absolutely beautiful and I cannot tell you how many compliments I get every time we have people over (I even had to request extra business cards from Joe because I've had so many friends asking for them.) The big box stores can't compare to the quality and service you'll receive from Heritage Tile Marble & Granite. When you go with Joe and his team you won't have to worry that the bargain basement deal you received at a larger retailer is going to give you a bargain basement look... that Heritage Tile will then have to come in to fix. :) I truly cannot say enough good things and am one EXTREMELY pleased customer. Once the cabinets were delivered from start to finish is was about five weeks. If you need a granite or tile company in metro Denver look no farther - Heritage Tile, Marble and Granite beats everyone's price in town and does an incredible job with installation! They're also beyond wonderful to work with - from the design team to the installation crew - everyone is extremely helpful and enjoyable! The kitchen and bathroom granite look fantastic and have dramatically changed the rental condo we just purchased in Boulder. The granite install and quality look so good probably added thousands of dollars in extra value to the unit. This wasn't a perfect remodel project on many levels (sometimes that happens!) but what was so impressive about Heritage is that they worked diligently until all problems got fixed - they didn't leave us dangling like some other companies might do. Heritage Kitchen and Bath built the kitchen we've always dreamed of! They completely renovated our kitchen - doubled the size and replaced everything but our standing range. From start to finish, they were very patient with us as we adjusted / added to our plan. They also renovated our bathrooms, replaced a leaking shower and added some great features like fun tile, paneling, pantry barn door and more. The whole team - Joe, Maggie, Barb, Vanessa, Monika, A.J., Cole, Mark, and all the remaining staff were fantastic. The subs they work regularly with for flooring, electric and plumbing were also courteous and did a quality job. Everything about the final product HKB delivered was of the highest quality and the entire project stayed within budget/original estimates. I am a homeowner in search of a granite fabricator that knew good customer service and were great at what they do. If you are looking for the same, look no further. I found them online on their website and liked they were local to my area, as many fabricators were in south Denver, quite a drive from Westminster. I then contacted them and they came back with all of the answers to my questions and a detailed quote. They let me visit their fabrication facility, and I had the pleasure of meeting this family team of Joe(father), Maggie(mother) and AJ(son). After this meeting, I knew I had found someone who I could trust and knew what they were doing. They took the time to answer my 'homeowner' kind of questions and reassured me of my decision to choose them. They then came to our home and took templates of our existing counter tops and answered all of my questions. They went back and fabricated the granite slabs we had picked out from one of their recommended suppliers. A short time later, they came to install and did an excellent job. They cover your carpet to keep it clean, which shows good customer service. They were tidy and professional the entire time and were able to answer all of my many questions I had about caring for granite counter tops.
