This was my first time at At Home! I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was so pleasantly surprised! It has a warehouse feel to it, almost like a Costco for home decor! I loved seeing the variety and stock. I felt like this store caters to all different styles as well, so you have a ton of options to express yourself with and make your home feel like home. Also, I am THRILLED with the Halloween selection they have out! I literally did not want to leave the Halloween aisles, they were set up in such a fun way! I'm really looking forward to exploring this store again and spending more time next round! It's certainly a spot that you can get lost in for hours! read more

My wife and have shopped at "at home"a couple of times, and they are very well stocked on home goods. If you are looking to get on you own and buy some median goods for your home I would recommend the for sure just watch some of the pricing. Over all they pretty much have everything. It's no low quality or high quality. It will last a long time, and it's much better then "Big Lots". Not a bad place to check out. read more

At home has extremely dishonest business practices. I ordered 8 dinner plates online because they were not available in the local stores. I had to pay $15 shipping fee (on a $60+ purchase) because they won't ship to the nearby store. 3 out of the 8 plates came broken. I provided photos of the broken plates in customer service complaint. They are refusing to replace the damaged plates, only refunding the money for the 3 broken plates. Their online stock is clearly showing that they have those plates in stock. But, they refuse to send replacements and want me to order the plates again along with additional shipping fees. Tons and TONS of home items. The store was well organized and clean; not sure when the other reviewers visited and saw a shitshow. There were Xmas decorations,outdoor furniture, home organization stuff (similar to what you'd find at BBB). Pillows and such were organized by color. Prints were organized and varied from large city prints, more abstract prints, and religious sayings and such. It's a big warehouse and one could easily spend hours there. The chairs are really cute but the console/side table/dresser options were gaudy. Maybe just not my style. Worth a visit but a bit overwhelming if you don't have a plan. :) read more

First time coming here after hearing someone talk about it. This place is HUGE, a bit overwhelming. Layout is very nice, wide aisles, category signs placed throughout store. Most of the shelves are neat, while others are very messy. Aisles and aisles of pillows or cushions for example, are at least displayed by color. Kitchen area had very messy shelves. I was surprised by lack of dishes and glasses, no utensils, in comparison to the multi aisles of other items. This won't replace my go to places for home items, but a good place to come to for sale or clearance finds. I can't speak to quality as it's my first time so not sure how long items last upon use. Some things did appear on the cheaper end, but, as they say...you get what you pay for. read more

Trash place. Don't go here. We ordered a couch in person, were charged, and 30 minutes before delivery on the day of delivery (which I took off of work for) they cancelled our order. Their excuse? Fraud. Well I called my bank and I had already been charged and the charge was authorized. Hey At Home, the only fraud is your store I am paying $100+ for delivery that you can't even manage. They took 2-3 hours cancelling our first order and told us not to reorder until that was done. Didn't know it took 2+ hours to cancel something you already cancelled!! Once we reordered, there was no discount offered and they aren't delivering for another 3 days. WHAT. A. JOKE!! read more

When coming to this store, I had been looking forward to getting new throw pillows. My expectations were at least good quality pillows, considering their high prices. My expectations quickly declined when I come to realize that the pillows that I bought were either already damaged or quickly prone to fall apart. Take for example a round pillow that I bought with buttons on either side and only two days after I bought it, the buttons immediately fell off and the pillow was practically on the verge of falling apart. When taking a tag off a pillow the seam immediately ripped. I also come to found out that one of the tassels on the corner was detached. It the pillow was also dirty. The staffing here too was questionable considering how I was treated when purchasing these pillows. I also noticed furniture pieces I was looking at falling apart too! They never seem to have good deals. Stuff I could get elsewhere seems almost double in price, and they think a clearance is 25% off an already inflated price. The only thing I have seen as a good price was a patio umbrella. read more

OK, seriously, we found this place on a whim while on our way to Marshalls! We were a bit overwhelmed by the sheer size of this store however as we begin to look around we understand just how well a store like this could help us furnish and more so decorate a rather large new home. We came specifically for barstools of which they had many varieties. They may not all be in the best condition however the price is right and it just takes a little effort to find what you're looking for. Many modern styles to choose from. We left with the barstools, carpets, and wall art to include a rather large piece that was markdown half-price unbeknownst to us until we got to the register due to lose framing. The selection of wall art is amazing! They also have quite a bit of metal work and other decorative items for the home. You could easily decorate at home on a budget in a store like this. Check out was easy and efficient. They have large dollies for you to take your furniture out or they offered to do it for us as well. I highly recommend! read more

I drove 45 minutes to pick up a rug from this location, it was the last one. I got it back home and tore off the packaging, unrolled the rug and there is a large black stain on the ivory rug. Returns and refunds are only accepted in person with product. I wish I could have seen this mark before purchasing. It is a great hassle to get the rug back to the location. read more

This is the place to go if you need to find something random a normal store won't have unless you go to Hobby Lobby. Sure prices are a little higher than its counterparts, but prices are far cheaper than Hobby Lobby. I found literally half my wedding decor here, because they have everything fitting every theme. Also they will price match you if you find something similar on clearance. I honestly get lost in this place for hours. You just never know what you will find. It's a little scattered/messy and stuff is randomly placed. It's hard to ever find someone working. That would be because the place is massive. I can't really find any other complaints. Spent an hour browsing and at first glance items were interesting but once I took a closer look everything I touched appeared super low quality, defective or had poor workmanship. I drove all the way here from Denver and was severely disappointed by the store. It was dark, dirty, and expensive. We got through about one third of the store and then left because we just weren't interested. It's the same quality as everywhere else but with higher prices. Half the aisles were blocked with supply carts so you couldn't even get down them. Plus side is they have motorized scooters for people that need them and really tall shopping carts for people of taller stature. I will not be back though. read more

This store is so nondescript that you can drive right by. My mother in law said it was great. We are moving into a new home in a few weeks so I wanted to check it out. OMG I spent hours in there. Insane amount of stuff. I got great deals on everything, the prices are fantastic. The only odd thing was that some areas of the store have far more selection than others. For example: hundreds of rugs, thousands of wall art, amazing amount of furniture, more patio furniture than I have ever see. In one store.... But the bath and kitchen sections were mostly empty shelves. There were about a dozen towels and hardly anything for the kitchen. Maybe i just went on a day where an order was on the way. Everyone here is very helpful and nice and they even put up with me coming in so often! Once I had to bring a bunch of stuff down to southern CO and a few employees helped me load the flatbed truck in such a way that everything would stay in place, nothing would get broken, etc. They really took a lot of time to help me, which they didn't need to do. I don't know names, but there is a very tall male employee who works there who is really nice as well as a female manager. read more

This place is huge! What they do have, they'll offer you a ton of choice on. For instance, rugs...there are more rugs here than anywhere else I've ever seen. Same thing with throw pillows. And Christmas trees. Lots of holiday decorations as well as home accents (tables, art/wall decorations, knick knacks, lamps, chairs, etc.). Worried that they aren't busy enough to stay in business, so if any of this sounds interesting, go check them out sooner rather than later. read more

She seems to hate her job. She asked me for my email and i said "oh shoot I forgot which one i used here" she said $86.00 is my total, i asked to put my email in and she said, "no is no there's nothing i can do" how are you paying?" I was like yikes ok. She said "you can register at home on your time" lol I said "ive already registered " she then said "oh well" I looked at her name badge and then started to be a little nicer but i was very disappointed. I visited the At Home store yesterday after my drive home from work. I was in search of a home décor coffee sign. When I entered the store I was overwhelmed with several signs stating that summer furniture and furniture cushions were 50% off. The sign stated that the furniture had to have a red slash through the bar code to be included in the sale however when I verified with a manager they stated that all the wicker furniture which had three signs in regards to the 50% off sale next to it were in fact included in the sale. I then began to make plans to buy some of this furniture which included getting someone to help me move it, a truck etc. After I had made these arrangements and got back to the store later in the evening, got all the furniture loaded onto a cart and went to check out everything was ringing up full price. The manager that was then there later in the day stated that not every piece of furniture was marked 50% off. However when I showed the manager the sign he did agree that it was very misleading and that it needed to be changed. However he nor nobody else in the store changed any of the signs. In the midst of all this I explained to the manager all that I had went through to by the furniture and that I was told earlier that this specific furniture and cushions were included in the sale. The manager than preceded to laugh in my face and pretty much make fun of my effort to purchase something from the store. Awful Marketing, disrespectful employees, very unorganized company. They made absolutely no effort to compensate me for the sign being wrong and made no effort to make the situation right. I will never shop at this horrible company ever again. Completely disappointed that customer service like this is aloud or tolerated at a managerial level within this company. read more

Where is the service here? Is there only three employees working? Went in for a return and had to go fetch a flatbed to bring in the item to return. When I got to the bedding department there was no one to be found to help me get the oversized items that I needed to purchase. I had gone up to the register to try and get some assistance, no one ever came. All I can say is this store has nice items to look at, but when it comes to service might as well be the one to do everything yourself. read more
