I said I was a side sleeper with lower back problems and would like a mattress on the firmer side, and Cary had me try out several different mattresses, increasing in firmness each time so I could find the one that felt best. Next we started in on couches, and based on my feedback he directed me to one I had originally ignored. As soon as I sat in it I knew it was the one, it just felt right, and even trying other options none compared. He called me on Monday to confirm a delivery window on Tuesday with a third party moving service. Due to an issue with the delivery company's website, they never got the order, and he called me on Tuesday as soon as he realized what happened. He tried to get them to still deliver same day, but they didn't have availability until the following day, which worked out fine. He even offered to deliver the items himself out of consideration for my work schedule. All-in-all a fabulous shopping experience.

She patiently listened to me, and assured me that the their "Sunbrella Fabric" and UV + Frost resistant wicker would withstand the harsh weather conditions for years. After a lot of back and forward I ordered a set. I have had the set for some time now and Maria was right: still looks like new: no sag in the cushions, no color fade, and frame is still sturdy.

We almost bought a high end mattress for $7,500. 9 months ago we walked in to URBAN MATTRESS and Billy Williams showed us the top of a typical mattress pillow top rolled up and then he showed us his pillow top rolled up. We purchased kitchen floor and backsplash tile from this place for our kitchen...but when I went to…read morereturn the sample tiles the cashier would not refund our money as they had said they would. They would only make a refund with receipts which seems reasonable enough....but I did not have receipts because it's been a 2 month process (water damage recovery project) so I asked if he could work with me...I asked of he could tell they were their tiles from their store and he said yes. He would not work with me or call on a manager to help however. If he knew the tiles did in fact come from this store why wouldn't he take the extra step to work with me? It was about 8 tiles. Couldn't be bothered to ask a manager if they could work with me given that we had obviously bought a sizable tile order from them and given that the tiles obviously came from their store. He saved his employer $25 but lost a customer. I had driven quite a ways to get there. Not really customer service oriented. We did like the tiles we got from them however.
