After searching unsuccessfully online and at a bunch of stores in-person for a well-built round dining table that was a size and color we liked (and getting several unaffordably high quotes from other local custom furniture makers), we reached out to Drew. On the first phone call, he immediately provided several great ideas around potential materials and designs that we hadn't previously considered to help us build our perfect dining table while keeping the project within our budget. He also talked with us about our general design preferences and the choices we'd made elsewhere in our home to make sure that it would be a great fit for us. Based on those first conversations, we also asked him to build a matching credenza sized to fit our space, and both pieces came out even better than we had hoped. Drew was friendly, flexible, and communicative throughout, and took the time to make sure that everything would be exactly the way we wanted (including making a bunch of different wood stain samples for us to check out). The dining table is perfect for us - it has a beautiful modern mix of steel and oak that looks amazing while also being very solid (great since we have young kids), and it's perfect for entertaining. The credenza also looks fantastic, and I love the steel base and legs that Drew suggested to help match the style of the table. These pieces are already making our room far more functional and enjoyable (our kids have already claimed the table as a preferred space for doing puzzles together), and the quality and craftsmanship are exceptional. We're so appreciative that we found Board and Bolt, and would highly recommend them to anyone considering custom furniture!

I worked with Angela Hatfiield, the store manager. She was awesome! Since it was a purchase I wouldn't use for more than a month, she found me a clearance mattress for a very reasonable price. When it was delivered, I noticed some rips in it. Well, it was a clearance item after all. But I emailed Angela, and she called me back wihtin an hour. She had found another clearance mattress, and was having it delivered to me after they checked it out this time. Everything happened within two days, and it went flawlessly. Steve Morgan greeted us and started asking us questions to help him understand what we were looking for. We spent a good hour with him but decided the mattresses were a bit out of our price range. We went to our local costco and bought a king that was on sale. Biggest mistake ever. Luckily Costco has a great return policy. We took it back the next day and went back to Steve. He understood our needs and quite different preferences. He found us a bed that was closer to our price range at the warehouse. We got it home and it was heaven. We still love it 6 months later. To top it off, he recommended a mattress cover that is a lifesaver. Our 2 year old has had two accidents on our bed, and the cover is guaranteed to save your mattress. And it absolutely has.
