The day I thought it would be exchanged they took the sofa and had no replacement. They said I could get a refund. Been on the phone multiple times. They still have my $1833. Refund authorized on 10-03-26. It is now 10-13-26 still no refund. They are quick to take your money and then treat you like you are the problem after they deliver a broken sofa. Never buying anything from AFW again and warning everyone i know what to expect when you buy from them.

We chose MAVIN brand chairs, which were manufactured to our specifications and delivered in about five weeks (much faster than promised). Woodley's is a high-end store, and the products are high quality and expensive. They tend toward modern rather than traditional styles, but have a good variety. The products are usually manufactured to your specifications rather than delivered from their warehouse, and may take two or three months to arrive. Because they are made for you, you can usually get any choice of finish and upholstery. In-store service is knowledgeable and unobtrusive. This is a huge store and they had in particular a large number of dining sets.

Of note...while there may be some items that are good, better, best, the quality is overall higher than big box stores. Its very important to test the floor models out throughly to see if you like the feel of cushions, arms, back height etc. Some are made to be softer than others. We prefer harder cushions and straighter backs which is why we chose a custom Stanton sofa lounger. In response to Mr. GBCs post...yes if money is tight you can go to American Furniture and get cheaper items that will last only a few years. However if you shop at say Ashley or Sam Levitts, they charge thousands for poor quality furniture. He called me on Monday to confirm a delivery window on Tuesday with a third party moving service. Due to an issue with the delivery company's website, they never got the order, and he called me on Tuesday as soon as he realized what happened. He tried to get them to still deliver same day, but they didn't have availability until the following day, which worked out fine. When it was delivered from Norway, I brought it home and noticed that a section of the leather on the side seemed a little darker than the rest and it felt tacky to the touch. I brought it back to the store where Becky and Samantha examined it closely and agreed that something was just not right. Becky offered to order a new upholstered leather top to replace it. The second top arrived and it is in fine shape. I really appreciate Becky's offer to replace the top. It demonstrated to me the willingness of the business to accommodate its customers. This ottoman really is gorgeous. It is made with Stressless' top-of-the-line leather called Noblesse. It's the softest most supple leather I've ever felt and worth the price, IMO. If you're thinking of purchasing Stressless leather furniture, I'd urge you to save up a bit more so that you can buy their Noblesse leather. It is so luxurious! This review is about the play area only…read more I'd heard that Living Spaces had a fabulous play area so I took my 3 year old over to check it out. Because I'd also heard that they get quite busy and that there can be a long wait to play, so we went over at 10 am (when they open) on a Tuesday. It paid off as we were the only ones there for about 10 minutes. So, the play area is pretty great- my son played independently for about an hour. Things to know: You have to fill out a waiver for each kid each time before they can play. Online forms are coming at some point. Word on the street is that weekends are so busy and crazy that they should be avoided. Parents are required to stay in the play area with kids 3 and under but are required to leave kids 4 and over with the attendants. They have an interesting looking cafe right outside the play area but it wasn't open while we were there.

The repair person arrives on schedule, takes a picture, and leaves. He tells my husband that he is only there to document the problem and is unable to fix the issue then. This is confusing because my husband had already sent the requested photo. Ugh.... Another 10 days go by and we don't hear anything. My husband calls customer service again and they verify that we just need a piece to be installed, we don't have to return the full dresser. They said they would mail the missing piece to us. Did it ever arrive?? Nope. At this point, my husband is going to Home Depot to buy the part himself. Dealing with Living Spaces is not worth the time and effort. We will never buy from them again. I wish we had read the other reviews before going there in the first place.
