I took a screen shot of the second one as proof, because it wasn't clear they were actually checking the product while I was chatting with them. I contacted customer service and they said that I would have to pay the restocking fee (plus the pick up fee) even though I have PROOF that their sales people flat out lied to me. Total SCAM and heartless.

I received another set of parts two days ago and was told someone would call to schedule a technician. I'm still waiting for that call. The entire experience has been an exhausting runaround. The store tells me to contact the manufacturer, and the manufacturer tells me to contact the store. Meanwhile, I'm left with an incomplete bed that I paid thousands of dollars for. For a company that advertises quality products and service, this level of customer support is unacceptable. After spending over $7,200, I expected a complete installation, a working product, and prompt service when something went wrong--not weeks of frustration, repeated trips to the store, endless phone calls, and no resolution. I cannot recommend Living Spaces based on my experience.
