He called me on Monday to confirm a delivery window on Tuesday with a third party moving service. Due to an issue with the delivery company's website, they never got the order, and he called me on Tuesday as soon as he realized what happened. He tried to get them to still deliver same day, but they didn't have availability until the following day, which worked out fine. He even offered to deliver the items himself out of consideration for my work schedule. All-in-all a fabulous shopping experience.

Visa took on our claim, easily seeing that we paid for the items, but were never refunded. Once Visa forced Arhaus to make a refund our situation went from bad to worse. ---There was zero communication from the Boulder Arhaus manager after this but we learned after months of waiting that our FULLY- paid- for custom rug would not be delivered to us due to us involving Visa to get our refund owed. We had waited months and months for the rug and then Arhaus refused to deliver our rug! --May the force be with you if you need to unravel any accounting/refund issues with corporate Arhaus. Believe me, you will need a forensic accounting audit. We finally gave up. ---I encourage anyone to look at all of the reviews on Google, Yelp and Better Business Bureau.
