Boulder Arhaus has a lovely showroom. They deserve a star for that…read more But once they have your $$ watch out... ---We placed a large order from Boulder Arhaus but needed to return 2 items. We did a return via UPS and had our shipping receipts but the manager at Arhaus claimed over and over that we had not shipped the items back so there would be no refund. ---Arhaus then refused to provide us a refund for these fully paid for products. Visa took on our claim, easily seeing that we paid for the items, but were never refunded. Once Visa forced Arhaus to make a refund our situation went from bad to worse. ---There was zero communication from the Boulder Arhaus manager after this but we learned after months of waiting that our FULLY- paid- for custom rug would not be delivered to us due to us involving Visa to get our refund owed. We had waited months and months for the rug and then Arhaus refused to deliver our rug! --May the force be with you if you need to unravel any accounting/refund issues with corporate Arhaus. Believe me, you will need a forensic accounting audit. We finally gave up. ---I encourage anyone to look at all of the reviews on Google, Yelp and Better Business Bureau. They are consistently negative. Then make an informed decision.

I have had approx. 12-14 rugs trimmed and serged over the last 5 years and am happy with the way they turn out (plus it's easy for me to drive, park, and unload rugs there). It helps to be organized so I measure and use masking tape to outline the size (and what to cut off). I appreciate that the rug is also laid out in their shop to go over what is to be done. Due to having fluffy cats (and my Bissell not always cutting it with their hairballs), I will surely have more new rugs trimmed and serged in the future. As with tailored clothing that fits well, custom-sized rugs make rooms look so much better!
