This review is about the play area only…read more I'd heard that Living Spaces had a fabulous play area so I took my 3 year old over to check it out. Because I'd also heard that they get quite busy and that there can be a long wait to play, so we went over at 10 am (when they open) on a Tuesday. It paid off as we were the only ones there for about 10 minutes. So, the play area is pretty great- my son played independently for about an hour. Things to know: You have to fill out a waiver for each kid each time before they can play. Online forms are coming at some point. Word on the street is that weekends are so busy and crazy that they should be avoided. Parents are required to stay in the play area with kids 3 and under but are required to leave kids 4 and over with the attendants. They have an interesting looking cafe right outside the play area but it wasn't open while we were there.

Ok well tonight I go to get up and it won't go "down" or whatever the opposite of recline is. It won't go. I'm now smelling burning wiring. Yes I know what that smells like. I am still stuck. My wife unplugged it. I had to climb out of it on the side. Doing this I hurt my back now. I just had a hip replaced a little over two months ago. I tipped it up. Sure enough burned wires. That's cute! What a piece of junk! NOW WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO? More jerkin me around? I think not! I am demanding a Living Spaces top level manager call me ASAP with a resolution in hand. That isn't the end of this story. When we bought the two chairs we bought couch or a loveseat or whatever you want to call it. It's two pieces. One half was back ordered. It took about four months to get it. Multiple visits to the store and calls etc. it finally arrived. It does not match at all! Color is off. Cushions don't line up. This was a horrible waste of $5000 of my money! And there is absolutely no customer service or support to be seen. Now I have an inoperable chair that the seat cushion is still sagging, an injured back, and almost a fire inside my home. Let that sit in the picture your mind can surely see. An old man trapped in a chair he can't get out of that is also on fire. You think I'm mad? You're darn right! And yall need to make this whole mess right. Don't email me. Don't text me. Call me. A very upset, disappointed, mad former customer.

What's worse is they won't take responsibility for thier own mistakes. Tried to throw me under the bus with my customer. They're take offs are far from complete and they pass the buck on personal responsibility. They can't even unload hardiboard siding they don't have the equipment , they claimed to have told me they couldn't deliver, without me supplying a forklift. But the truth was Joe never told me he couldn't deliver the product, his dispatcher did. But he then he said he'd figure something out. Then they both threw me under the bus to protect themselves for whatever reason, I couldn't care less what they said about me. But I thought we were good and worked things out. So as an act of good will I sent another house over to bid with MY OWN material take off and Joe sent a passive aggressive email to all my subs, and supplier's etc and in the email thread saying he wouldn't supply for THIS CONTRACTOR. All of this unnecessary passive aggressive behavior over a small disagreement started OVER A FORKLIFT. They claim thier customer service makes up for thier higher prices. But that is not so. My experience with Builders first source BMC UFP They have far superior customer service and material take offs that are always within 10%.. I just walked out of builders first source with everything I need and was treated fairly and with respect, as the way I am accustomed. Side note the owner of County line seemed reasonable and fair. But wouldn't fix anything.
