Amazing service and delivery. After a completely horrible experience at Living Spaces, these guys helped me get the furniture quickly to my home. And, the quality was MUCH BETTER. I just don't understand some of the reviews. The manager Jamie is why we drive much farther to go to his store than going to closer ones. I don't think I have ever had such amazing customer service as we have had from Jamie. He gives us the space to shop around and at the same time when we have questions he seems to appear out of nowhere to help us out every time. He is quick to hoist pieces of furniture over his head and carry it over to another piece so we can view them along side of each other. One of our issues we have with almost every store of any kind we go to is the clear lack of customer service and the don't give a s*it attitude, we get so tired of it. After recovering from the Marshal Fire and having to deal with so many bozos, we were so delighted to meet Jamie and experience his unique brand of 150% service to the customer!!! I wish I had a business, I would hire him in a heartbeat and make sure he did not go anywhere else! Thanks to Jamie for making our shopping lives post trauma lot easier and kinder. read more

Edit** After sending me to a care specialist "Angie" they are still refusing to honor the warranty. Their employees are trained to inform you that the warranty will cover anything and everything without providing you with a brochure to disclose what is actually not covered. Alice would not even acknowledge how their employees sell the warranty when I asked her several times how they can sell a warranty like this when they do not actually cover anything. How can a company lie to your face and then "customer care" just brushed it off? Thanks, Angie, for the lack of help or care. You respond to all my reviews and act like you will resolve it and then you deny any wrongdoing in a private email. We purchase a very expensive couch and were "sold" on the Allaway protection plan by Ericia for $399. We have several dogs and a toddler and expressed concern as we have never owned a nice couch in this price point or a leather couch. We were told by Ericia to not worry about dogs or any issues with children as with the protection plan everything was covered, and they would even replace the damaged section one time during the coverage period if they could not fix it. We were told ALL issues would be covered and were not given any brochure on the plan. Obviously, Ericia receives commission, and we were too dumb to realize this when purchasing it and since becoming aware of it on the spot - we were not able to do our own research on whether a plan is worth it or not. We would not have purchased the plan if we knew only a select small amount of damage was covered. We realized today that only damage caused by stains is covered and there's is only a small list of what is considered a "covered stain". We found it out when they denied our claim immediately with this reason "The AllAway Stain Protection Program is for limited accidental stains from single incident, but unfortunately, does not cover leather worn out from cleaning such as color loss, fading". I was told by Ericia that it does not matter and that if there is damage that is what the insurance if for. Apparently, Furniture Row trains employees that it's morally and ethically okay to say whatever is needed to the customer so they can get their commission; you don't have to worry about it once they're out the door. I could have used the $399 towards replacing the damaged piece rather than spending it on insurance that refused to cover anything. If I would have received this brochure on the coverage when I bought the couch I would have laughed and said no because of the short and limited list of what is covered. Glad Ericia sold her morals and ethics for %30 of the sale. Way to go girl! read more

I have had nothing but trouble with this store. Stuff delivered broken (I mean crushed, not just a dent), sent back, wait weeks, arrives broken again, wait weeks, finally arrived in a useable condition. Promised a discount but never got it. Ordered again but online this time, not realizing this store would get involved, and now have been waiting weeks to have something delivered (apparently I needed to call them, sadly my telepathy was turned off and the ONE email they apparently sent never arrived). Apparently my stuff is at their store but they can't look it up and it will be more weeks before it will actually turn up because it needs to be scheduled in. I haven't had these kinds of issues with other FR stores, it's just since we moved up here and this one has become our local one. read more

Worst experience possible. High prices, very poor quality, bad delivery and horrible customer service. I purchased an expensive leather reclining sofa. I don't mind paying for quality. We have had 3 delivery attempts, none remotely successful. The first time, the leather was damaged and it was delivered with 2 left backs and no right back. The 2nd time, the wiring was defective and the recliner didn't work. The 3rd time, the wrong color was delivered. After the 2nd delivery, I asked for the very small concession for expedited delivery, was told that wasn't possible. Instead, we go to the end of the queue each time. I opened a formal complaint, got no assistance. 3rd delivery team refused to take back the sofa with bad wiring. I just want my money back at this point. Who knows how long we'll wait for that. Update - The Furniture Row social media person has told me it's all resolved because delivery #4 is scheduled for one week from today. Why do we have to wait a whole week? Because that's what's convenient for them. This is absolutely no concession, it's the delivery date we would have gotten if we'd bought the sofa today. They have done nothing to try to fix this in any way. Update 10/19/19. Called to try to negotiate with the store manager regarding keeping & fixing faulty wiring sofa#2. Store manager did not speak to us, had sales rep return the call. Sales rep claims all issues are solved by delivery sofa #4 on Friday, one week after sofa #3 failure. The sales rep was quite hostile on the phone. We tried to play ball, getting ABSOLUTELY no reponse. Still NO contact from corporate customer service despite assurances that someone would call us. read more

AMAZING SERVICE !!!!!! Went in to buy a couch, was greeted at the door and told exactly who would be taking care of us. Bought the couch, went round to pick it up but no one was there. So I went back to the sales rep Adam and he personally helped me load the couch into my truck, IN A SUIT NO LESS!!!! We bought a dining set December 29. We were told upon purchase it was on back order. (We found a buyer for our dining set we were replacing) The back order would delay it 2 weeks. Mid January We contacted them to find out when to expect it. Only After we contacted them did they tell us it would be delayed until mid to late March. Mid March We contacted them, again, they're saying it's been delayed to mid to late April. They have made NO effort in communicating at any time. I am also scheduled for a delivery from American Furniture Warehoyse, and they are still delivering today despite the fact that it snowed yesterday. We decided to go to Sofa Mart to look for a new couch because we had spent money at American Furniture Warehouse in the past and the furniture pretty much fell apart over a few years. We were prepared to spend a little extra cash to get something that would last. My husband and I fell in love with the Cloud sectional! I'm not sure if the sales associates have just changed since some of the other reviews were written but they were down my throat as soon as I walked in the door. I had to ask for space several times. Our sales associate seemed to have a lot of computer issues. Our furniture was said to be delivered the following Monday but when I called a few days later they said it wouldn't be until February which was extremely frustrating. After speaking with a few members of their management they were abel to make some small changes and I still got my furniture as promised. I think their computer system is ancient and is probably really hard to use. It's a DOS system which I haven't seen in 10 years. I can imagine trying to sort through furniture availability on it. All in all I am really happy with my furniture. It's so much better than anything I could get at AFW and we are not quite ready to fork out the $5,000 for couches at Woodleys. read more

Horrible experience. Before I ordered a couch I specifically asked the date it would be delivered and ( with COVID delays) what the likelihood was that it would show up as promised. The salesman confirmed that that they were good at meeting the expected delivery date before Christmas. Calling in late December I am now told it would be delivered in February. Researching this "company" on the better business bureau they have a history of promising what they can't deliver. Basically, they will do and say anything to make a sale with no intent to follow thru. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company!!! read more

Beautiful showroom . Lots of employees. Unfortunately we were there about 1.5 hours. They were not busy only a couple of customers looking. We sat in a couch for at least 20 mins that we would have bought but no one talked to us. Employees walked right by us. No one even said hello as they passed us. No engagement at all. I want to add similar comments to the unfavorable reviews I have just read. We ordered a chair and ottoman almost a month ago. We are still waiting for delivery of the complete order. The loves seat and ottoman are in, but not the chair. Every week we get a phone call with a weak excuse for this poor service. "I thought surely the chair would be on the truck this week." That doesn't cut it. What is holding up the delivery of the furniture that is in is the unacceptable offer to deliver the furniture that is in, but we would have to pick up the chair ourselves. Totally unacceptable. The order should be delivered whenever it comes in. We are not responsible for the delivery. If we don't get this delivery next week, we will probably cancel the whole thing and ask for our money back. I would rate this experience zero stars. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. Most frustrating business to deal with. Ordered 4 piece couch set beginning of July. 3 of the 4 pieces were delivered early August. Now a month later the 4th piece still hasn't shown up. We spent HOURS on the phone trying to figure out when the last piece would be delivered. Initial answer " it is out of stock", so why did you sell it then to begin with?!?!? No shipping date available, just plain and simple out of stock. After calling and calling the sales rep who every time we called him he stated "oh I was just about to call you" he finally managed to find us the piece in another store out of cv. This was shipped via fedex to the Dacono store last Wednesday. Figured this morning we'd give the store a call and ask if it has arrived. Same answer again "oh I was just about to call you". Sales rep left for today, but he ensured us that his manager would call us when it gets in. By 5pm nobody called so we called YET again to speak to Hannah (the manager), "oh I was just about to call you". She stated that the piece arrived damaged and the sales rep is their "kind of in house repair person", excuse me? You are a big brand and don't have a repair department?!?? Sales rep is on his well deserved days but his manager Hannah ensured us that he will give us a call on Saturday. To be continued/updated when/if we ever receive the piece. Also, as of now no discounts were offered, no compensation for my time was offered. read more

I have shopped here several times before and have always been pleased with the service we received from the staff at Furniture Row. Unfortunately, about a week ago, I took an elderly friend of mine (an 80 year old disabled veteran) there to purchase a recliner for his new house. We spent the first 10 minutes searching for the building where they moved the recliners to; once that was found, we looked around for another 10 minutes trying to find someone to direct us to the recliners. I finally had my friend sit on a sofa while I found someone who pointed us in the right direction. We found these two recliners we thought might work; however, we could not get the lumbar support to work on the remotes. I went in search of an employee. After about 4 minutes wandering, I find 4 employees standing in a group texting on their phones. One reluctantly agrees to help, he comes to where the recliners are, sits in the chair and explains to us " you just hit the button". Yes, but nothing happens. He cannot figure it out. I ask of there is someone who knows how to work these chairs, he explains that he is an expert in it. I explain that I knew just as much about the lumbar support as you did. He said we should look at other chairs. Ok, I tell him we need a recliner that is NOT a rocker/recliner, and not leather. My friend needs good lumbar support because of back issues and has trouble walking. He takes us clear to the other side of the store where there were more chairs; however, all of them were either rockers and the few that were not were leather. I pointed this out to the sales person, he said he would check to see if they had anyone else to help us. He left and never came back. I don't know what type of customer they are trying to cater to; we would have purchased that first recliner if if we could have found a sales person who was professional enough to help us. read more

Had to call on days 11, 12, 13 & 14 to get an update that they would know more on day 16 and with a remote possibility to deliver between day 17-24 with no guarantees. If they don't have what you want in stock, don't take their commitment dates at face value. Will likely cancel order and go somewhere else. read more

The guy who put the furniture box in my SUV must have been high. Just crazy and no judgement. The unit was broken when I opened it. The couches and recliner we got turned out to be very low quality. The backs are not straight. They delivered the wrong stuff. We got a $100 off coupon and it took months and many many calls to get the credit applied. We came in just to look around at new beds for the kids. Jo Ann (I think!) was the name of the associate who helped us. She came over asking if we needed help, she pointed us in the right direction, then let us be to browse. She came back now and then to see if we had questions. We did when she told us about a sale and she check on availability and pricing scenarios for us. She didn't bother us, but she was always around when we needed her. We ended up buying all 4 of the beds we needed. We ordered it to be delivered since it was a great price AND the delivery guys will set up the beds for us. I bought a sectional couch in July 2017 in the clearance section. The motors didn't work for the recliners but the salesman said they could be ordered with no problem. It's now December 2018, a year and a half and no motors but a lot of excuses. The never call me or seem to care. When I stop at the store all they can tell me is the motors are at the warehouse but the only way they can contact them is by email. They don't follow up to make sure products are delivered. Wife and I went in to look at a sofa set and tv wall. Our customer service was great and nice. We ended up buying what we wanted but was told we had to wait till one sofa was shipped in. Took two weeks for the sofa to come in. Was told I wouldnt have to load sofa in truck, i had to help, i didnt plan on that and shouldnt of had to. I also asked that the box around the sofa be removed, the guy doing it complained about my request saying he didnt know why people complain about it. That was a total buzz kill. read more

I have to say that I actually had a positive experience here - both from a sales perspective and selection. Sure they're not "high end", but I have 2 toddlers, I'm not about to go all out and buy heirloom furniture until they're in college! :) Tammy at Oak Express helped us with our purchase of a beautiful canopy bed for our daughter a year ago (and also calmly and kindly dealt with her nose-dive off a bed that led to a bloody nose, even calling our house later that night to check in on her) and she also helped us just lat month with the purchase of a great kitchen table that happens to work perfectly for our family. Not only are we very pleased with the quality of our office furniture ( Urban Loft) but Toby, on his day off, delivered an additional piece to make our set even more complete. This place is awful. Delivery is terrible. Nothing can be delivered in less than a week. When your furniture is supposed to be available and delivered its not and nobody calls to tell you this. It's all of a sudden back ordered and not available for another week. There are many other places to get better furniture that is more reasonably priced with free delivery the next day. I purchased a sectional sofa with the extended warranty, I called my Sales rep in December to let her know my cushions are failing and they need to be replaced under the extended warranty, she said no problem. It is now late February and I still have not received my replacement cushions. I called two weeks ago and the Sales rep. said they would be in most likely the following Monday. -Put a hole in my drywall on a home we bought a day before and waiting 7 months for them to build and the person who did it didn't get a crap.- Picked out a bedroom set and some counter high chairs. They pull up to deliver them a week later and said the chairs were not loaded onto the truck and they didn't have them. Said they were in stock just not loaded. So they start bringing in the bedroom set and got bed in. Half of the furniture was broken and had to be taken back. The other guy who stayed outside for most of it came in with a end table super fast. I figured he would slow down at the l shaped turn into my bedroom, he didn't and put a hole right into my drywall with the leg of the table. Mind you we just moved in the day before on a dream home we have waited 7 months for them to build. This guy didn't give a crap about other people's stuff. Now they want me to get it fixed and submit it to them to get it approved. Get what approved? Come fix my drywall. Why do I have to do anything. Get some people over here to fix it on your own. Never again. And the WORST part is I need to let them into my home later in the week for the missing chairs and broken furniture replacement. read more

We bought authentic leather couches 1 year and 4 months ago. In the last 2 months, the leather is discoloring on most seams. Instead of dark brown it is a pink. We bought the extra warranty to cover but we were told the one year covered that and the additional three year doesn't. If we want it fixed we have to bring it in or pay for delivery services to come get it. I'm so disappointed. The manager Stephanie didn't seem to care until I asked for the regional manager's number. We have spent over $10,000 at their stores in less than 2 years and this is the customer care we get. We are disappointed and encourage you to not buy warranty or leather products from the store. read more

Poor customer service. Promised over the phone and lied when we got there. Showroom missing items rep said would be there. Said they were discounted defective merchandise that was in warehouse but not sold in store. Why even use these clowns the markup with Broncos, nascar, and cable shows sponsoring them is ridiculous. My husband bought a sofa and love seat set and he purchased the extended warranty from furniture row. We have tried several times over the past month to get a hold of the warranty dept. because the leather on the couch has faded in spots and we have yet to hear from anyone to fix this issue. It's sad when you pay extra for the extended warranty and then you can't get anyone on the phone to deal with the issue. We will not go back to furniture row and we hope that someone from the warranty dept will contact us to get this resolved. read more
