We are extremely pleased with our Cozy Corners Sequoia set! It fits perfectly on our upper balcony and has held up well over the past two months. The resin wicker looks beautiful and has proved durable, the cushions remain as firm and comfortable as when we first received them, and the Sunbrella fabric has withstood the elements and also held its color despite the near constant sun on our unobstructed west-ward facing patio. We also purchased the weather-proof covers, which have done well to withstand the two rain showers that we have had during this dry summer. There was a delay in shipping due to supply chain issues, but customer service went above and beyond to help us out and were in constant contact about the situation. The furniture is great, and it looks like I expected, but I purchased it for my husband as a gift for his birthday and it did not arrive when it was supposed to. I like their furniture, I have purchased 2 sets of the Rockies sectional and it has held up well through a New Hampshire winter. However don't waste your money on the furniture cover that can be purchased for the set. I purchased 2 of these and both ripped in less than a year. They say it is ultra tough and strong. I bought my Cozy Corner Patio set in July 2019. The frame itself is well built and it's an ok set for the price and that is what Cozy Corner sells - affordable patio sets vs the big competitors. However, this furniture wont last very long. One - the cover they sell, which was quite expensive, did not even last one season. Last summer it began to dry out and crack. It now has developed holes and water leaks in. Last summer I informed them it was defective and asked if they would consider replacement. They refused, stating it was out of warranty. Next - the couch pillows are made with very cottong stuffing encased in a very cheap fabric paper encasement. When I went to go wash the pillow cases, I found the paper encasement had completely disintegrated and I was left with a mess of cotton all over the place. Cozy Corner did send me replacement encasements, but That meant I had to completely remove all the cotton stuffing put them in the encasement and re-stuff the pillows after washing them. It was a huge huge pain and inconvenience. Third, the pillows and cushions are sunbrella fabric, but the stitching is poorly made, in my opinion. When you unzip them, you will see that the fabric is very frayed and poorly finished. Does the set look nice online and when you first get it, yes it does. Is the wicker frame decent and stylish, yes it is. But the quality of the cushions, pillows, fabric and cover are very poor. It is a nice looking and inexpensive set, but please know that you get what you pay for and are likely going to have to repalace several things in a few years. read more

They need to create a better waterproof cover as the one I purchased through them was a large sqaure rather than an L shape and therefore it creates a low spot that fills with water when it rains, and it rains a lot in the Pacific Northwest.
