Their delivery men were very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about what the problem was. it was a pleasure working with them. The prices at American furniture warehouse are very reasonable compared to other furniture. We have bought furniture before from them and we will continue to buy more since we are very happy with our whole experience.

I found a hole in one of the cushions of the sofa and they came out on the 17th and replaced the cushion. On May 30th I found a second hole in one of the other sofa cushions. I called and informed them that I wanted to return the sofa and loveseat at that point. Since then I have found a 3rd hole, though I digress. I ordered a new different sofa and loveseat that was a special order and would not arrive until July 15-18. I have called and talked to no less than 12 "customer service" people, all the while being told that "it would be another week". Today I called and was told that now it would be "another few weeks". By now I am livid! "Nikki" said she would call the manufacturer and call me back. She of course did not call me back. I called again and was told I could not be transferred to "Nikki",and spoke to "Chelsea". She informed me that yes, it would be another few weeks. I asked her if I could speak to a manager and she informed me that she and everyone there IS a MANAGER. I said that there HAS to be someone above her, she said "no, I report to no one". I informed her that now I am going to and find furniture SOME PLACE ELSE, and that I will then call and have AFW come and pick up this DEFECTIVE AND CRAPPY furniture and get a refund. She said "you can do that if you like". Honestly, this is NO WAY to treat customers! I have gotten furniture from AFW in the past and have never been treated like this. Trust me, DO NOT GWT FURNITURE FROM THIS COMPANY!! The value for the money you spend is simply CRAP! And apparently they do not care.

This review is about the play area only…read more I'd heard that Living Spaces had a fabulous play area so I took my 3 year old over to check it out. Because I'd also heard that they get quite busy and that there can be a long wait to play, so we went over at 10 am (when they open) on a Tuesday. It paid off as we were the only ones there for about 10 minutes. So, the play area is pretty great- my son played independently for about an hour. Things to know: You have to fill out a waiver for each kid each time before they can play. Online forms are coming at some point. Word on the street is that weekends are so busy and crazy that they should be avoided. Parents are required to stay in the play area with kids 3 and under but are required to leave kids 4 and over with the attendants. They have an interesting looking cafe right outside the play area but it wasn't open while we were there.

Customer service then arranged for a repair service to come to our house - 10 days from then. 10 days goes by and nobody shows up, my husband calls again and they told him, it was the following Tuesday (not that Tuesday) - so we wait another 7 days. The repair person arrives on schedule, takes a picture, and leaves. He tells my husband that he is only there to document the problem and is unable to fix the issue then. This is confusing because my husband had already sent the requested photo. Ugh.... Another 10 days go by and we don't hear anything. My husband calls customer service again and they verify that we just need a piece to be installed, we don't have to return the full dresser. They said they would mail the missing piece to us. Did it ever arrive?? Nope. At this point, my husband is going to Home Depot to buy the part himself. Dealing with Living Spaces is not worth the time and effort. We will never buy from them again. We desire a distinctly southwestern style, and D'Amore has had just what we need, every time. We have been frequenting D'Amore Interiors since they were located on the I-70 Frontage on the West side of Denver. I guess that must be close to two decades! When they moved to their current location, we found them promptly, as we needed some leather dining room chairs!
