After reading the other reviews online, I see that customer service is not a strong point of the Westminster store. I had to reach out to the main customer service line to hear that they would be unlikely to do this. While I understand that there are variations in color, rather than return it, I asked for an exchange. I haven't even removed the table from its box. The coffee table I got looks like a teak or mahogany wood and would never be used as a display. I have not had this kind of experience with exchanges from any other furniture store that I've shopped: west elm, cb2, room and board, you name it with .
