Admittedly it was more than I thought it would be but custom framing has a way of doing that any where you go. Our piece is really large and with the mat and frame, it turned out to be a huge piece. Perfect to fill in the wall we were hanging it on. The customer service was awesome and I love that they support Pride month and Black Lives Matter. I did not want to spend a boat-load of money - yes, I love my grand son more that life itself but he is only one year old after all and would not really appreciate and $500 frame. Anyway, Eddy from The Corner Custom Framing took care of everything. He suggested several frames that wouldn't break the bank but that looked great with the piece. He literally has hundreds of frame sample in his shop and he went directly to a particular frame (which I would never have seen) that was absolutely perfect because it matched the "theme" of the poster. I on the other hand would have chosen a boring white or black mat frame because I didn't imagine other possibilities. Eddy then explained the glass options and made a recommendation which I agreed with. He then asked when I needed the piece and committed to have it ready three days earlier than the date I needed it. So far I was having a really great experience, not only because I'm clearly dealing with someone who knows what he's doing but because he clearly loves his craft, and appreciates his customers. Lastly, Eddy suggests that I give him my email address so that he can send me a photo of the finished framed product - that way he could gift wrap it for me (complimentary, of course). He hit it out of the park at this point (sorry for the sports analogy). On the day promised, I received an email from Eddy with a photo attached of the framed posted - it looked perfect. When I went in to pick it up, I was presented with a beautifully wrapped package. I even got a hug from Eddy. So friendly, so competent, so professional, so committed to providing every customer with a unique and special customer experience. Oh - and they have a parking lot too. Just the best!

The artist, Dennis Pendleton, exuded pride explaining how he achieved the coloring. I took it to Metro and discussed with Melanie, the owner, how I loved the effect but was not caught up in the painting. She started pulling out frames and hit a combination I instantly liked. Basically double framing with a floating mount; I had never heard of this, and it was of course expensive. She showed me examples they had done, and I said to do it. When I picked it up I was stunned by the beauty. A painting I liked had been transformed into a remarkable piece. I brought Dennis over to see it in our house, then we went over to Metro. He told them it might be the best framing of his work ever done--he's made his living as an artist for 45 years, so that's significant. This is the best place for custom framing in Denver. I had an unusually sized photo that had been framed for years that was broken. Not only did FastFrame put a beautiful frame on it, but it fit! And their prices were fantastic. And it's not just the framing that makes this place so great, they have great art, a really cool owner who makes everyone feel welcome and most importantly, they have a store dog named Hefton who is one of the cutest babies I have ever seen. All of this combined with their convenient location make this place a gem! read more

I really liked working with Brian, who always polite, kind and always conscientiously made sure my artist discount was meticulously included, but he wasn't there last time. Brian is why this review has two stars and not one. Here's the thing: if I'm going to be paying well for gallery wrapping, I expect the job to be done well. In prepping for my last show in which I'd ordered seven prints and two originals to be gallery wrapped, I was disappointed to see that one of my originals had noticeable ripples in the stapled wrapping. It was not a professional job. On an original. Ouch. Not what I expected from a quality frame shop. (See photo). But what really put a fork in it, was the fact that I tried them one more time, on a limited edition print gallery wrap. I picked it up, paid more than I have before, and discovered when I fully unwrapped it at home, that it was semi loose on it's frame: It was not pulled tight, the way it ought to be. It ought to be as tight as a drum. It was loose. Very shoddy. I guess, moral is: do check your gallery wrapped prints BEFORE you leave the store, making sure they are unwrapped all the way from the brown paper packaging. I made the mistake of trusting Metropolitan's reputation and was very disappointed by doing so. I will not go back again.

After finding their information on Facebook, we were immediately connected with Craig Thomas. We gave him a brief overview of what we were looking for, and he responded quickly and professionally. When we visited the showroom, Craig took the time to understand our needs and helped us find everything we needed while staying within our budget. We were able to purchase desks, desk chairs, conference room tables, conference room chairs, cubicles, and filing cabinets--all from their incredible selection of new and used office furniture. Craig was extremely patient as we explored the showroom and considered different options. He was also very creative in helping us determine what furniture would work best in our new office space. His knowledge, customer service, and attention to detail made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Once our furniture was ready--which was only a few days, even for several custom-built items--the team contacted us to schedule delivery, assembly, and installation. The entire process was handled professionally from start to finish. The delivery and installation crew was prompt, efficient, and courteous, and they kept us informed every step of the way. We especially appreciated the ongoing communication throughout the process, as we were juggling numerous tasks associated with opening our new office. Knowing that Everything For Offices was managing their portion of the project so effectively gave us one less thing to worry about.
