I had a piece come in on the 16th of December that i wanted framed. They said they would work day and night to get it to me by Christmas even after I insisted it was no worry if it was after the new year. Eight tries and eight failures. I ran inside to get the poster, but I was told it would be a few minutes. Excellent example of a high quality service business. It's not cheap, but it's very reasonable, and the work they do is top notch. If you tell them you're looking for something "cost effective", they'll set you on that direction. Equally, if you're looking for something museum quality, they can do that too. Went in several months ago with a groupon. Jarrod(sp?) the owner could not have been more nice. We had several pieces to be framed and he stayed late to make sure we understood exactly what we were getting and that we would be happy with the product. They did the job done quickly and due to my travel I wasn't able to pick it up until about a month after they had been finished. My girlfriend and I went in today to pick it up and the work was terrific. Jarrod was there again and not only did he remember us from when we dropped the work off and chatted with us for a bit, he helped us out to the car and packed it so that everything would make it home in the great condition that he had created. A great frame shop - went initially based on yelp reviews but have returned here consistently since then. I have almost no artistic instinct but had some things I got at recent art fairs I needed framed. I went in and asked for a ton of help in picking matte background and frames and they were patient and helpful. They are always rewarding customers for their loyalty which I love. I have returned with multiple pieces including having several of my degrees and certifications framed here. I actually ended up unhappy with how the matte/fillet turned out on that and they agreed to make any changes necessary for me to be 100% satisfied with the look. After calling around for quotes, I really appreciated the way Siobhan had handled my questions over the phone. Upon stopping in, I was told my artwork may take a lot of work to re-stretch the canvas, but that it would not change the quoted cost.
