The hubs and I bought a painting that needed to be framed. I drive by the corner custom framing often so I thought I'd drop in for a quote. Admittedly it was more than I thought it would be but custom framing has a way of doing that any where you go. Our piece is really large and with the mat and frame, it turned out to be a huge piece. Perfect to fill in the wall we were hanging it on. The customer service was awesome and I love that they support Pride month and Black Lives Matter. It's great to know your dollars are going to an inclusive company. read more

If you live in North Denver, don't even think of going anywhere else to have something framed. I was looking for a place to have a poster framed for my grand son. I did not want to spend a boat-load of money - yes, I love my grand son more that life itself but he is only one year old after all and would not really appreciate and $500 frame. Anyway, Eddy from The Corner Custom Framing took care of everything. He suggested several frames that wouldn't break the bank but that looked great with the piece. He literally has hundreds of frame sample in his shop and he went directly to a particular frame (which I would never have seen) that was absolutely perfect because it matched the "theme" of the poster. I on the other hand would have chosen a boring white or black mat frame because I didn't imagine other possibilities. Eddy then explained the glass options and made a recommendation which I agreed with. He then asked when I needed the piece and committed to have it ready three days earlier than the date I needed it. So far I was having a really great experience, not only because I'm clearly dealing with someone who knows what he's doing but because he clearly loves his craft, and appreciates his customers. Lastly, Eddy suggests that I give him my email address so that he can send me a photo of the finished framed product - that way he could gift wrap it for me (complimentary, of course). He hit it out of the park at this point (sorry for the sports analogy). On the day promised, I received an email from Eddy with a photo attached of the framed posted - it looked perfect. When I went in to pick it up, I was presented with a beautifully wrapped package. I even got a hug from Eddy. So friendly, so competent, so professional, so committed to providing every customer with a unique and special customer experience. Oh - and they have a parking lot too. Just the best! read more

Eddy and his team put together a somewhat complex framing job for me about 4 years ago - 25 vintage hotel labels each within their own "box" in a large frame. They did an amazing job and the attention to detail to make the individual labels each pop was amazing. I liked it so much and got so many compliments on it I decided recently to have 2 more done, 1 for me and 1 as a gift. After 4 years they still had the details from the previous job, and Eddy contacted me during production with a few questions to ensure they got everything 100% right. They did and again did an A+ job. It's increasingly rare that businesses pay so much attention to getting a job right, especially for relatively small projects. Thank you Eddy and co. so much for doing such great work. read more

At my appointment I was shown a lot of options. I wasn't rushed in the least. We discussed the merits of each and how different mats could blend in but still accentuate the artwork. I saw prior great reviews so after the consult just left my artwork there with them while I went home to ponder which frame/mat to choose. I narrowed it down to a few and they helped with the final selection - again no rushing me. To say I am absolutely floored by the end result would be putting it mildly. The artwork itself looked great without a frame (or so I thought). But with the frame/mat - WOW!!! I wouldn't even consider having future art framing done anywhere else - even if I lived out of state. Yes, it's that unbelievable. read more

We have had several pieces framed by The Corner Framing. Troy and his team treat everything with such care and meticulous detail. We've had them frame different types of things: prints, cloth, a pair of pointe shoes, and the wedding vows of my best friend. I feel like they can frame anything and make it look like beautiful and meaningful wall art. read more

I am relatively new the Denver area and so did not have a "go to" frame store. I am so glad that I visited The Corner Custom Framing. They had tons of frame options and also, importantly, had opinions! They knew the right size and color to make the matte around the poster. It is a bit pricey (as is most custom framing) but well worth the price for the high quality end result. I will be back! read more

I had an unfortunate accident where THREE of my framed pictures fell and all suffered varying degrees of damage. I brought them in the next morning and they fixed them beautifully by that afternoon! And, it cost much less than I was expecting, so that was nice! It's a very cool little spot, and I will absolutely be revisiting with my next projects. Definitely recommend! read more

Great frame shop! They helped me find the exact perfect frame for my funky Frida Kahlo print. We went through dozens of options and they were extremely patient and helpful. They have a ton of options and I love supporting my local neighborhood independent shop. Plus, there's a fantastic bakery right next door with cookies to die for! How can you go wrong? read more

A cloud may create a thousand raindrops as a picture may speak a thousand words- but the thing that draws attention to the cloud- gives it a sense of uniqueness, character and individuality is not what it is made up of, but the silver lining that appears... proving how somethings so massive as a cloud could take credit for a characteristic that only makes up for 5 % of what it truly is ..the same goes with a picture... perhaps the thousand words I want my picture to speak are not being heard clearly- or on the other hand, I want the thousand words my pic could speak to be challenging for another to hear... both examples is where a frame comes in.. as a frame could compliment, it can be subtle, it can overwhelm and distract.. much like my previous example using the cloud and the silver lining - a frame has much more control in how we process, interperate, and value a " big picture" ... which is why I'm so glad I went to a private business and had Eddie do the honor of framing a present for my dad over this past holiday season. The beauty of going to a professsional verses some who's maybe working at a chain store is like night and day.. with Eddie, this isn't just a service job this is what he does .. and he's good at it .. I didn't have to study up on framing to direct him the way I wanted it done - I simply handed him the picture .. and I knew it was going to be done right.. and possess of end result that was awesome.. it's important to ask yourself- would I want the thousand words my picture could speak to be of quality - or would I rather them be weak and almost mumbling sounding. I'm extremely pleased with the service I received from Eddie. When you get good quality service .. it's important to appreciate how you didn't " short change" yourself by going elsewhere... when you receive poor service is when price may become a real issue . I feel it's important to not mix or confuse the two.. and on that note .. a final thank you for making my gift to my dad amazing and for the service at such a great price!! Your the best!! read more

Took my two enlarged photographs to be framed here and was delighted to find really unique frames, metal, for my artwork. The price was very reasonable and what made this place exceptional is Eddy, the owner. He takes his craft seriously and is super warm and friendly. They are excellent, generous, warm and knowledgeable. I trust them with all my artwork! I would definitely come back here again. Thank you Eddy! read more

Thank you Corner Framing for handling our artwork with such care and finesse. The owner and technician are both experts in their field. I will continue to entrust them with future projects. By appointment only. Next door to the bakery on 32nd Street. read more

This place is expensive... BUT you get what you pay for. Eddy is super nice and knowledgeable about his trade. I bought a painting overseas and it needed to be re-stretched over a wood frame. They did this and also retouched the sides, gave a high quality backing and hanging materials. The final product was beautiful! The original timeframe was 1 month, but I got it back in about 2 weeks. I would go back for any high end piece that needs work. There only about 3 parking spots, but normally there's a space available, so not a big deal. They also sell unique frames and some artwork. Definitely worth a look. read more

The Corner is a lovely boutique frameshop in the Highlands where you are sure to get a custom framed piece you love and make a friend to boot. The owner Eddy not only has great aesthetic sense, but he also takes the time to get to know you! He treats each project with the loving care a custom piece deserves. So far, Eddy has helped me put together two pieces: one is an intricate die-cut greeting card which we matted and framed for a unique wedding gift; the other is a print of our wedding vows that I matted and framed as an anniversary gift. Both came out beautifully and are true works of art! Eddy has great taste and makes thoughtful suggestions for color, texture and style that fit your budget and timeline. While custom framing can be expensive, it is well worth the investment here at The Corner because of the very personal touches they provide. The Corner shares a space with 211 Photography and Bloom Portraits (both of which I am a longtime fan) -- makes sense, right? While you oogle the wonderful wall of frame corners of all colors, shapes and sizes, you can also smile over the kids and family photos that adorn the space or peruse a small selection of retail - frames and other pretty-little-things. read more

I recently attended a concert back in August. It was probably one of the most incredible concerts I had been to. It was a night I wanted to remember. I went to the Corner Custom Frame shop with a few items from the concert. I had explained to the owner, Eddie, what I had wanted to do with the items. After that, he took over and showed me all the options and cool designs we could do. I had let him know a budget and we kept the designs within reason. After leaving I was excited to see the final product. I went back to pick up the final products and boy was I in for a treat. The pieces were truly incredible and more than I could have asked for. They stand out and really fit nicely in my home. The staff here has a great eye for detail and great options to turn something small into a piece that will forever be cherished. read more

I really can't say enough about Eddy and his wonderful staff! We had a project that was extremely special to us, a very old strip of 4 photos of my husband's mother when she was a baby. It's especially dear to her as it's the ONE and ONLY photo of her as a child, so you can imagine we wouldn't want to leave it in just anyone's hands. Dan helped us come up with a custom framing solution so we could keep the photos intact and display them all together in one long rectangular frame. The result was absolutely gorgeous!! She cried her eyes out! :) It meant so much that they realized how precious the photos were to us and really handled the project with all the care we could've possibly hoped for. Thanks guys, you're the best!! read more

Eddie and The Staff at Corner Custom Framing exceeded my expectations - my picture turned out brilliantly! I was not quite sure what I wanted to do with my print, and Eddie was extremely patient in showing me all kinds of options both creatively and financially. There's a reason this place gets 5 stars. The quality of the work is excellent. We first had a painting framed. Allison was so helpful, showing us different options until we found the one that was perfect. Eddy framed the picture and I have to say he is a perfectionist. It came out even more gorgeous than we thought. Then Edy helped us with 2 new framed mirrors for our bathroom. He did a wonderful job installing them. They are beautiful and make such a difference in the overall look of our bathroom. They are a bit more expensive than the chains, but boy is it worth it. Such wonderful work and service. read more

If you are in need of custom framing, this is the place for you! I was looking to get a custom frame for three pictures of our family. It was only a few weeks before Christmas. I wasn't expecting it to be done by then because I was a little behind on getting gifts and Christmas wasn't too far off, but the owner, Eddy, obliged. He was excellent to work with, and walked me through various types of mattes, frames, and glass, and described the different price points. In the end I got my pictures wonderfully framed and done before Christmas. Couldn't more highly recommend! read more
