It's sad to think of other customers having to go through this kind of treatment. I came in around 8pm and at 8:30pm asked to have fabric cut--30 minutes before closing. I was told they could only cut three fabrics due to it being so close to closing time. We had wanted 6 fabrics cut but decided not to push the issue. Lisa cut two, then stopped early to begin closing down the store. At 8:53pm--still before closing--she refused to cut the last fabric, claiming it would take "5 to 10 minutes" to cut one piece of 3-yard fabric. That excuse is absurd. Measuring and cutting fabric is basic service, and there was still time left before the store officially closed. When Emerson stepped up to help, she was directly told by Lisa and the manager not to serve us. This was after we had already spent about $150 on fabric and other items. Refusing service to paying customers who are well within store hours is unacceptable. I understand not wanting to keep staff past closing, but when a customer is in the store before closing time, they should receive service until that time--not be dismissed early. Tonight's interaction was dismissive, unprofessional, and damaging to Michael's reputation for customer service. I will be escalating this to Michael's corporate management, because I believe the company would not condone the way this store treated its customers.

I wanted processing and true black and white prints from 35mm negatives, along with digital transfers to CD from those negatives, and another CD from other negatives I already had processed. When I got my packet back from them, it included 1 CD of awful transfers and terrible prints on color paper. I went back to them explaining what was wrong with my order, and the conversation took 40 minutes, worse then when I had prints made in Morrocco by a man who didn't speak any English. Eventually the Cro-Magnon I talked to understood my message (after accusing me of losing the missing CD). He kindly said it would be corrected (re-do the prints on B+W paper, and make a CD for the negatives). When I returned to pick up my second order, again the prints were on color paper because Photocraft doesn't do true black and white prints!! That might have been nice to know the first time around. The digital transfers I had done were extremely over priced compared to my photo place in San Francisco. For pixely, dirty 1.3 mb files a CD was $22, a little less then the price I get 200 mb photos for in San Francisco. They didn't charge me for true black and white prints, because they don't offer that service, and they made me the second missing CD without charging me a second time. Despite this, I wasted about 3 hours of my life. Also, when looking at some of my abstract photos, the manager commented "I don't even know what that is," as if it were a mistake. Thanks for the lesson in creativity, I apologize for not shooting HDR panoramas of Colorado aspens, you bland joke. This place is for the Thomas Kinkades of photography.

I came in today to exchange some items I had bought for my wife's birthday. Because I lost the receipt, I had to take 60% in credit of the sales price. No problem-- it's not their fault I lost the receipt, it's mine. But what was so glaringly one-star worthy was how painful the entire exchange was because of Magdalena's demeanor. From the sighing, to the glaring-- not only was she not friendly, she was rude! Consider saying please or thank you if you work in retail. Or if you're that unhappy working there: quit! I can't believe this is a Christian-owned business. It's quite baffling! Furthermore, they told me they couldn't take an item back because they didn't sell it anymore (meaning: it wasn't populating on their iPad). Instead of doing some due diligence or giving a consumer the benefit of the doubt, they'd made their decision: we're not taking this back! I literally had to walk all the way to the back of the store and grab the item which they still sell (pic attached) in order for them to even consider they were wrong. Oops! No "sorry about that", no "oh you're right, our fault!" Just a dull look on her face obviously disgruntled because I'm making her do "extra work." Really-- either be happy at your job OR just quit. Don't suffer others because of your lack of happiness. I had $5 left on my gift card which I gave to the customer behind me because I'm never coming back here again, I'll go out my way to go to Michael's. Awful job, Hobby Lobby.

I would wake up some mornings with a complete stranger in my basement as their communication on scheduling subcontractors was nonexistent. I literally don't want to go into any more details due to the fact I feel there will be retaliation from them if they know my information. Avoid this company at all costs.

We had 1800 sq ft to play with and was able to finalize a design within our budget and stuck to it! During the construction, the team was extremely efficient and got all the work done quickly. They were extremely nice to work with and constantly kept us involved at every turn to make sure we were happy with the work along the way. (I'm a control freak so this was greatly appreciated). They were able to get the project done about 1 week ahead of schedule and we were extremely happy with the final results.

Other customers complained as well behind us because they waited and were rushed out as well. I would try somewhere else because if you wait all day then you will pay and then be rushed out so they can close and you still have to pay while rushing a fast painting.
