They would only make a refund with receipts which seems reasonable enough....but I did not have receipts because it's been a 2 month process (water damage recovery project) so I asked if he could work with me...I asked of he could tell they were their tiles from their store and he said yes. He would not work with me or call on a manager to help however. If he knew the tiles did in fact come from this store why wouldn't he take the extra step to work with me? It was about 8 tiles. Couldn't be bothered to ask a manager if they could work with me given that we had obviously bought a sizable tile order from them and given that the tiles obviously came from their store. He saved his employer $25 but lost a customer. I had driven quite a ways to get there. Not really customer service oriented. We did like the tiles we got from them however.

This review is about the play area only…read more I'd heard that Living Spaces had a fabulous play area so I took my 3 year old over to check it out. Because I'd also heard that they get quite busy and that there can be a long wait to play, so we went over at 10 am (when they open) on a Tuesday. It paid off as we were the only ones there for about 10 minutes. So, the play area is pretty great- my son played independently for about an hour. Things to know: You have to fill out a waiver for each kid each time before they can play. Online forms are coming at some point. Word on the street is that weekends are so busy and crazy that they should be avoided. Parents are required to stay in the play area with kids 3 and under but are required to leave kids 4 and over with the attendants. They have an interesting looking cafe right outside the play area but it wasn't open while we were there.

We bought a dresser for my daughter's room a few months ago. It arrived damaged (one of the…read moredrawer's was missing the hinge that connected the drawer to the dresser). My husband called customer service and they asked him to send over a photo - he did. Customer service then arranged for a repair service to come to our house - 10 days from then. 10 days goes by and nobody shows up, my husband calls again and they told him, it was the following Tuesday (not that Tuesday) - so we wait another 7 days. The repair person arrives on schedule, takes a picture, and leaves. He tells my husband that he is only there to document the problem and is unable to fix the issue then. This is confusing because my husband had already sent the requested photo. Ugh.... Another 10 days go by and we don't hear anything. My husband calls customer service again and they verify that we just need a piece to be installed, we don't have to return the full dresser. They said they would mail the missing piece to us. Did it ever arrive?? Nope. At this point, my husband is going to Home Depot to buy the part himself. Dealing with Living Spaces is not worth the time and effort. We will never buy from them again. I wish we had read the other reviews before going there in the first place.
