We spent about an hour at the store and once ready to purchase we were quickly on our way and excited for delivery. Delivery day came and the sectional didn't fit into the house in spite of our measurements. We panicked. Luckily the sales team calmed our concerns and brought us back in with some great options and offered a refund if we didn't find anything. Luckily we did and unfortunately that didn't fit either but the team worked magic with a furniture expert who was able to disassemble and then reassemble in our basement! We are so happy and pleased with our experience. We definitely would encourage others to check out Furniture Row- not only for the selection but for the great service and support!!!

We were told the Sofa would take 14 weeks. quickly we ran into delays and it pushed the sofa back closer to 22 weeks, which was inconvenient but understandable. The Sofa arrived today and I am relatively happy with the product, however one of the legs is missing hardware and the bottom fabric is torn. This could not be mentioned to the delivery drivers because they just left it at the door and it was up to us to get in the house. customer service while in store was alright, however as soon as we paid for the product our experience changed. We have a need for other furniture now that the sofa has arrived and I don't think we will be using furniture row for that experience.

He took measurements, offered multiple options and made sure all the spaces flowed together. Did I mention he did all of this for us prior to our arrival in Colorado over the phone?!?! James also personally oversaw the delivery, assembly and placement of all of the furniture. It was amazing to see our beautifully furnished home for the first time and sleep in our dream cloud beds after our 30-hour journey from Florida. James made sure everything was exactly perfect. When our sleeper side didn't fit down the stairs, James quickly swapped it out for a Queen futon that same day! The level of service was incredible.     I purchased a Nectar mattress from Denver city furniture in late March and was given a delivery…read morewindow of Thursday, April 2 through Sunday, April 5. As such I took Thursday, April 2 off from work to make sure that I was available to receive my order in person once I was notified of the actual day of delivery which they never did. That Thursday I contacted Denver City Furniture to find out the status of the delivery of the mattress to my new location where I was moving. They contacted the shipper, presumably FedEx and they were notified that the mattress had been dropped off on Wednesday, April 1. This means that I took a day of PTO for no reason and my mattress was sitting outside possibly available for porch pirates and I was none the wiser. In attempting to get compensated for the monetary equivalent to my loss of a PTO day, I was given a $100 credit to the store which basically covers one goddamn pillow. Despite my frequent pleas for compensation that at the very least matched the monetary equivalent to my lost day of personal time off, I was stonewalled. This is a slap in the face and the message being sent is that my time my frustration and their lack of ability to effectively communicate logistics is only worth less than half of a day pay for me that I am now out. Suffice to say Ashley furniture, and Denver city furniture will not be getting any additional business from me. To be fair, Mark, the sales guy was a peach. Unfortunately though they'll never get my business again and I will be reporting Ashley furniture to the Better Business Bureau because they suck balls. Of course I contacted Ashley corporate and they were zero help and told me I needed to contact city furniture for any help with this. So in predictable form, one entity is pointing fingers at another entity, saying they need to take care of it. Meaning it's a vortex of lousy service.
