The Joybird Elliot Apartment Corner Sectional was one of the only options I found that checked both boxes, and I also liked that it was made in the U.S. I went into the store so I could see the different fabrics in person and get a better sense of the style and construction. Suz helped me through the process and was awesome to work with. I was also able to purchase during a sale, which definitely helped with the overall value. I was quoted about five weeks for the sectional to arrive, and that estimate was accurate. Communication and delivery were smooth, everything arrived on time, and the delivery team did a great job getting everything set up. I've only had the sectional for a couple of weeks, so I can't speak to long-term durability yet, but so far I'm extremely happy with it. I really like the fabric, which is soft and comfortable, and the cushions have a firmness that I really like without making the sofa uncomfortable. It's also surprisingly comfortable for napping. The length gives me the extra seating I wanted while the apartment-sized configuration works really well in my space. Overall, the entire experience, from shopping in the store through delivery, was easy, and I'm very happy with the sectional. Five stars from me.

Note, the couches are custom order and take 4-8 weeks to arrive (****not only ****3-4 weeks which is what the show room says to you). I was sold a mattress and a bed frame as well... This is why I am giving it a two star rating. I was told the mattress would get to me in 2 weeks and very quickly, along with the custom bed frame that was on sale. This was a total lie. The mattress took 8 weeks and I ended up canceling the bed frame order because the customer service couldn't even tell me how long it would be for the bed frame. The show room manager lied to me and said I would get a refund for the mattress on the phone. I had to call back to the customer service (which is not the show room...) and they let me know that NO refund would be delivered on the mattress once it was delivered (only the shipping fees - which I think were free? who knows - NOT Joybird). Also, I was under a medical condition where I was not able to bring in large furniture on my own. I was "sold" that all the items would be "white glove delivered". They are not, the mattress was delivered by Fed Ex and I had to move in the very heavy mattress on my own. I will not ever shop here again.

We desire a distinctly southwestern style, and D'Amore has had just what we need, every time. We have been frequenting D'Amore Interiors since they were located on the I-70 Frontage on the West side of Denver. I guess that must be close to two decades! When they moved to their current location, we found them promptly, as we needed some leather dining room chairs! After his talk I took a few minutes to chat with him and found out more about DoubleButter. I then checked out a few of their pieces which were displayed at a RiNo store and also went with my husband to their manufacturing location to check out more of their furniture. It was at that time that we met co-owner David Larabee. Both Dexter and David are such nice guys, and so honestly dedicated to their craft. We became pretty smitten with their work so we asked them to build a custom Sheep End media cabinet for our home. Due to an error on my part, the piece that they delivered had the wrong color of powder-coated steel. David offered to replace the powder-coated steel pieces and although we told him that we were happy to pay for the change order, they made the change and did not charge us. Not only were we impressed with their great service but we are absolutely thrilled with our media cabinet. Beautiful solid walnut with steel legs and pulls. Incredible workmanship. We love it so much that it was a no-brainer to ask them to build us another piece - a custom Sheepadillo credenza. We were pleased to see DoubleButter furniture pieces featured at the 2015 Sunset Image Home in Hilltop. Their Grasshopper Lounge Chair was also featured on the cover of Autumn 2015 Issue of 5280 Home magazine. Reasonably priced, quality workmanship, unique design, locally owned, excellent service. Turns out the "clearance" cabinet was actually backordered on a container ship overseas. Their own invoice showed the items as B/O at time of sale. When I asked for a fair resolution, the owner: * Repeatedly ignored my requests to communicate via email * Hid behind Terms and Conditions, then contradicted them by threatening to cancel my order * Gave me four different delivery timelines, none of which held * Blamed BDI, the shipping company, and the weather * Offered me a net $50 discount and called it "reasonable and fair" * Gave me 33 minutes via email to accept an offer or he'd cancel The moment I asked him to commit to an actual delivery date with accountability, he cancelled the order and refunded my deposit. Robert held $2,000 hostage for seven weeks for a cabinet that was never coming. Save yourself the headache.

The staff at Room and Board listened to us and helped locate items we wanted to get to replace furniture that got destroyed in a move across the country. Was it hard to get someone to work with us, sometimes, yes, but that's happening everywhere and our expectations have changed with the times. It's unrealistic when you see employees running around with multiple customers to expect what we used to have in retail. There was one hiccup in multiple deliveries. I mentioned it in a follow-up store review and customer service immediately called to address the issue. They mentioned that the driver would be retrained because he did not follow protocol. Great, because we are now looking for more furniture and we aren't going any place but room and board. I would love to mention the designer but won't, she was a waste of money. We had to cut her off because she wasn't listening and at this point in my life, I know exactly what I like and all the staff I'm at room and board listen to me and my husband.

I bought a really nice plant with a glass container as my first one. This was years ago; I wasn't experienced in keeping plants and ended up failing my first one. The staff, mainly Lynn, ended up attempting to revive my plant and kept care for about 2 weeks. I returned and she ended up giving me a new one. She taught me so much about plant food, sun exposure; I learned so much about plant care ever since. The Rosehouse has been featured on numerous websites, articles and they even have their very own Podcast: Up The Plants! Lynn shares what inspired her love of plants and Maurice talks about how one plant in particular ruined his dating life.
