Not a review of the store, as I never set foot in it. On two occasions made the 30 minute drive to their showroom, only to find a note on the door saying they were closed and I should call for an appointment. Google Maps says their hours are 10-6 during the week. Their front door says they are open until 4 p.m. Monday-Friday. Very frustrating to go twice during the week before 4 pm and find the showroom closed. They are also closed on the weekends. If you don't have the time to run a business, then don't. It is rude to have customers make the trip only to find that you decided to leave early for the day. read more

I am really excited about the Oriflame fire pit that I ordered from Backyard fun. It is the only one on the market, that I have found, with two propane tanks; both of which get stored in the fire pit. I had some issues with backyard fun getting a prompt delivery for the firepit that I had ordered (miscommunication on shipping address and then a manufacturer issue that was out of their control). While the delays were frustrating I do want to say that their customer service team was extremely nice and really helpful. They helped get to the bottom of the issue and as soon as they got involved were able to get a fire pit delivered immediately! I am very excited for the fire pit to arrive tomorrow, it should be the perfect addition to a spring BBQ! read more

We LOVE the fire table AND I LOVED working with Back Yard FUN. I searched for a long time for a new propane fire pit/fire table. As you probably know, there are lots and lots of choices out there and all prices. Originally we ordered the 32" table with just one bottle because I wasn't too sure how much room it would take up in the area we have. Once we ordered, they sent us a youtube link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=espKVjDmrEY on how to set the table up once it arrives. It was in the video that we discovered that the larger 42" tables have a 70,000 btu output while the 32" with a smaller burner only has a 40,000 btu rating. At that point, I made up a cardboard template and put it in the area. We liked the larger one better plus the 42" can hold 2ea propane tanks so I called All Backyard Fun to see what we could do about changing our order. It had already shipped but the people I spoke with could not have been nicer. We made the change then Angelique took over the shipping information and gave me all of the details. We were SO happy that they allowed us to make the change. My advice is to watch that video prior to placing your order, it has a LOT of helpful information. We're 75 and I saw another reviewer that said Angelique helped them set up white glove delivery. You may want to check to see how much more it is because the unit comes on one pallet and it can be heavy for older people. Plus after you get everything set up, you'll have to get rid of all the pallet wood which I'm guessing white gloves would take care of as well. Now about the table. We got the hammer copper and LOVE the look. This is also the only company that I researched that has a perforated burner plate so the flames take up the whole glass area ... FANTASTIC. I added some pictures so that you can see what the cover looks like. The flames are on high so you can see the max but can also be reduced to medium of low. I put it in a spot where we originally had a wood burning fireplace that gave off a great deal of smoke and sparks as well as the outside heating up to very hot. We were always concerned about the grandkids touching it and getting burned. No worries any longer since the fire is in the center and the copper stays cool AND looks cool:). Bottom line we could not be happier with the product and the service we received for ABF. So, we sold the old one on FB Marketplace and ordered this beautiful Copper table from ABF like a week and a half before our event. In order to ensure it got here in time I called ABF and Jolene answered the phone. She immediately called their supplier and made sure they shipped it out freight immediately and it got here the Thursday before our Saturday event! In time to set up, get familiar with, and I'm just SO grateful I ignored the bad reviews, which now I think might be fake, and ordered my firepit table through ABF! We ordered four patio chairs in December. Just received them today and they are wonderful quality, just what we wanted. We knew it would take several months but that was expected. Delivery was tricky because the XPO company who initially had them was hard to work with. Three days in a row they told us they'd be at our house between noon and 5pm. And three days in a row they were no shows. Very irritating but, the All Backyard Fun folks helped us get them here. Highly recommend both the furniture and the team. read more

Wow, all i can say is ABF is the full package. The hammered copper firepit I ordered is beautiful. I had a warranty issue and I was dreading talking with them as this thing is big and heavy. They had me send pictures of the issue and in a day they had another replacement on the way. I used the same package to send it back and it literally could not have been easier. If you plan on ordering Polywood, I would recommend that you order directly from Polywood's site. It's the same price and you'll get your order quickly. I, unfortunately, ordered from ABF which has longer than normal leadtimes and poor customer service. I ordered in May and was told August delivery which was really bad when you want summer furniture. During that whole time, I was never given any communications at all as to when my order would arrive. At the end of August, I contacted customer service. It turned out, I spoke with Jolene, who did not identify herself as the CEO. She pretended to just be a customer service person. During that time, I was asking where my order was - I had waited months. She couldn't tell me where the order was. I waited another week and got her again and said I need it next week or I need to cancel and get my money back. She immediately threatened - "Okay, I'll cancel your order. Fine." After waiting months, I said no I wanted the set. She was really rude saying that now I would have to re-order it since it was now cancelled. All those months and then dangling your order - extremely frustrating. Like I said - go to Polywood directly. you'll get everything within a few weeks and will be dealing with a professional company. read more

This purchase was a terrible experience. The customer service is terrible. It took more than 4 months for our product to ship, and only received updates if we contacted them. Delivery was re-scheduled 3 times the morning of delivery after we had taken the day off work to wait for it. Then, there were missing parts. I reached out to All Backyard Fun and they didn't even bother responding. We called the manufacturer direct and were told those parts are on backorder and no eta is set. This may be the most outstanding company I have ever had the pleasure to work with and, since I am 77 years old, that is dating a lot Six months ago, I bought an Oriflame Gas Fire-pit table from them, along with several accessories. They kept me informed of the expected ship date and then walked me through how to set the table up once I got it. (They also have some videos on line that are very helpful). I had also ordered a couple of accessories that were wrong (my fault) and they exchanged one and gave me credit for the other. I recently ordered the new Lazy Susan for the table. We first ran across their fire tables back in March on Amazon with a Five Star review, but later they were only offered through All Backyard Fun. In May we finally decided on our table which we received as promised in early July. Delivery was right to our garage and it was a piece of cake to get to our patio (due to rotator cuff injuries we used our college bound grandsons for muscle). We set it up in 15 minutes with the 2 propane tanks I had purchased previously. We had a a Covid guest (mask and distancing) and lit it. It was beautiful, but since it was in the 80's that evening we cut our experience short. On a rare cooler evening in NJ this summer, we lit it with my brother and sister-in-law and it did a beautiful job cutting the chill for all of us.
