Even now, in the midst of Co-Vid, although minimally staffed, they are providing great service. We have ordered beds, medicine cabinets, dressers, towel racks, a cane, a hope chest, among other things from this store. I believe that everything is made here in Colorado at their Alamosa location. Every piece of furniture is unique due to not being in a totally finished condition, but they let the knots and other particular features in the wood stand out. This makes each piece a one-of-a-kind treasure.

This time of year.) The price was attractive. I had a good location with good soil and water supply. I planted all of these Sylvia and they grew real well through the summer. But not a single one of them survived the winter. It wasn't the winter. It wasn't my location. It was the plants. They sold them as perennial, but they were not. And they offered no compensation. I will be purchasing any more from this family nursery. And that makes me feel bad, but if they cannot back up their product, I cannot justify providing them with my business.

Many years ago, we also had them reupholster counter stools to match our family room love seat upholstery. Their furniture is of the best quality, and can be customized as needed. The staff is very helpful in discussing our needs and helping us find the right products, providing interior design guidance as needed. We keep coming back because of the high quality and unique items we find there. Every time we browse the showroom floor, we find treasures that we just can't pass up. We desire a distinctly southwestern style, and D'Amore has had just what we need, every time. We have been frequenting D'Amore Interiors since they were located on the I-70 Frontage on the West side of Denver. I guess that must be close to two decades! When they moved to their current location, we found them promptly, as we needed some leather dining room chairs! If you want to replace the high pressure furniture shopping routine for a great furniture shopping experience, including honest staff and prices, and fine, unique pieces, I highly recommend D'Amore Interiors.

Since all my things were in storage I needed to rent furniture (bed, living room, and dining room). I explicitly said I wanted a king bed. They said they had it and when it came time to sign the contract it had a queen instead for the same price. Red flag number one, second on delivery day the dining room set showed up with the chairs and tables assembled so poorly that one chair was damaged and couldn't be used. It took 1 month of me following up to get a replacement chair meanwhile was charged the entire price even though I was missing a chair due to their assembly neglect. Red flag number 2. Towards the end of November I called up to extend renting for another month since my house still wasn't ready, I was told on the phone to make the payment online which I did. I only rented for the next 2 weeks and returned the items early. Fast forward to Jan 2023 and I follow up asking where is the prorated return if my money and they respond they can't return my money because they canceled my contracts already and that because I made the payment online. This is total bullshit and predatory business practices. This company deserves to go out of business and all the people fired. Never meant a more unprofessional bunch of children running a business in my life. Customer shouldn't have to constantly call and follow up and be treated like dirt. Don't use this place if it was the last place on earth, my gripe isn't even about the money but rather the principle and poor treatment of their customers.

When I went back yesterday Friday February 28th to retrieve my item, with a quoted price over the phone of 30.00 a month, MAGICALLY my item had MISTAKENLY been rented to another sucker. Rent a center manager was MORE than happy to give me another similar item, although older looking and more ghetto. I asked if I was still getting my 30.00 a month price. OH sure they said no problem. When the contract was printed, I noticed that rent a center wanted a payment yesterday of 120.00+ dollars. When I inquired as to what that was, they said oh no, its now 30.00 bucks a week! 6 months of 120.00 a month is over 720.00 for a ghetto piece of shit playstation!! BE ADVISED!! THE MANAGER IS A CROOK AND WILL ROB AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU EVERY CHANCE HE GETS. IF YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO RENT SOMETHING WHICH I WOULD ADVISE AGAINST.
