We have been frequenting D'Amore Interiors since they were located on the I-70 Frontage on the West side of Denver. I guess that must be close to two decades! Since all my things were in storage I needed to rent furniture (bed, living room, and dining room). I explicitly said I wanted a king bed. They said they had it and when it came time to sign the contract it had a queen instead for the same price. Red flag number one, second on delivery day the dining room set showed up with the chairs and tables assembled so poorly that one chair was damaged and couldn't be used. It took 1 month of me following up to get a replacement chair meanwhile was charged the entire price even though I was missing a chair due to their assembly neglect. Red flag number 2. Towards the end of November I called up to extend renting for another month since my house still wasn't ready, I was told on the phone to make the payment online which I did. I only rented for the next 2 weeks and returned the items early. Fast forward to Jan 2023 and I follow up asking where is the prorated return if my money and they respond they can't return my money because they canceled my contracts already and that because I made the payment online. This is total bullshit and predatory business practices. This company deserves to go out of business and all the people fired. Never meant a more unprofessional bunch of children running a business in my life. Customer shouldn't have to constantly call and follow up and be treated like dirt. Don't use this place if it was the last place on earth, my gripe isn't even about the money but rather the principle and poor treatment of their customers.

When I went back yesterday Friday February 28th to retrieve my item, with a quoted price over the phone of 30.00 a month, MAGICALLY my item had MISTAKENLY been rented to another sucker. Rent a center manager was MORE than happy to give me another similar item, although older looking and more ghetto. I asked if I was still getting my 30.00 a month price. OH sure they said no problem. When the contract was printed, I noticed that rent a center wanted a payment yesterday of 120.00+ dollars. When I inquired as to what that was, they said oh no, its now 30.00 bucks a week! 6 months of 120.00 a month is over 720.00 for a ghetto piece of shit playstation!! BE ADVISED!! THE MANAGER IS A CROOK AND WILL ROB AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU EVERY CHANCE HE GETS. IF YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO RENT SOMETHING WHICH I WOULD ADVISE AGAINST. Despite it's dated and well worn appearance, you'll also notice that it has a great selection of stuff, and the employees are very helpful and eager to help you. In fact, while I was in there a teen was in handcuffs and they were trying to help him find a key or some sort of tool to help them get them off (that was the highlight of my day!).
