My fiancée just wanted a bed and didn't care too much about how things work and why they work, she just wanted a comfortable bed. I, on the other hand wanted to know what I was buying and somehow Daniel was able to keep us both happy. Details for me and comfy factor for her. Daniel made us feel important and cared more about what we wanted and didn't seem to push a specific make on us. Extremely patient and seemed to know a lot. Daniel also had excellent communication and he's definitely the only one I'd deal with from now on. I recommend asking for Daniel if you're at this store.

They delivered the free base, but never delivered the mattress. Now they say I can't cancel the mattress they still haven't delivered because I needed to cancel my order within a half an hour of submission. How would I know I would never get the item I paid for a half an hour prior? Additionally, they won't refund me my money and are charging me for the free base that came with the mattress that I never received. So they have my money. I have a "free" thing I don't want or need that I now have to pay for and they get to sell the mattress I just paid for to probably 100 customers to run the same scam.

Our pillow buying was way better than trying to figure it out at a big box store where there are no sales people or certainly no knowledgeable sales people at all. We will return.

I contacted their online sales agents not once but twice to confirm that the chair I was about to order did in fact have that capability. I took a screen shot of the second one as proof, because it wasn't clear they were actually checking the product while I was chatting with them. Sure enough, the recliner gets here, and doesn't have the very capabilities they said it had. I contacted customer service and they said that I would have to pay the restocking fee (plus the pick up fee) even though I have PROOF that their sales people flat out lied to me. Total SCAM and heartless.

Customer service then shipped replacement parts and expected us to install them ourselves. After installing the parts, the problem still wasn't fixed. Now, nearly a month later, we still do not have a fully functioning bed. Instead of sending a technician to diagnose the issue, they continue sending random replacement parts, hoping one of them solves the problem. I received another set of parts two days ago and was told someone would call to schedule a technician. I'm still waiting for that call. The entire experience has been an exhausting runaround. The store tells me to contact the manufacturer, and the manufacturer tells me to contact the store. Meanwhile, I'm left with an incomplete bed that I paid thousands of dollars for. For a company that advertises quality products and service, this level of customer support is unacceptable. After spending over $7,200, I expected a complete installation, a working product, and prompt service when something went wrong--not weeks of frustration, repeated trips to the store, endless phone calls, and no resolution. I cannot recommend Living Spaces based on my experience.

My mom also wanted the lamps, so it took about three weeks from when I first emailed and when I received the lamps. (I was pleasantly surprised they would ship them to me without spending the 8,000.00 shipping minimum) They shipped them to two separate addresses and they did research on the cheapest way to ship them. I really apprecieatd that. Once they shipped it only took about 2 days to get to my mom and 4 days to get to me. I worked with Tena from the Thornton Colorado store.

I found a hole in one of the cushions of the sofa and they came out on the 17th and replaced the cushion. On May 30th I found a second hole in one of the other sofa cushions. I called and informed them that I wanted to return the sofa and loveseat at that point. Since then I have found a 3rd hole, though I digress. I ordered a new different sofa and loveseat that was a special order and would not arrive until July 15-18. I have called and talked to no less than 12 "customer service" people, all the while being told that "it would be another week". Today I called and was told that now it would be "another few weeks". By now I am livid! "Nikki" said she would call the manufacturer and call me back. She of course did not call me back. I called again and was told I could not be transferred to "Nikki",and spoke to "Chelsea". She informed me that yes, it would be another few weeks. I asked her if I could speak to a manager and she informed me that she and everyone there IS a MANAGER. I said that there HAS to be someone above her, she said "no, I report to no one". I informed her that now I am going to and find furniture SOME PLACE ELSE, and that I will then call and have AFW come and pick up this DEFECTIVE AND CRAPPY furniture and get a refund. She said "you can do that if you like". Honestly, this is NO WAY to treat customers! I have gotten furniture from AFW in the past and have never been treated like this. Trust me, DO NOT GWT FURNITURE FROM THIS COMPANY!! The value for the money you spend is simply CRAP! And apparently they do not care.

I actually called ahead and spoke to Brandon and was really disappointed to learn that I wouldn't be able to get the adjustable base I wanted because I have a platform bed. We still went in to check out the options and I was SO impressed that after my phone call, Brandon had done some research and discovered we could get a base at mattress firm that would work with our current bed frame and the sleep number mattress I wanted. I mean, wow! When has a mattress salesperson ever referred you to a competitor? That really meant something to me and we were able to try out the options and decide on the exact mattress we wanted, then go down the road and get the base that would work when sleep number didn't sell it. Sleep number should strongly consider making a platform-friendly base (no legs) but until then, reward your honest employees who put customer satisfaction above making a larger sale.
