My fiancée just wanted a bed and didn't care too much about how things work and why they work, she just wanted a comfortable bed. I, on the other hand wanted to know what I was buying and somehow Daniel was able to keep us both happy. Details for me and comfy factor for her. Daniel made us feel important and cared more about what we wanted and didn't seem to push a specific make on us. Extremely patient and seemed to know a lot. Daniel also had excellent communication and he's definitely the only one I'd deal with from now on. I recommend asking for Daniel if you're at this store.

I was visiting my uncles apartment in Phoenix in January and saw some bedside lamps I really liked…read more I found out they were sold at AFW, so when I got back home to Oregon I decided to reach out to see if they would be willing to ship some of the lamps to me. My mom also wanted the lamps, so it took about three weeks from when I first emailed and when I received the lamps. (I was pleasantly surprised they would ship them to me without spending the 8,000.00 shipping minimum) They shipped them to two separate addresses and they did research on the cheapest way to ship them. I really apprecieatd that. Once they shipped it only took about 2 days to get to my mom and 4 days to get to me. I worked with Tena from the Thornton Colorado store.

I WILL NEVER EVER AGAIN purchase furniture from American Furniture Warehouse, as long as I live! I…read morepurchased a sofa, loveseat, electric recliner, coffee table and 2 end tables from the store in Thornton on May 12, 2026. It was all delivered on May 15th. I found a hole in one of the cushions of the sofa and they came out on the 17th and replaced the cushion. On May 30th I found a second hole in one of the other sofa cushions. I called and informed them that I wanted to return the sofa and loveseat at that point. Since then I have found a 3rd hole, though I digress. I ordered a new different sofa and loveseat that was a special order and would not arrive until July 15-18. I have called and talked to no less than 12 "customer service" people, all the while being told that "it would be another week". Today I called and was told that now it would be "another few weeks". By now I am livid! "Nikki" said she would call the manufacturer and call me back. She of course did not call me back. I called again and was told I could not be transferred to "Nikki",and spoke to "Chelsea". She informed me that yes, it would be another few weeks. I asked her if I could speak to a manager and she informed me that she and everyone there IS a MANAGER. I said that there HAS to be someone above her, she said "no, I report to no one". I informed her that now I am going to and find furniture SOME PLACE ELSE, and that I will then call and have AFW come and pick up this DEFECTIVE AND CRAPPY furniture and get a refund. She said "you can do that if you like". Honestly, this is NO WAY to treat customers! I have gotten furniture from AFW in the past and have never been treated like this. Trust me, DO NOT GWT FURNITURE FROM THIS COMPANY!! The value for the money you spend is simply CRAP! And apparently they do not care.

From the owner: At Mattresses on Weekends, we want to simplify and personalize your quality of waking up…read more Mattresses on Weekends is your, locally owned and family operated, community mattress store with a goal to conduct business with integrity and treat our customers with respect. We want you to rest easy knowing that you didn't overspend for your mattress purchase from us. So we'll beat any competitor's price by brand. How do we do it? We enlisted the help of a couple major local mattress factories and, together, we are able to produce and provide the same designs as the leading mattress retailers for much, much less - without dealing with the middlemen. We stock Simmons and Serta. We also carry high quality low priced mattress sets from a variety of other brands in all sizes, even RV sizes. We buy for less and, therefore, we can sell for less. No phony "deal of the day" or sales that mythically change on a weekly bases. What you see is what you get - a quality, comfortable mattress at a great price every day.

We have bought 3 mattresses from this location in the last three months and every time the sales…read morepeople have been wonderful and easy to work with. We had one mattress for a little over three months and decided that it was too firm for us. We reached out to the store (barely within the return window) and they went above and beyond to help us get a replacement mattress that will be a bit softer AND we actually received money back because the alternative option that we chose was less expensive that what was originally purchased. I say they went above and beyond because we will not be here and they had to schedule the pick-up and re-delivery out into February 2026 and honored all of the terms of the original return agreement. From sales floor people to managers everyone communicated well and worked together to make sure I was a happy customer. Their customer service is very much appreciated.

In the past, we have used two of the Mattress Firm locations in Boulder. One of them (as well as a…read morethird that used to be there) have been closed permanently. Only one remains and seems more targeted to the student and younger adult market than to people needing to refresh an older bedroom. The brand and grade and size, especially mattress depth, needed to remain within a certain measurement because at this point I am unwilling to buy all new bed linens to accommodate these newer mattress sizes. And we did not need a whole new "set" as we have already had to customize the support unit to a low profile, split queen box spring with the Boulder Mattress Firm location some years ago. Needed for a short resident in an older house with narrow stairwell to the second floor location. Having once decades ago, ordered a set that had to be hoisted by climbing ropes via a sliding door to balcony of second floor bedroom, we were not going to ever do that again. The hunt was hard and the one that seemed most likely from an online search was only in stock to see at the Superior, CO location. Not far so we went in. Like all Mattress Firms I have visited, the staff is very limited in number but always helpful. We did look at the one we came to and though it seemed a bit softer than ideal, we had not found anything more likely to try. So we did buy it. Victor set it up for delivery in a few days. Availability turned out to be an issue after all. This is the point in which you need all the help you can get from staff. And we did get it from Victor. Much of this company is based on automated messages with not much option to customize delivery. After 2 tries on a date, with contact with staff, a delivery date was chosen when availbility returned. But you cannot select time slot. You get an automated message the night before with the time based on their route for the day. The first one we got conflicted with a long awaited med appt so Victor manually contacted them to have it delayed a day.You can delay by the day, but not by a time slot. That night we got the automated message for the next morning, snow and all. But they did make that time and the delivery team did a great job of getting it in and leaving their snowy shoes on the porch etc. The mattress was in plastic covering. The mattress was in fact softer than we had started out looking for but in fact slept very well last night. There is the option to swap it out within a time limit as needed but we probably won't at this time, because all of the other options have been examined and rejected. Perhaps another time in life we will have an opportunity to start from scratch on bedroom design but for now, we are satisfied.

This review is about the play area only…read more I'd heard that Living Spaces had a fabulous play area so I took my 3 year old over to check it out. Because I'd also heard that they get quite busy and that there can be a long wait to play, so we went over at 10 am (when they open) on a Tuesday. It paid off as we were the only ones there for about 10 minutes. So, the play area is pretty great- my son played independently for about an hour. Things to know: You have to fill out a waiver for each kid each time before they can play. Online forms are coming at some point. Word on the street is that weekends are so busy and crazy that they should be avoided. Parents are required to stay in the play area with kids 3 and under but are required to leave kids 4 and over with the attendants. They have an interesting looking cafe right outside the play area but it wasn't open while we were there.

I've had trouble from the get go. Told to call this warranty…read morecompany they told me it still under the original warranty. Round and round we went. Finally someone came out. Looked at my chair said yep, there's a problem and we'll order parts. Then I get an email not a call, pretty sad, saying it was a non warrantable issue. The next conversation was even MORE UNBELIEVABLE! Went something like just continue using it until it completely breaks! WHAT!?!? Ok well tonight I go to get up and it won't go "down" or whatever the opposite of recline is. It won't go. I'm now smelling burning wiring. Yes I know what that smells like. I am still stuck. My wife unplugged it. I had to climb out of it on the side. Doing this I hurt my back now. I just had a hip replaced a little over two months ago. I tipped it up. Sure enough burned wires. That's cute! What a piece of junk! NOW WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO? More jerkin me around? I think not! I am demanding a Living Spaces top level manager call me ASAP with a resolution in hand. That isn't the end of this story. When we bought the two chairs we bought couch or a loveseat or whatever you want to call it. It's two pieces. One half was back ordered. It took about four months to get it. Multiple visits to the store and calls etc. it finally arrived. It does not match at all! Color is off. Cushions don't line up. This was a horrible waste of $5000 of my money! And there is absolutely no customer service or support to be seen. Now I have an inoperable chair that the seat cushion is still sagging, an injured back, and almost a fire inside my home. Let that sit in the picture your mind can surely see. An old man trapped in a chair he can't get out of that is also on fire. You think I'm mad? You're darn right! And yall need to make this whole mess right. Don't email me. Don't text me. Call me. A very upset, disappointed, mad former customer.
