Just wanted to post a recommendation here for anyone looking into getting a shed. After doing a ton of research on so many different companies and carefully reading reviews, I decided to abandon the idea of buying a shed and assembling myself. So many places look like they have great prices and then you read the fine print and find you have to buy or build your own floor kit, do your own roofing, paint, etc... I came across Teds Sheds and found so many good reviews I decided to just go with them. The process was amazing. From the ordering to the install it was all super smooth and everyone there was very nice and showed much appreciation for my business. The installers that came out today (John and John) were great. They got the base ready and came to get my approval on its placement. We adjusted things a bit and then they got to work. Took them about 5 hours to fully assemble and touch up paint on it. Everything was very professional and they did a full walk through on it with me. These come with a 7 year warranty!! For the price, I just couldnt find any other place around that could compare to Teds, and the courtesy and professionalism their employees had just topped it all off. read more

I had an 8 X 10ft pro series lean-to with one insulated window installed in April 2020 (sorry it took this long to post this review). First, the employees were friendly and helpful. The shed was installed in a few hours and is super solid. We built our own shelves, including a small work area with pegboard for tools, etc. It holds camping gear, garden supplies, 2 bikes, bike supplies, lawn mower, the rechargeable batteries for the mower and weed whacker (brought electricity in through the wall from the garage for the chargers and a ceiling light). There is room left over! I painted the trim white and the body a pretty beige; it looks classy in the garden. I was able to clear out the garage and have an organized place for the garden/lawn supplies and bikes that is much more convenient for the use of them. I love how well-built it is, the options I could select, the convenience the shed affords my activities, the ease of getting it installed, the value, and how nice it looks. So happy. read more

I want to praise all the folks at Ted's Sheds for a job well done from start to finish. I got all of my questions answered up front before the install and knew what to expect. They called and emailed prior to install to make sure we were ready and if we had any questions. Larry and Crys were our installers for our 10 x 6 Lean To. They were on time and professional. Both of them kept me updated throughout the build, making sure I was happy with placement, how long it would take, any concerns, etc. They cleaned up everything around the site, and made sure I was satisfied before they left. I couldn't be happier. Well built and sturdy. They even matched our house paint color so the new shed looks like it actually belongs in our backyard. I know there are a lot of options out there for sheds, but I'd recommend Ted's Sheds to anyone that wants it done right by friendly professionals. Thanks to the whole team! read more

We can't say enough good things about Ted's Sheds. Their customer service is outstanding and the quality of their sheds is superior. They offer several options that the other shed companies don't. We were introduced to Ted's Sheds at the 2020 Colorado Garden and Show. John was very helpful in addressing all our questions. He is also an installer so knew first hand what could be done. We then visited their showroom and right from the start, their customer service was excellent. Nicole, Tony and Wendy at the office were extremely helpful; whether we called or emailed. And John and Alex did an excellent job with the installation. When they left our property, it was like they were never here. And the shed was built with perfection. We could not be happier with our new shed. If you are in need of any type of shed, this is the place to go. read more

Super stoked throughout the whole process for our tall pro ranch shed! John and Jose (Rafael) were prompt, courteous and efficient. They took the proper time to ensure proper placement, construction and did a superb job cleaning upon completion. The quoting process through Mary was extremely easy and she took the time to answer all of my questions including helping me quote a slightly non standard 8x15 structure. Nicole was super efficient in finalizing my design and scheduling my install when I stopped in to finalize my order. Thanks also for all of the communication--phone calls and email reminders as part of your process prior to installation is an excellent use of today's digital tools! This was definitely one of our best construction/contractor experiences! read more

We were in building a woodworking area in our garage and therefore needed additional storage for our yard tools (lawn mower, shovels, etc.). We decided we needed a shed and turned to Teds Sheds. We ordered one of their 8' by 6' sheds and the shed was constructed and delivered within about 4 weeks. We are very satisfied with the workmanship of the shed and it fits our needs quite well. When the shed was delivered Nick and Jet quickly set out to unload the sections of the shed and proceeded to assemble it on our concrete pad. The job they did was thorough and well done. Both did a fantastic job, were very helpful and friendly! The shed looks great....we really like it! Kudos to Teds Sheds and especially Nick and Jet! read more

Christian Action Guild, a small thrift shop and food bank in downtown Golden, contracted an 8'x10' standard Ranch shed through Tony Studer, Ted's Manager. Our space is limited, and we needed a storage building immediately. He and his crew were amazing in their professionalism, communication, organization and cooperation, respectfulness, timeliness and competence in completing our project on the promised date, and the follow up once it was finished. A variety of "unforeseen developments" tried Tony's patience and threatened the finish date, but he hung with us and got it done. Obviously, I can't say enough good things about Golden Ted's Sheds. Thank you! Joyce Sutton, CAG President read more

Just had a new shed installed today from this organization. The experience from start to finish has been great. I just wanted to give a big shout-out to the installers--Bruno and Colton (the B&C team) did an excellent job. At the start, Bruno said it would take about 5 hours to complete--I thought it would be a shorter time, but when they were finished cleaning up, it was right at 5 hours. Great job--well done guys! I pointed out a few small concerns (they said it was the sawyers issue--HA-HA, just kidding! Everything pre-cut fit together great) along the way and B&C addressed them right away and finished them off perfectly!! Well Done Guys. Thanks to all at Ted's Sheds. read more

Now we are planning a 2nd shed for them to build also! Don;t mess around with 2nd class builders, call Teds Sheds for the 1st and only time you need a shed built..reasonably. Ted Sheds was recommended by my realtor. Pricing seems to be good and competitive. Quality products used to build and upgrades are available. John and John were the builders at our site did a great job. Its a 8/12 feet good size and big. The ground wasnt leveled properly, was confused is the shed going to be tilted? John took their time to level and balance it. The whole project is about 8-9 hours, seems to be clean and organised workers with details. Also warranty provided should be 5-7 years. I will definitely go with ted sheds next time, will request John and John to come and built. Great job guys. Thankyou read more

Shout out to Luis and Eric, the two guys that just put up my 10'x30' shed. I was told it may take two days to put this shed up due to size. Luis and Eric did it in just under six hours. They worked tirelessly until it was complete, no breaks. Their quality of work was amazing, and what got me were their meticulous finishing touchups. They painted over nail heads, scuff marks, edges... You can tell they have a history of working together. It seemed they knew what each expected of the other, great teamwork, and genuinely polite and professional. Kudos to you guys, and Thanks Ted for the great Shed. Randy read more

Our 10'x12' Pro Ranch shed was installed yesterday and it looks amazing! The entire experience with Ted's Sheds from making our selection to the final installation was absolutely great. Wendy and Tony in the office were knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. Nick and Zach, our installers, worked together as a precision team. It was impressive to see how fast, efficient and precise they were as a team! We are very pleased with the quality of the shed, the workmanship, the pricing, and the overall performance of Ted's Sheds. If you're in the market for a shed, look no further than Ted's Sheds! read more

What a great experience from start to finish! This is our second shed from Teds Sheds and couldn't be happier! We had hoped we could match paints so the sheds would be the same color but they recently changed their color offerings. Instead if insisting the new color chart they actually searched in the back for enough of the old color to do the shed - amazing!! the installation was seamless and incredibly professional! Matthew and Jake did an excellent job and took the time to insure they did the job to our satisfaction. The shed is beautiful and would highly recommend them to anyone!!! read more

We had a shed installed by Ted's Sheds in early October. From the very start, it was a positive experience. Wendy at the office toured us around the samples and answered all of our questions professionally. She followed up with information phone calls between our order placement and the installation. On the day of the installation, Nick and Matt did an exceptional job. They were prompt, polite, and extremely efficient. They arrived early, after calling, and finished faster than estimated. It is also satisfying to support a local business instead of a giant national chain. Suzanne J. read more

Great product and great service from Ted's Sheds in Golden, CO. Matthew and Nick timely delivered and built the 8x10 shed. My neighbor and I observed the craftsmanship Matthew and Nick displayed with their care and detail in each step of the building process. They both took the time to answer all of my questions and were obviously knowledgeable of the materials, their product, and the care thereof. Ted's Sheds is a sturdier product, a better value, and their representatives (including Nicole and Tony) are obviously proud of their company and provide excellent customer service read more

Absolutely Exceptional. The Entire team at Ted's Sheds is amazing!!! From the start with Wendy and Steve we felt a sense of teamwork. They listened to our needs and worked with us to DESIGN the perfect shed we needed in the space we had available. This is a quality product - by far the BEST in the business. The team set us an installation date that met our needs and was ahead of schedule and communicated throughout the process. Colton and Crys showed up right on time for installation and did a wonderful job. Great product and great team! Super thrilled with this shed. read more

We had Ted's Sheds build a shed for us in August. We placed the order about a month ahead of time and were given a timeline for completion. The shed was built ahead of schedule. The shed was delivered as modular pieces that were assembled on our concrete pad. It was built, roofed and painted in about 4 hours. The quality and service is just top notch. I'm sure it will last for decades with just a coat of paint every few years. The shed is as solid and sturdy as can be. No short cuts were taken and the result is an outstanding product. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! read more

We found Teds Sheds when we were planning to ad 2 sheds to our property. WE looked at and almost bought 2 from Home Depot, when we saw Teds Sheds, stopped in and got a tour of their sheds. Man O Man were we impressed! Not only were they better quality that the Home Depot sheds, but my husband didnt have to build them! The crew arrived early as promised and Mario and Lloyd did an amazing job leveling and building our unit. Super happy with the whole process and our 10x14.... our 12x16 arrives in 2 weeks and we cant wait! 2 HUGE thumbs up !!! read more

The whole process from beginning to end was seamless. Was tempted to try project on my own but after pricing, quality of product, and assurance of quick build it became a "no brainer". Crew of Joseppi and Floyd were very professional and at the same time very personable, great combination to deal with. Had advice and suggestions for everything from positioning and maintaining. Quick and efficient build and product looks fantastic and very sound. Was kept informed by office staff throughout the process. Thanks to Ted's Sheds. read more
