Keli sent a team of 4 and in 4 hours they had space planned the kitchen, unpacked all three boxes, and put everything away. Then they moved into the playroom where they organized and put away all the toys and started on 2 kids rooms and my closet! I was blown away with how much they got done in such a short time. I plan to have them back once all of our belongings arrive to do the garage and office!

I absolutely am a fan and endorse her work based on my experience. I originally called Organized by Keli because I was moving in from out of state and I had sprained my ankle badly right before the move. I knew I would need help so I interviewed via email and phone a few organizers I found via Google and Yelp in the area. I found Keli easy to talk with and liked how she worked. What I didn't have a good time with, however, was with the movers. Turns out my ankle injury was to have time to heal before our stuff would arrive due to a serious truck driver shortage and our belongings remained in a warehouse waiting for a driver... for 40 days. It was over a month before I can give Keli an actual date range when our stuff would finally arrive... at a time when my husband would be away and I would have to tackle it all solo. When I booked and pre-paid Keli, just knowing that she would be coming with her team helped me to be more relaxed about the daunting task ahead. When the items were finally piled in my house, Keli was able to work flexibly with me on getting her team out to help me. My ankle was healing but the arrival of our things means there was only two weeks before the kids start their school year! Talk about being behind an eight ball! Luckily Keli had a great team of people who put in 24 hours of man hours in a day. They were able to get the Kitchen AND Master Bedroom with 2 closets all done in the first day! Second day they worked on the office, basement, and kids bedrooms. Keli and her team are the nicest people who I definitely didn't mind around my house and around my kids. I ended up purchasing a few extra hours outside of my package to fine-tune things and I am also super thankful for the team helping to get rid of all the boxes that were processed!

She had google remove my negative review. She is a phony and unprofessional is an understatement…read more She dishonestly claimed copyright infringement because I tried to include her texts in my google review which were less than flattering. There are no shortages of organizers. I doubt you could do worse than her. No doubt she like all the others have a knack for this but in my case I needed a person willing to hear my specific needs as a person with a disability, that were different than everybody else'. She ignored and dismissed every single one of my specific requests that I expressed at length After reassuring me that she understood. She claimed to have knowledge she did not have at all. Not even a little. Response to response: And you are the so called hired professional ableist every person with a disability wants to avoid. I didn't hire a therapist. I hired an organizer who did a bad job and rather than wanting to find solutions, you chose to disparage and attack me. You had options in which to respond and you chose the ugliest one. I'm no psychologist but I think you might need some help with your emotional regulation. Fire hazard? Even after you left? Then You must be terrible at your job! Why don't you want me to share our texts? No reason, I'm sure There is no water damage. It's fixed and good as new. There is no mold and it's all nice and clean. You on the other hand, are full of sh*t( see what I did there? Haha) So you're also a microbiologist And a fire safety inspector And code inspector in addition to an (ADHD informed)organizer expert? What specifically is your educational background that qualifies you to make up nonsense about molds and fire hazards? What are your credentials as an "expert in your field you claim to be. Contacting my landlord cause I'm in violation of my lease? What? So you're a lawyer too? Yes, please do call my landlord. She's excellent at spotting "crazy.". Much better than me, clearly. "I'm calling your landlord" Who says that? "The person trying to help me?" You were a hired professional being paid for a service who did a terrible job. Am I supposed to be grateful for having my specific requests expressed at length blatantly dismissed? Regardless, pretty self-righteous and judgmental to try to shame a person's home, even when you Are lying. You're showing your character. How ugly. Why would anyone want someone so sanctimonious and hurtful like you in their house? Writing "I wish you all the best" for people to read doesn't change the person you've repeatedly already shown yourself to be. 2/24 The adventure continues haha "I now see your situation was unique" Right, it's My unique situation and not that you behaved arrogantly and ignored my specifically spelled out requests that you agreed to honor. With my "tragically unique " situation unlike Any Other, haha, it was all about function and practicality. If you had any actual experience with ADHD as you claimed you would've known that. Most of what you did made no sense for that goal. It made the room look better but made the things I do daily less convenient. You took already categorized and sorted items and moved them into bins that were too small in order to fit them in the tiny closet. Looked nice. Can't see the things I need anymore. Not helpful. That's the complete opposite of my stated goals that we discussed at length. Except the shoes. Already told you, very happy with the shoes! Give it a rest, Kate. You need to move on. You were terrible. It's unfortunate but you'll be fine. I'm not going to allow you to lie since it seems to come very easy for you. I am very familiar with your personality type. You were literally gaslighting me and it was pathetic. You think denying magically changes how objective reality works? People like you love to make straw-men arguments and/or launch personal attacks to try to make people defensive or angry. But I know your playbook very well. You wrote a whole new response as another cringy attempt at discrediting me. That's going to backfire because Luckily, I still have your original response. You sure do seem to have a lot of time. Business slow? So is it okay to share our texts so you can prove how professional you were?

This room was the bane of our existence, an energy sucker, a time sucker, and the source of many an argument. And then we got help from Pam from Mindful Decluttering & Organizing and boy do we feel a lot better! Pam was calm, helpful, and non-judgemental about our stuff. She not only helped us clear our clutter (she got down and dirty right along with us), but also gave us simple, easy-to-follow tips for how we can prevent clutter from accumulating again! In addition, she had us agree on deadlines for when to complete certain work and she asked my husband and me to agree on who was going to be responsible for what stuff. She taught us accountability, but in a gentle way. Your stuff can cause a lot of stress, but Pam takes the stress away. I'm sure her work has kept many partnerships together! It really is amazing how living simply, with less stuff, makes us feel so much better!

I carried on the tradition in my own home, including the Hugh cluttered mess. My cupboard had become so full of first aid product, pain and headache medication, box's of flu and cold medication and a slue of medicine dispensers that I would knock things over getting to what I was looking for. It was a mess! Pam provided step by step instructions in the form of a booklet and verbal communication. Her support and encouragement very step of the way took away the dread I had built up in my mind. Once the project was completed I had a since of freedom and pride in the accomplishment. I am ready to take on my next project with Pam. We are going to schedule a virtual session. Should be fun! Thank you, Kim LMT

They were responsive, had a ton of different color and texture options (hundreds of choices) and did an outstanding job with the install. We wanted to reuse our remnant piece of quartz from our MBB project that had coincidentally been done by the fabricator down the street from Out of Sight. The fabricator (Rock Solid - AVOID!) couldn't cut a simple rectangle correctly until their third try. Even though Out of Sight had no responsibility to install another vendor's product, they came back twice on our behalf to install it, even taking it back to Rock Granite (completely unresponsive to us) to fix their errors. And OOS didn't charge us for the trips. THAT's customer service. We're thrilled with how everything turned out from Out of Sight. Strongest recommendation for custom closet work.
