Worst company in the history of mankind. Back around 2012 I had a CPAP for two-years. They would ship me stuff that didn't even go to my machine, then I'd call them trying to return the stuff and the customer service person would tell me not to worry about it, and they'd just write it off. Two-years later I'm in collections and the person trying to collect tells me "yes I see in the notes that they told you they'd write it off, but they didn't have that authority". I paid them around $300 to get them out of my life. In 2021 they sent me to collections for a walker. I was doing 100-mile bike rides at that time, I'm a runner, and I am above average health, I have never had a walker!!! I called and a girl said she'd take care of it, all she did was stopped them from continuing to bill. I got a letter from a collection agency, wrote them one letter explaining the situation and never heard from them again. Today my Doctor prescribed an in-home oximetry test, and apparently these clowns are the ones he chose to fulfill the order. I received a call from a girl saying they had received the doctor's order but I would need to speak to their billing dept to clear up an old balance before they could fulfill the prescription. I would never do business with this shit show of a company again anyway, so I'm glad they put a stop to the process for me. F them! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. read more

I've experienced the same piss poor customer service as all the others reviewing what should be call "Brandon Respiratory" - every customer service person / manager at this business has dementia. If you looking for a company that will totally f*ck up everything related to your account - this is this place. This company has no Customer Service !! They are TERRIBLE !! They originally provided my Mother with oxygen without an order and totally screwed up her Medicare coverage. They did not have a clue of who ordered the oxygen or where she lived !! They were willing to provide her with 18 tanks (which lasted about 3 hours) every 12 weeks which meant she could not leave her large oxygen concentrator except for about 54 hours every 3 months ! I used a credit card to pay one bill and they kept erroneously billing that card every month for a year !! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM and their parent company ROTECH was no help. It is unfortunate that Yelp does not have a "No Star" rating because Summit Respiratory is not even worth one star. We call the local number but are on hold for almost an hour each time. Sometimes, when calling the local number, we get a different location and don't even know it unless we ask. Once we even got shunted over to another state by their phone system! Further, they only deliver to the home every 30 days but are currently limiting a client to only FOUR tanks! We asked what we should do when we run out of oxygen and they said, "I don't know." Also, when you talk with them on the phone they say they cannot access inventory so it's just pot luck if you drive to their location to pick up the oxygen. Our cardiologist told us that ALL....yes, ALL.....oxygen providers are horrible so it looks like we're stuck in the mud. read more

This place is horrible for customer service. Called them 2 weeks ago, after there was a mix up with my mother in law's address, to verify they were absolutely going to deliver her CPAP machine to the correct address. They assured me they were set up to deliver to the Broomfield address. Today was delivery day and they called this morning to say oops, we have the wrong address. We're going to have to reschedule this for next week. It's been over two weeks already for my mother-in-law who is suffering from headaches and exhaustion due to sleep apnea. She is also trying to care for my father-in-law who is dying from a brain tumor and my nephew who is only eight years old. Understandably my husband was very very upset and was very forceful with his words but I would not say he was nasty or cursing just very very upset. His accent gets really bad when he's upset so I got on the phone and they still just kept saying that there was nothing that they could do. They kept saying we were going to have to wait till next week. I said I needed to speak with a supervisor because this was unacceptable and completely unprofessional. When I finally spoke with the supervisor she was rather rude and still tried to tell me there were no appointments. So I said give me an address and I will drive down and bring her for a mask fitting and we will just pick up the CPAP machine and take it home. My husband and I both wear the same CPAP's so we're able to teach her ourselves. Finally they gave us their sister company in Westminster and an appointment at 3:30 and we ended up going there. That's a whole other review which wasn't the greatest either. We will be changing companies, we would definitely never use this company again and if you have any questions about this company look them up on Google; their reviews are horrible. read more

TL;DR Terrible customer service, go with a different company because otherwise you won't get what you need. Horrible service. My mother has been fighting with this company since November for her oxygen needs after having surgery. Originally she came home with an oxygen concentrator that could refill tanks so that she could go to her appointments, however she had to switch to Summit per doctors orders. They gave her just an oxygen concentrator, and it took forever to get tanks so she could go to appointments, which then had to be refilled by the company. About two months ago, her doctor ordered a portable oxygen concentrator so that she could return to work. Originally, Summit told her that she couldn't have one and that they wouldn't fill the order. After a week or two, they told her that they maybe could give her one and said she would have to wait. (It took about four or five phone calls to get to this point.) They were supposed to deliver it last week after it had come in, but they didn't. On Monday we called and they told us it would be delivered Tuesday. On Tuesday we were told that we had missed their day in our area and we would have to wait until next week, only to have a different call later that day that they would deliver it today, Wednesday. They originally told us they would be here between 10-2, which was fine because her next appointment was at 5:30. At two, she called and was told it would be here by 4. At 4:30 we called to ask where the delivery was and were told they would call us right back. They then told us that the delivery guy was running late. When he finally arrived at 4:45, he told us that the person on the phone was wrong; we were his second stop and he was running the evening rounds. Don't trust these people, all they do is give you the run around and lie. Go with a different company if you can! read more

They are the WORST! They have NO IDEA what customer service is. They DO know what the run around is. They are so rude and could care less about what you need. It took me forever to get the oxygen concentrator picked up. I'm sure they continued to charge MediCare the entire time. NEVER AGAIN!!! I would give them zero stars if that was an option. read more

They absolutely do not know how to follow instructions. I left my name and phone number to be called back on two different occasions and they still called my home number instead of my cell phone number that I left because I was at work!!!! And the manager Melissa is the worst! Said she wasn't giving my name even though I left it two different times. The first time I called they said that they didn't have them in stock then when I called back the second time do they have a messed up but they're not dishing on because of covid. Then when I called back the last time it was because "your insurance won't cover it" . I talked to my insurance and they said they do cover it! Stay away from this place! They don't care about the patients, they just want money! They ignore doctors and you'll be on hold for 45 minutes to an hour just to get hung up on! There other oxygen places out there and I'm taking our business elsewhere because they obviously don't need our money!!! read more
