Today I called Ferguson to see if they had a blower motor for my home HVAC. The customer service representative Celine Struble greeted me on the phone sounding very happy and welcoming. Nice start. After telling her what the issue was I received an education on the various things that could be causing the problem of a screaming AC unit. Celine helped diagnose the problem and eventually ordered a blower motor. A technician wanted 150.00 to come to my house to diagnose. Celine gave me the same service and more for free. If you call Ferguson for a HVAC issue. Ask for Celine Struble.

The big box stores now contract out all services, so you don't have any idea who you are getting. The 3rd party service team came out, installed the dishwasher, turned it on & left. After it ran, we discovered the dishwasher door was broken. I called the third party who told me to call the big box store. Big box company said to call the third party, as they had no idea what happened. After multiple calls, I was so frustrated I told the company I wanted to return the product. They come out, de-install it & break one of the water pipes in the process. Now I'm out another $500 for plumbing services to fix what they broke. Mountain High saved the day. I purchased a great product & had a very experienced staff come out & install it. Don't waste your time nor money - just let these guys take care of you.

BUT, (there's always a but, lol), our recent experience will undoubtedly be our last. We did a complete kitchen remodel a few years ago, got all our appliances from Mountain High, double ovens and a 36-in. gas cooktop. There were issues with that install, but it went more or less OK. The gas cooktop electronics failed about two years into it's life. We had to fight with the extended warranty people to get them to cover it, but after much screaming and gnashing of teeth, the motherboard was replaced. It promptly failed again about a year later. So don't buy Monogram gas stove tops, the electronics are junk. We decided to go back to MHA, settled on a Cafe induction cooktop, and, some time later, were scheduled for installation and haul-away of the old cooktop. We contracted with an electrician, (recommended by our saleslady) to run a 220v line into our house for the cooktop. $1400 for that. $3,825.41 for the cooktop, which included an extended warranty, taxes and a $175 charge for installation, which said, right there in black and white, that that was for a one-time visit, and additional trips would incur an extra charge. More on that in a bit. Finally, installation day came, and guess what? The opening in our granite countertop was EVER SO SLIGHTLY too small. The guys in their installation crew didn't have tools or expertise to widen the opening, and we were told that they DO have people who could do the work, but it would cost SIX-HUNDRED EXTRA. Also, their guys flipped the breakers off on our A/C, and we had no A/C for two days until we figured that out, lol. As noted, we already have a few $$ invested in this. We found a local stone company, Stone Concepts, who came in and did the job for $300. Then we found out that we'd have to pay an additional trip charge of $225 to have their guys come back out, (that was adjusted to $175), which, to be fair, was stated right on our invoice. And I hate to throw the install guys under the bus, but they didn't get here till half an hour AFTER our 2-hr. delivery window. They did get the cooktop installed in about 20 minutes, and no breakers were flipped this time, lol. We feel that Mountain High could have done us a solid, and ate the additional trip charge as a gesture of goodwill and customer solidarity. I know times are tough, but I'm not feeling a lot of love from a company we've done well over $10,000 worth of business with.

I walked in several days later and when I told them what I needed, they remembered my phone call. This afternoon the manager, Kelly, and his son brought my brand-new grill, already built, to my place, delivered it, showed me the basics, and could not have been nicer, more polite, friendly, and helpful. I can share that Home Depot wanted $80 to deliver the same outdoor grill, so this decision was a slam dunk. They're accommodating, respectful, and genuinely happy to be of service anytime in the future. Thank you all so much! I will be returning!

Before going in, I called ahead to check if they had kiddie pools in stock. The employee on the phone was great--she took the time to physically check and confirmed they had several available, which I really appreciated. When I arrived, I worked with the Assistant Manager, Vanessa. She was polite and walked me outside to where the pools were stored. Unfortunately, this is where things started to fall apart. The pools were stacked haphazardly in the back corner of the lot, completely uncovered and sitting in direct Colorado sun. As a result, every single pool I saw was warped, dented, and misshapen from heat exposure. Vanessa had to climb over pallets to reach them and pulled one out from underneath a stack. The plastic was visibly bent in multiple places. I asked if there was any possibility of a discount due to the condition, and she quickly said, "we don't do that." When I pointed out the warping and explained my concern, she said discounts are only given if there are holes--but also admitted she couldn't guarantee there weren't any holes because of the condition of the pools. That was frustrating. It felt like there was no real effort to acknowledge the issue or offer any kind of reasonable solution, even though the product clearly wasn't in good shape. I ended up buying the pool because I needed it, but I left feeling taken advantage of. While the employees were kind, the way the products were stored and the lack of flexibility in handling an obvious quality issue didn't sit right with me. Personally, I wouldn't return. I'd recommend driving a little further to Murdoch's, where you can find similar items and (in my experience) better product quality and overall value. Update: After leaving this review, I was contacted by the general manager, who took the situation seriously and issued a full refund while allowing me to keep the item. I really appreciate the follow-through and effort to make it right. This response felt much more in line with the customer service I expect from Ace.

The customer service here out shines all competitors. I was immediately greeted by Julie, she was friendly and even told me where the sale portion of the tile was stashed away. The options for tile can become over whelming to say the least, Alex another extremely friendly associate offered me large samples to take home to compare to my flooring which helped tremendously. Alex quickly whipped a quote and I left with my samples. Within a half hour Alex called to tell me that one of the tiles I had been eyeing was on sale, he went out of his way to double check the pricing and leave me a thoughtful message. This service is what compelled me to decide to order my tile with this company. (As well as the beautiful product) Even though my 100 square ft order is most likely tiny in this company's grand scheme of things I was and continue to be treated like a super star all thanks to Alex's enthusiastic service and welcoming and genuine personality.

I purchased 4 different tiles from Bedrosians for my home remodel. The tile for the primary bath…read morefloor was not all the same lot number and the floor had lines in it with the two different tile lot numbers. This required that the floor be torn apart, potentially damaging the floor underneath. They would not replace the tile and we had to order more and pay for the demo/retiling of the floor ourselves, which was a significant cost. Then we ordered tile for our kitchen backsplash based upon tile samples they provided for us out of their showroom. The tile that came in looked like it had bloody finger prints all over it - which were not at all on the samples. We immediately called Bedrosians and they refused to refund our money or replace the tile, stating that it was a special order tile. One that looked NOTHING like the sample THEY GAVE ME! This store is only interested in one thing... your hard-earned money. Once they have it, even if there are errors that are their fault, they will not reimburse you or take returns. Bedrosians cost us a significant amount of $$ and we are stuck with tile we will never use that has bloody finger prints on it. We will never, ever, buy anything from this store again, and now my contractor will not either based upon our experience. Because of the kitchen tile disaster, I had to hurry and find in-stock tile because the tile setter was there. I had a much better and less expensive experience with Floor & Decor, and I brought the tile I chose home with me. It turned out beautifully. Shopping at Bedrosians is not worth the heartburn you will experience from absolutely terrible customer service and policies. Go elsewhere.
