Great selection, was having a room and bathroom built and bought the tile and the extra box just in case. We had more than enough and when we returned the overage they recommended l, they informed us they don't take anything back after 60 days. Wish they would have mentioned that and we would have waited to order. Lesson learned the hard way. read more

It looks like this is a pretty good store with a pretty good selection. However, we wouldn't know, because of the 3 people at the desk nobody would help us. We came in with our countertop, cabinet samples, measurements and were ready to buy quality materials for a defining backsplash in a kitchen remodel (and had a rough idea what we wanted) but the Tile Shop lost our business because nobody seemed to care that we were there. We announced that we were looking for backsplash and the only comment was that everything in the store could go on a backsplash. That was not helpful. Colors, trends, ideas, things to watch out for, new products, and design assistance would have been helpful. To the owner: When a customer walks in the store on Sunday afternoon with an empty parking lot and materials in hand - HELP THEM AND DON'T BE A SMARTASS. read more

In the past have rated this store/company 5/5 stars. Recently bought some tile for a bathroom repair (bathroom completely remodeled with Tile Store tile costing over $4K). It turned out that when I did the repair, I was able to recover the pieces I needed. The Tile Store used to have an awesome return policy but now, not so much as they won't let me return the tile. If it's over 2 months, no dice. Even the big box stores honor longer term returns. Too bad! Doing a kitchen retile but will look elsewhere. read more

After literally months of looking, bringing home samples and internet searches we found The Tile Shop and scored within one hour! Happy day! I love the tile grouping I picked and we will get the tiles within 2 days - and they deliver! David Marrone was the most helpful, informed and professional person we've dealt with - and we've dealt with many. Some were helpful but suggested things that threw me off track. Others, like the big box stores just can't be bothered - or the tile person has banker's hours. Am finally EXCITED about our choices. They have a displays all around the store - and the store is the size of a Costco - that's how many choices there are. Expert advice from David and Sean- who had installed tile in the past. Very necessary as The Man will be doing it all himself - God help him. This store has been at this location for 2 years but as it is at the south end of the center on the west side of Sheridan, north of 92nd, it's not as visible - unless you say - it's behind Jared's! If you are a visual like me, one who must see the design before you buy - this has to be your place in the north metro. There's one in Highlands Ranch and one in Lakewood. This company is national with 170 stores so their prices are good but what you get in guided assistance, professional tips and top of the line choices make it worth every dollar! I've looked at hundreds, if not thousands of online tile, Pinterest, Houzz, you name it. One sashay around the entire store and I'm back to the 3rd one I looked at. Bling R Us. read more

Fantastic place. They have a HUGE selection and the store is very clean and well set up and organized. Extremely helpful sales people who will take time to go through decorating options to help the buyer pick the best tile colors, patterns, etc. We will definitely be purchasing our tile from the Tile Shop. Pushy sales and the return policy is too strict. We had a large order and project that took longer than 6 months to complete. The finish date was outside the return policy window of six months. read more

This place is wonderful! The selection is the best with multiple actual displays so you can easily see what you are ordering. I purchased a perfect bunch of tiles, but, had to return them as my house sold the first day and buyers were going to wait to redo However, I was treated like i was about to buy tile for my entire house when i RETURNED my purchase! with no questions asked and my refund given to me rt on the spot Thanks for a great experience i will be seeing you again whenever i need tile! We experienced terrific customer service and follow-through from the staff at this location, especially from Tristan and Travis, who acted as "concierges" on our behalf with a difficult contractor who "ghosted" us after we'd paid for the job in full; but as things turned out, had done some of the work improperly and then was impossible to locate to get them back to our condo to mitigate the issue. Everyone we dealt with on the Tile Shop, Westminster, staff -- Travis, Tristan, Colby, and Kyle -- are knowledgeable and efficient, keep lines of communication open with regard to all the orders and add-ons for our tile project; and the store also processed returns on a timely basis with no hassles. I would not hesitate to enthusiastically recommend this Tile Shop location and their staff. read more

As a designer, I recommend you go to anywhere other than The Tile Shop. Floor and Decor, Arizona Tile, Daltile, etc. Overpriced and rude customer service. Heaven forbid you try to utilize their product for another project, come back to return the 47.39 sample, and you are told no. This is on a trip where I planned on selecting new tile. They lost my business, and all future projects I have, over a 47.39 sample...that is still in it's packaging and in stock. read more

The tile selection is outstanding and I particularly like that the displays show the tile grouted - it makes such a difference knowing how the final product will look. The customer service is incredible. Each employee with whom I encountered was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I would generally not consider myself your dream shopper and do everything to avoid salesmen. Tristan was really attentive and helpful in a non-pressure, non-salesy way. I brought home samples, ordered through email, had on time delivery and follow up, and was able to return my extra tile without a restocking fee. I couldn't recommend this place enough. Great store and large selection of tile. Gary has helped me with two different rooms to tile and is extremely knowledgable, helpful, and patient. I over ordered tile to make sure I had enough for the job and had no issues returning the extra, but it was returned within the 6 month window. Most stores have a 30 day return policy so 6 months is extremely generous. I would definitely recommend this store and Gary. read more

Building a new home is full of frustrations but the best part of it has been the tile selection at The Tile Shop at 92nd and Sheridan in Westminster CO. Ryan H. has been the most helpful person we have encountered on all of our home selections. After learning more about us and our home, he went to work putting together the absolute best tile combinations. We would have never had the "designer flair" if we had been doing it ourselves and buying at the big warehouse tile stores. His attention to detail has impressed us and our general contractor! Our master bath looks like a spa, the other baths are just beautiful and the floor tile in the laundry and mud room is absolutely gorgeous! AND! Just when you think it can't get any better, they install the tile that Ryan picked out for us for the fireplace surround. The samples in the store of this tile doesn't even begin to show it's beauty, but Ryan knew how pretty it is! Now he has the biggest task yet to do .... the kitchen backsplash will no doubt be a show stopper!!! Thank you Ryan for adding the pizzazz to our new home that we will love forever! read more
