Unfortunately, the workmanship was sloppy and lacked attention to detail: * Countertops were never polished or buffed and had debris and grit left on them * Walls were damaged during installation * White silicone was applied on beige walls * Grout lines were uneven, thick in corners due to poorly cut quartzite despite laser measurements and laser cutting * Caulking along countertops was smeared and inconsistent * Backsplash was improperly measured, leaving visible gaps in corners * Large clear adhesive circles were used to secure the backsplash, which have already begun pulling away * The crew left a mess and did not clean up after themselves Repeated mistakes, poor craftsmanship and unprofessional project management made this a frustrating experience from start to finish. I would not recommend Granite World for your countertop or backsplash projects and would have preferred to give 0 starts if allowed.

We needed drywall in the unfinished portion of our basement. We contemplated doing it ourselves, but with material cost, we agreed we'd have a much better experience if we just contracted it out. Wow, was that the right decision!! H Drywall wasn't the cheapest quote we received, but I felt like Hector took his time with the quote and really understood what we wanted. From contract signing to delivery of drywall was 7 days, and work started that afternoon. 7 days later (5 working days, plus the weekend), the job is complete and ready for paint. It looks INCREDIBLE. I can't rave enough about the team--every single day, they arrived on-time and worked hard. They were so respectful of our home, too; they even brought their own microwave and plugged it in outside for their food, even though they absolutely could have used our microwave in the kitchen! The clean-up was extensive, and the only issues we had were a damaged light switch and a missing puck light--both of which were reimbursed in the final invoice.
