Jesse came out to the house, all precautions in check and kindly asked if needed to remove his shoes - class act. Was clear and explained what repairs he'd be doing and did a top-notch job on the repair - couldn't be happier. When you think of quartz or granite, you anticipate the repair expense to be high. We were pleasantly surprised at the cost and would highly recommended them for any future needs. Thanks Again! read more

I called Mark for a quartz countertop repair (a poor Richmond build that needed correction) Got details of how they would repair, he sent an estimate - then never returned any of my calls or texts for a month. Ghosted me. I gave up! read more

We hired Granite Doctor to do a kitchen sink replacement, and to clean & seal multiple granite surfaces. The sink replacement required them to remove the existing sink and then cut the granite to install the larger new sink. I have worked with many companies in granite projects in the past, and I can attest that this company is right there at the top: very knowledgeable, professional, and detailed oriented. They did a great job as you can see in the before/after pictures. read more

They did a great job fixing my countertop chip. They were very responsive and on time as well. My only complaint would be the price for this job. $314 for one chip which took about 30min to fix. Otherwise it would be a 5 star review. read more

Great group to work with, they were helpful prior to the work and were on time and didn't try to do anything extra. I needed a sink installed to they came to remove the old one and drop the new one which required cutting the granite. They did a great job, we had some issues but the important thing is they immediately rectified the issue without hesitation. To me that says everything, we all mess up how we react is 100% the difference. read more

Jesse from Granite doctor repaired the chips in my granite and did an excellent job. He was very professional.

I was house sitting and unaware of the fragile nature of Quartz. I put a large pot on the Quartz counter to water a plant and when I lifted the plant pot to move....scratches!! I called Granite Doctor because they have great reviews and was specific to what I needed to repair. First I called, response was quick, I spoke directly to a representative and explained everything, only surface scratches, no indentions on a surface area of less than 12' around. The Representation was responsive, professional and asked me to send photos and she would provide a quote. I texted the picture's from different angles along with the approximate measurements immediately and waited for the promised quote via email. I did tell the Customer Service representative that the project is time sensitive but also a small, minor project. I had to text once and call hours later to get the quote because it didn't come through within the time promised. After the call, I received one quote with the spec's I sent and within an hour, I received another text saying the first quote of $257 was misquoted and it would be $987 with no other explanation of the discrepancy in pricing. I have not had a repair like this but with consultation with some of my builder friends, a small area needing buffed should not be over a thousand. This business has great reviews and based on that appear to do excellent, professional work but my experience getting a quote(delayed) receiving a quote (misquoted) then quoted again almost three times the cost with no explanation, turned me off. If Granite Doctors were not interested in the small, project they should have told me this initially, instead of procrastinating the quote and pricing the project beyond reasonable. Again, I cannot speak to quality of work. But I do think a first impression with a quick, honest quote is as important based on his , I would seek other opinions and Granite Doctors is not a company I would consider for a small or Red large project. read more

We just used Granite Doctor to fix chips in our countertops for the second time. They do an excellent job of blending the repairs into the original stone counters. If you know where to look you can see the repair but overall it is better than we expected. We also found them to be very responsive and even responded this last time to an urgent request and fit us into their schedule quickly. We would not hesitate to use them again and strongly recommend them to others. read more

Our second job from Granite Doctor and we could not be more pleased. Everything from start to finish with these guys is PRECISE AND PROFESSIONAL!! They have worked on 2 separate quartz issues for us - we have found the folks to use in the Denver metro area. If you go elsewhere, you are doing yourself and your counters a disservice. The only thing I am left wishing is that I could give them more than a 5 star review because they are simply the best! read more

I didn't end up using Granite Doctor as my fix had more to do with the drywall than the counter, but they went out of their way in reviewing my issue and providing recommendations. Really appreciate them providing insight even when knowing it wasn't going to be a job for them. read more

The two servicemen were very professional and friendly. I had to call them because they missed a small area to clean up the glue. The only reason that I gave them 4 stars is because of the pricing: per chip! That adds up. read more

Had a great experience with Granite Doctor. We had an old cooktop that needed to be replaced in one of our rental properties. When the appliance company came to install the new unit, it wouldn't fit in the opening because the granite had originally been cut uneven. This didn't pose a problem for the old cooktop but did for the new unit which had a slightly larger profile. Now our routine appliance swap out had turned into an emergency since our tenant could no longer cook. After reading some reviews and sending a few online messages, in swoops Granite Doctor. They trimmed off a small piece of granite from the opening and then the new cooktop slid right into position! Our appliance vendor even called me to tell me how impressed he was with Granite Doctor's work. Look no further for your granite needs. This company is professional, reliable, and very easy to both communicate and work with. read more

I made an appointment to have a piece of marble cut into two pieces to fit two nightstands. The technician Jessie Velazquez did a fabulous job cutting and polishing the edges of both pieces precisely with great attention to detail. I did not get the name of his helper but they both did a great job. I would definitely use this business again. read more

Unfortunately, our experience with Granite Doctor to have them fix a chip in our quartz counter top was not ideal. The initial email contact and scheduling went smooth, and the technicians arrived on time. We had discussed earlier that while we the owners wouldn't be home; our nanny would let them in the house. When we returned, we found the result in the picture; which looks like a grease spot. We had the chip that broke off, and while we knew we would still likely see a 'line,' we were surprised to see how much of the filler resin was visible. In addition, the repair is not smooth and anyone who visits identifies the chip repair easily. While the results were not the most impressive, what was the most frustrating part about our experience was the poor customer service thereafter. We emailed them to try and see if there was a better solution that we could work out on this. Instead of trying to fix the issue, their response was: "this was one of the best jobs we have done, and the results in our opinion are WOW." They went further down the negative path by talking about the chip repair as being similar to their mother's wrinkles, and that only she can see them?? It was a very strange response. They also repeatedly brought up they don't use 'photoshop' even though we never suggested it; which makes me wonder if they actually do! Bottom line....the results were so-so and overpriced for what they provide. Maybe our expectations were too high, but this company needs to significantly work on their customer relations. read more

I was promised a "seamless" repair. It was not to my expectations. The cracks in the granite are still visible. I would certainly price the repairs out with a replacement. I had a very small granite surface, I regret getting the repair, I should have priced out the replacement more aggressively. The owner contacted me and he sent out a technician to smooth out the seams. VERY professional and on time. I have amended my previous rating to 5 stars as they made it right, and I would recommend them for any granite repair. read more

I called granite doctors and I got a call Back within 30 mins. I told them my under mount kitchen sink had fallen in and wanted to see if it was possible they can fix it. Sasha came out and looked it and took some measurements and checked a few things. He told me he had a great fix for my fallen sink. My sink was glued to the granite by the previous home owners. Sasha told me he would cut into the granite and add brackets and a wooden support in the middle. The price for this repair was very fair...I paid $265 and it took Sasha a little over an hour to complete this fix. The whole time he kept me informed what he was doing and cleaned up as he went. Once he was done I inspected the job and I have to say he did an outstanding job! Sasha was very professional and is a great worker and stands by his work. I would recommend that if you need something like a fallen sink or granite issue fixed don't call anyone else but Granite Doctors!!!! read more

I have a quartz countertop that has had a nasty black spot in it since the moment I moved in. I had a builder warranty repair person try to remove the black spot by using sandpaper on the quartz.. he left me with a problem that was 20x worse than I had to begin with. I called Granite Doctors in massive panic, and they were able to not only restore the dullness to match the rest of the counter, but they were also able to remove most of the black spot! Literal counter savers! read more

Granite Doctor made a housecall to fix my disfigured shiny black quartz composite countertop. The countertop was healed and the various chunks and scrapes are no longer visible. I am very pleased because I thought it was a hopeless case. It looks brand new. He even refixed a previous repair that someone else made a mess of. I am very pleased. I did not really think he could make a large chunk off of the edge dissapear but he did!!! Thank you!!!!! read more

After agreeing with GD the day before to have them come over to fix my sink between 3pm-5pm the following day, I received a text 25 minutes before this window of time saying that they would not be able to come until 5pm. I responded and communicated that I needed to reschedule due to the late notice since my kids would be home and we would be in the kitchen having dinner. I asked to reschedule to the following day. GD immediately cancelled the job with a very curt text message. I followed up with a phone call and two texts to try and reschedule. I was told that they did not have any availability in the future. This directly contradicted that fact that they day before we walked through numerous openings that GD had over the course of the next week. I was shocked at the lack of customer service. I would not recommend using GD unless you do not have another option. read more

We recently bought a new construction in Stapleton-Northfield and at closing had some scratches and a chip in our granite island and countertop from the construction process. Also had some marks on the quartz countertops in the bathrooms. The builder uses Granite Doctor to do the post-construction fixes/touch up. Sasha came and did an amazing job of fixing the scratch. I was bummed when I found a giant chip in my quartz countertop and had no idea how to go about repairing it. While the internet suggested gluing the piece back in, I was hoping to find a solution that would look better than that and save me the cost of replacing the entire slab. I found Granite Doctor online and they were able to schedule me in one day after I filled out a quote request on their site. They gave me two options and explained the benefits of each (lower cost vs. better final result). Sasha came out today and spent over an hour recreating the quartz to fill in the chipped area. He explained everything to me, answered my questions, and was very professional and friendly. i am thrilled with the end result- you would never notice if you weren't looking for the damage. (I added the photo if you want to see for yourself.) While I hope that I won't have anymore quartz chips to contend with, I won't hesitate to call Granite Doctor if I do. read more

I called Granite Doctor again when my sink started falling due to an improper install (by the original installer). Same excellent, responsive service as my other encounters as well as a dedication to fixing things properly rather than getting in and out. They will stay as long as it takes to ensure the fix is perfect and are a pleasure to deal with on all fronts. The brackets they installed for my sink are rock solid, and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any countertop needs. Very pleased with Granite Doctor! Quick communication and scheduling, more affordably priced then the other competitor we contacted, and great workmanship. My wife and I just bought a new home and we had to purchase a new washer and dryer. When we bought them, we didn't think about the size, needless to say they did fit, they were out sized buy the granite counter top and sink in the laundry room. We needed an extra 1.5 inches. I really thought we were going to have to return them. I found the Granite Doctor, called him and he was out here the next afternoon. He cut the granite with no problem. Very meticulously covered the rest of the room with plastic and the door way to make sure there was no dust left behind. The counter top and back splash look great (can't even tell they we worked on) and the washer and dryer fit perfect! My wife and I are so impressed!
