I have had an excellent experience with Bedrosians!…read more I've have been searching like a fiend the last week to find tile to match my hardwood flooring perfectly and I've been to more tile stores than I'd like to admit. The customer service here out shines all competitors. I was immediately greeted by Julie, she was friendly and even told me where the sale portion of the tile was stashed away. The options for tile can become over whelming to say the least, Alex another extremely friendly associate offered me large samples to take home to compare to my flooring which helped tremendously. Alex quickly whipped a quote and I left with my samples. Within a half hour Alex called to tell me that one of the tiles I had been eyeing was on sale, he went out of his way to double check the pricing and leave me a thoughtful message. This service is what compelled me to decide to order my tile with this company. (As well as the beautiful product) Even though my 100 square ft order is most likely tiny in this company's grand scheme of things I was and continue to be treated like a super star all thanks to Alex's enthusiastic service and welcoming and genuine personality.

The tile for the primary bath…read morefloor was not all the same lot number and the floor had lines in it with the two different tile lot numbers. This required that the floor be torn apart, potentially damaging the floor underneath. They would not replace the tile and we had to order more and pay for the demo/retiling of the floor ourselves, which was a significant cost. Then we ordered tile for our kitchen backsplash based upon tile samples they provided for us out of their showroom. The tile that came in looked like it had bloody finger prints all over it - which were not at all on the samples. We immediately called Bedrosians and they refused to refund our money or replace the tile, stating that it was a special order tile. One that looked NOTHING like the sample THEY GAVE ME! This store is only interested in one thing... your hard-earned money. Once they have it, even if there are errors that are their fault, they will not reimburse you or take returns. Bedrosians cost us a significant amount of $$ and we are stuck with tile we will never use that has bloody finger prints on it. We will never, ever, buy anything from this store again, and now my contractor will not either based upon our experience. Because of the kitchen tile disaster, I had to hurry and find in-stock tile because the tile setter was there. I had a much better and less expensive experience with Floor & Decor, and I brought the tile I chose home with me. It turned out beautifully. Shopping at Bedrosians is not worth the heartburn you will experience from absolutely terrible customer service and policies. Go elsewhere.

Returned the water heater to HD and visited my Brighton George T. Sanders store. Great people, even better advice. I ended up buying a better water heater from them. Wouldn't fit in my van. They said they would drop it by my house in the morning. They also suggested four plumbers I could call for installation. The plumber I chose came over the next morning. While he was here Sanders dropped off the water heater. Bottom line, even with a better water heater I ended up saving $849.93 by not getting the HD water heater and installation and $1,082.76 by not using my past plumber. All do the advice of the Brighton George T. Sanders manager and staff.

I'd identified the type of quartz I wanted fairly early in the process, but procuring it was a little more complicated. Enter Rueben and Stone Tops 4 Less. I walked into his location on a Saturday, found exactly what I was looking for and got a quote--all within less than 30 minutes. The price we paid was quite reasonable, a little over $3100 for material and installation for 33 square feet. Three weeks after visiting Stone Tops 4 Less, we have gorgeous new counters. The price, selection, process and quality of installation were all great. I couldn't ask for a better experience, and I will definitely be calling Rueben for any future countertop needs.

However, when the day came for the cabinets and supplies to be delivered, we found that 20% of the kitchen cabinets were damaged during shipping. Additionally, two pieces were the wrong color. The cabinet company contacted Craftsman within an hour, requesting replacements for the damaged parts. They were told that the replacements would arrive in another 10 days. When those 10 days passed, the delivery arrived, but two of the items, including a very large panel, were once again damaged. The cabinet company had to contact Craftsman yet again, and they were given another 10-day timeframe for the replacement parts. However, after 10 days, only one part was delivered, and the other parts that were promised were not completed. Consequently, the cabinet company had to reach out a third time for the replacement parts for my kitchen, which by now, had been in limbo for about 45 days. After four trips, all the correct and undamaged products were finally delivered. The items were delivered using an old box truck by two individuals who carelessly tossed the parts into the garage (which I personally observed). The panels were sandwiched between cardboard with no protection on the ends, which was the area consistently damaged. Despite discussing the shipping damage issue with them multiple times, their solution was always to replace items with an expedited timeframe of 8-10 days. What should have been a simple cabinet and countertop remodel completed by professionals ended up taking almost two months. I'm giving Craftsman a 1-star rating due to their inadequate delivery system in Denver, their failure to protect their products, and their subpar customer service."

He talked me through my options and talked about the pros and cons of each one, and answered all my questions even after the consultation. The guys who came to do the actual installation were timely, professional and fast. When they were doing the install they realized that a mistake had been made with the manufacturer and the shades were a couple inches too narrow. They went ahead and installed the shades they had brought, and told me they'd order the correct size and come back out to install those when they came in. The lady that scheduled my next appointment for the new shades was very helpful and got my appointment scheduled promptly as soon as the correctly sized shades had arrived. Then the install team came back out and quickly switched out the first shades for the correct ones. I will definitely be going back to Budget Blinds if I need additional blinds/shades installed. Everyone was very helpful and professional.

Wendy returned my message and immediately came across with an attitude as soon as we began speaking. Maybe it was because I wasn't purchasing a whole house full of blinds or maybe it is just the kind of person she is but either way it was extremely rude, hostile and uncalled for.
