Today I called Ferguson to see if they had a blower motor for my home HVAC. The customer service representative Celine Struble greeted me on the phone sounding very happy and welcoming. Nice start. After telling her what the issue was I received an education on the various things that could be causing the problem of a screaming AC unit. Celine helped diagnose the problem and eventually ordered a blower motor. A technician wanted 150.00 to come to my house to diagnose. Celine gave me the same service and more for free.
