We bought an open box dryer from Appliance Factory in Thornton. They delivered it (4/16), hooked it…read moreup and it kept tripping our breakers. They set up an appointment for an electrician and took our old (still working) dryer. On 4/17, the electrician found all our electrical was fine (new house) but there is a short somewhere in the dryer. They wanted us to set up a repair appointment with their 3rd party repair company. It would be 3 weeks before they could repair it. I called the store twice on 4/16 to talk to the manager -Patty (left 2 messages) and she never returned a call. I also called their "president's line" on 4/16 for customers wanting help with issues. Again, called twice, 2 messages, no return call. Horrible customer service. We are guessing that this open box wasn't because of scratches (which we could not see) but more to the fact that it doesn't work. We called our original salesperson first thing this morning (4/17) stating we wanted another actual working dryer or our old dryer back. We are still waiting for a call back. Should have been a quick answer- "we are sorry we sold you a defective dryer and we will correct our error with an actual working dryer". My husband finally called Parker (salesperson on afternoon of 4/17) and he said they are going to call us Monday to refund our money and schedule a time to pick up the broken dryer. They didn't say anything about bringing back our dryer that they took. What we have done to try and remedy the situation: Contacted two local tv station consumer reporters to see if they can help. Submitted a review with the Thornton Chamber of Commerce. Disputed our credit card charge. Filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office. Emailed all of the information above to the store and CEO via Linkedin. Filed a complaint with the BBB. Today is 4/20. I received text messages from the repair company trying to come repair the dryer which is not an option and I have no idea who is trying to set this up. I called the store to let them know we are still waiting for someone to schedule a pickup of their dryer. I also sent an email. We still have not received any communication. Called Parker(salesperson) at 5:20 asking for a return call. Did not call. Called the President's Line at 6:07 - left a message that the defective dryer will be out in our driveway for them to pick up on 4/23/26 and we accept no responsibility for it. 4/21/26 Filed complaint with Business Consumer Alliance. 4/22 Received call from Kaden regarding my BBB complaint. 4/22 Received call from Jordan that dryer will be picked up between 3 and 5 on 4/23. 4/23 5:05 Called Jordan to see where they were. He stated the truck broke down, they weren't coming and that he had left a message (which he hadn't). 4/23 Left message for Kaden that pickup didn't happen. No communication from them at all. 4/28 - Notified the "President's Line" that I am giving them 48 hours notice to pick up the dryer or I will be donating it. Filed a complaint with Call for Action.

The list of issues goes on with this delivery. Truly a mess from start to finish. There was zero…read moreintroduction or basic professionalism, just a rude attitude and a clear rush to get in and out. It felt like they were trying to cut corners the entire time. This all could've been avoided if they had just done the job properly, like taking the fridge doors off instead of forcing it through. That's literally what I paid for. On top of blatantly failing at their job, they also damaged my house. There are visible chunks of my door scattered across the floor, and the door frame has been broken. Resulting in my screen door not closing or latching. And if property damage wasn't enough, they extended their lack of care beyond my home. The two "workers" tossed balled-up duct tape in the middle of my street, as well as leaving fridge parts in my front lawn. That's just careless and disrespectful. I took a full day off work for this, paid for the service, and ended up with damage, stress, and more work for myself. This wasn't just unprofessional, it was completely unacceptable.

I can't express…read morehow disappointed I have been with the purchase and customer service I have received from this company. I bought a new refrigerator in December, and it was delivered Dec. 20. The refrigerator has not worked since the day it was put inside my home. I called to report this refrigerator did not work and they put in a service ticket. The following day, I called Frigidaire, their representative told me to call back the company where I purchased and ask for a return. (I was still in time frame to be able to return.) I called to do this but the salesman I spoke with told me I had a repair ticket and brushed me off for the return. (lesson learned) I stuck with my refrigerator and had brand source out in Early January. At that time, the refrigerator was not fixed. Electronic parts need to be ordered. (main board and another in the door) January 22, over a month since I purchased this refrigerator, the repair tech was out with the parts. After putting in two new electronic components, the refrigerator still did not work. The tech told me this was not repairable and would turn in his notes that evening with information about the lack of repair, and Factory Warehouse would call me Friday Jan. 23 to work on a replacement. I had to call and was told they did not have the notes yet from the technician. I called back on Saturday and was given the same information. Monday, Brand source called and told me to say they had to send another technician out to so they could call Frigidaire. That appointment was scheduled for Tuesday Jan. 27. That appointment was canceled by brand source. The phone calls have continued back to factory warehouse with no solution. Tuesday, Jan. 27, spoke to another sales person and was told he would work on a credit to get this moving and it would take at least 48 hrs. to go through corporate. I called again today, Jan. 29, and spoke to the same salesman as Tuesday and he was clueless to what he said to me then. I had to remind him about "lets get this going and get a credit," was what he told me. I felt as if we were moving in the right direction on Tuesday. I was wrong. I have stated more than once, "get me on the schedule for a new refrigerator, that's all I want!" Now, I just want my money back to go elsewhere. Brand source called today, Jan. 29 to tell me I'm now scheduled to have a technician out Feb. 5 to work with Frigidaire. This is the 8th week a product I paid for that STILL DOES NOT WORK! After every phone call, they tell me, "we will call you back." They have not once called back. I have been the only one to initiate a call. I get, "we have been so busy." Not my problem but I guess once you walk out the door and have given them your money there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Here is a response from THE CEO OF THE COMPANY from another review I saw that had poor customer service. Guess, the training has not been done to get a replacement out. We are appalled at your customer service. We have trained, coached, and counseled the sales team to make sure that anytime a customer has a problem like yours that the product is immediately replaced. We've also worked with the service and repair provider to facilitate the product replacement. Please accept our sincere apology. Thank you for your feedback and your review. I bought a beverage center in July and when we plugged it in it would run but wouldn't get cold…read more After 3 days of the temperature not changing I called appliance factory to which he said there was nothing they could do but give me the number for the manufacturer. I called the manufacturer and they kept stringing me along with how long the parts would take to get in. It's now almost December with no word of when the parts will come in. I called appliance factory again and said I just wanted to return the unit. They took my information and asked for the manufacturer's repair technician's notes which I provided. Then they kept telling me they were waiting on a response from their headquarters. Then the responses just stopped. This company only deals in damaged goods. When there is any issue they shift all responsibilities to the manufacturer. I'm equally disappointed in the manufacturer.
