Despite being able to move the wine fridge and diagnose the problem previously, he was now unable to move the wine fridge to replace the part needed. When asked if he damaged it on the previous visit, he said "I don't know" and just said he cannot complete the job since he is unable to move the wine fridge. When I called to get my refund, they said they would only refund the cost of the replacement part but not the initial diagnostic fee.
